Worst experience ever no proper Management they don't know how to talk to customer n expect money for everything when booked online for the rooms from there hotel

Rude Receptionists, waste staff as usual inside hotel. Goldfinch receptionists forgot and neglected to train them professional behaviour. Goldfinch staff excellence in quality, Coral tree always downfall in service. Coral tree was my favourite hotel to stay unfortunately not now due to there receptionists outdated perception and bad service and there unity. Now a days normal lodges receptionist gives respect to their customers shoba groups, OYO will win in reception and service compare to coral tree. Lodge receptionists will win in performance worst service receptionists of Coral Tree really bad.

I visited this, Resturant the Quality of service and food offered by them all are so nice. Also for any billing clarification controller Mr Basavaraj helped allot while making the payment. The rooms are decent and its ok for price what we pay. @Ravi@

Not worth 2500/-. Double bed room was very congested and suffocating. Wash room was too small and no complementary breakfast. Parking not available. Staff were good.

Front reception really dominative and bad experience. I will never come back to this coral tree no way.

It is ok for 1-2 days stay. I went for bulk booking for marriage for my guest stay. My experience was disappointing. Whatever committed wasn’t delivered when my guest arrived. Everything cannot be explained in review box but yeah they charged us a big amount, extra for snacks and other charges.

Waste Hotel rude staff. Kudla tasteless food and expensive. Receptionist ruling hotel. Cockroaches inside room that's really shameful coral tree. 50% of customers are unhappy with the customer service of this star hotel. 30% are neglecting to comment. If anyone wants worst experience with such rude wrong turn try this hotel.

Excellent hospitality. Food taste is just great. Friendly helping and very cooperative employees. Would love to visit again and again.
Had arranged a small party in coral tree's silver bell. In short span of time they got everything neatly arranged. Tasty food at reasonable price. That's namma kudla.

A nice business hotel in close proximity to RT Nagar, Bel road, mg Rd, manyatha, and airport. Nice rooms and moderate pricing.

Little costly. Towels were not clean. Otherwise ok place. Polite and helpful reception desk. Good food.

Simple rooms and accommodations. Food is of Indian breakfast. Staff and very understanding and helpful in solving issues. Rooms could be cleaned and maintained better. Overall worth the price.

Compact hotel at a convenient location. Rest everything is avg. Nothing to complain as such. But no parking available.

Hotel is good. But service could be better. They are not botherd about gu at standing and waiting they will be busy talking in between or on phone mainly at reception day time. Night shift guys were ok.

We booked this hotel for a staff member. The member really had issues with bed bugs and could not sleep the whole night. The next night was fine as the hotel made additional arrangements. Also there is hardly any parking in the hotel so all vehicles are parked outside in the main road. The room decor etc was good except for the bed bugs issue

Hotel was decent. Stayed there for attending a marriage. Rooms were good and AC was effective. Location seems to be fine too as it's around 25 mins from railway station. Overall an acceptable experience.

Getting money for a room but giving less facilities or amenities. Looking good from outside but bad hotel and room. Only positive is that they are providing mouth watering food.

Restaurant is good but expensive. They have good coastal food. Valet parking available. Connectivity is good.

This is my fist time stay I hv gone around the world but dint know you would be charged if order ice which even a roadside juicewala gives it for free, not a humble staff I was told I could go find another hotel that's not good manners in business of hospitality sorry I hv to stay here for it's closer to my family home had no choice, I would not recommend it for anybody.

Great stay at reasonable cost. Rooms are decent and well maintained.
Breakfast is superb. Staffs are frowndly. Food is bit costly on inhouse restaurent. And outside food and drink are not allowes. Overal nice stay.

Coraltree is the best hotel I have stayed till now among hundreds of hotels I have stayed till now. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is great and their restaurant Kudala is simply awesome. If you are visiting Bengaluru you may as well stay there. You won't regret it.

Worst experience on ordering home delivery. Sent only half the items that I ordered and when I call back, I get a response to order replacement and they will send it free of cost. No value for customers time.

Terrible experience by Coral Tree Hotel management and it's manager especially, who was a Gunda at reception spoke rude and giving warning to female guest. The manager was arrogant and heat headed ready to fight person. Air Condition not working folks in this coral tree hotel. Receptionists of this hotel always rude as usual since many years. They are not caring guests like before, very rude staff of this hotel especially management. Need to be take action to such rude illiterate person and his low class behaviour. Gold Finch management negligence is the main cause of it by not taking action to this management, i am really confused. Final, Disaster heat in room without Air Condition it's fact.
