Overall experience is good. We stayed for three days & enjoyed Coorg cuisine for breakfast, which was delicious. It was worth opting for breakfast with Stay.
The Caretaker & his assistant behavior is highly appreciated. Always one call away to assist you if one needs anything like cutlery, boiled milk or Maggie for kids etc.

Restaurants, Abbey fall, fort & Raja seat all are near from this place.

If you are planning to visit Madikeri then must visit Ambika Udupi Restaurant.

If you need the middle of the town a hotel and if you are not very specific and adjust then this is the best hotel for family stay

We stayed at this hotel recently. Our stay was terrible. The person at the reception cares least about the customers. We had to wait for 20 minutes to check in. The room given was stinking everywhere, the floor, window, fans and walls had dust and spider webs. Room had age old bucket, chair and TV which does not work. Even the door lock from inside is not in order. The room had no ventilation. We paid 3000 Rs for this room for a day. We regret choosing this hotel and spoiling our Coorg experience. Totally unmanaged property in Coorg. Unhygienic and irresponsible hotel is Coorg Shell.
