Lot of maintenance required for rooms and size differs for same room types. Front desk could have been better for seamless check in check out and room management. Location is just good for airport drop/pickup.
Stayed for 5 days. Good service. Helpful staff. Nice & cozy ambience. Did not dine in here. Situated right along a busy service road. 4- wheeler parking can be an issue.

Once reaching the hotel as couple they offered twin beds confused us with swim pool of it is operative or not. Room is average view was very pathetic, service was v late. Over all its not worth the price we paid!
It's a nightmare! Rooms are in bad condition. Even one can see stains on carpet and in washroom. Regarding service, you have to be lucky enough if you get anything on time. Each staff member is totally confused.

Disappointed with the hotel, I stayed for 2 nights, rooms are not that great. Food is ok with the breakfast buffet. Delayed service even for a water bottle have to call 3-4 times & waited for around 40 mins
Extremely courteous staff who were kind and accomodating for early check in. Room service was slow at times, but we stayed during a full hotel occupation. But all services were promptly done. The rooms dint have a balcony, but had a wonderful front facing sky view with a side bed. Ideal for business, couples and families. The pool is currently not functional. The in-house bar is closed on national holiday weekends.
I was on a official trip of bangalore decided to stay in country in and suites by Madison, I stayed there for 02 nights, impressed with rooms, food specially breakfast nice service by room service staff, chandrakant was awesome
Good property at an affordable price. The staff was quite friendly. The food was really good, the breakfast was full of variety and the quality too was good. Overall cleanliness was good.
Downside They serve you only one bottle of water per day, even for two people. You may have to buy some water from a store on the way.

To be honest we stepped into the hotel and we’re disappointed because of the poor response rate of the initial staff we spoke to and a broken Fridge in the bar and no hot water in our suite for few hrs. Then we met Mr. Mayank (manager), who handled the situation like a pro and turned around the entire experience. He was capable of understanding what we wanted and did it with kindness and empathy. He also upgraded the room and ensured we had a great time. Nikita Thakuri did a fantastic job assisting us at the breakfast table. I would recommend this place simply because of the ability of the manager to navigate through tough scenarios and take care of his guests and the courtesy Nikita showed, helping us with all we want at the breakfast table. There many hotels around Mysore. I believe it’s the staff and the experience they create that makes a hotel average or a phenomenal one! Thanks to these two I would rate this hotel a phenomenal one ️
Worst experience ever. My husband and I checked in for 2 nights as our regular hotel was booked out. I cannot believe how this hotel even received a 4 star. The only good aspect was cleanliness and valet. Service is deplorable. As them for one thing and stay assured you’ll not get it before the next day. We got our bags after 5 hours, food after 2 hours and the Laundry was picked the next day. I even had kept a document of mine on the table and when I was back didn’t find it. I tried asking the front desk support to find it but then what was I expecting. This hotel has been contracted for corporate services with my explorer, a well reputed MNC. I will dissuade the travel service department from continuing this service, by all means. It was painful to stay at this hotel.

I had planned a stay with my family for 2 days at this hotel. It was very nice, beautiful and hygienic. They maintained sanitization even during covid times. The staff was polite; food was good; rooms were clean and beautiful. A complete package within budget. Had come across this sweet lady named Alisha. Her polite and smiling personality, gave us good vibes and we liked the stay a lot more. Will give this hotel a 5 star. I will recommend everyone to stay at this hotel for sure.
Very unhygienic during corona time. Bedsheets smell a lot and carpet is very dirty can see ant like insects scroll. Reception staff was very impolite very rude and very unprofessional. I used to stay at this hotel multiple times on work related at manyata but my past 3 experiences were terrible. Hotel association should lower this hotel rank to 2 star. During my last 2nd visit when I went stayed with my family only had informed their manager ABT the staff unprofessional and lack of respect.
I noticed the bad treatment and lack of respect they give to couples who come to the hotel. They spesk very disrespectful towards women. You get respect if u come by a Benz and in suit. If u get down in taxi consider ur bound to face uninterested staff who promotes some radison hotel card to buy.
If u stay for more than a day the Rooms get cleaned only between 4 pm and 5 am.
Calling front desk and ask any request at night time I got an answer no from the guy even for a water bottle. No staff no for all. From past 3 times you guys are made us feel bad. Definitely neither me or my office collgues will be again coming to your hotel for stay.

I had the pleasure of staying in this hotel post the second wave. We absolutely loved the hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Food was good and the buffet though limited tastes very good. We were absolutely happy to get out post lockdown and were happy that we came here. Good job country inn.we will visit again
Right from the time of booking to the timen, we checked out, the experience was a great value for money. 1. I booked the stay from the Radisson app, and was able to select a smoking room beforehand. 2. A quick call to confirm that limit to early check-in and late check-out meant, the hotel stuck by it. Not without the usual disclaimers though. Both during the check-in and check-out process, I was told it would be chargeable, but promptly received a confirmation that that the hotel would make an exception if we stuck to the agreed timelines. This worked for me. 3. Food was really good and the staff did adapt to your request really well. Manas from the in-house ensured my second round of beer came with the ice-box, just the way I had requested the first time. 4. The housekeeping staff were really good. While they weren't nosy, they did check if the room was in a good state. Example - Apeksha from the team realised that the window blind mechanism was broken and promptly called for a tech to fix it. Didn't have to ask at all. Nandita ensured personal items weren't moved, during housekeeping process. 5. A few points that can be improved on: a. Extra tissue roll in the bathroom would have avoided calls to housekeeping b. Getting the hot water mechanism is something that I needed to be shown c. Considering it's Covid times, breakfast could have been served at the the room. The Mumbai Radisson did it.d. Amex card machine was unusable.
Overall, great place to spend a weekend alone, with someone or family. You do get treated well as a guest.

Three stars only as we expect few minimum standard when we stay at Radisson why 3 is following 1) Bed sheet was torn 2) Soap in washroom was used from previous guest 3) Although Manjunath and gracious lady helped us at check in during checkout I requested front desk guy denied to help us with bag and I was all drenched in sweat, gave an excuse of Covid protocol and no sign of humanity 4) Did not received invoice at checkout and not in email also which was promised by Hotel manager. I appreciate if invoice could be email as fair practice. Food was good at restaurants. Room size optimum for 2 people
Had a short stay. They first put us in a smoking room. We were shifted to another room upon request. Room service is very poor. Our room service order took a while to come and they didn't bring bottle opener. The lady said she will be back with a bottle opener. She never came back. Rooms are good. All my previous stays with Radisson have been pleasant. This was one unpleasant experience though.
Covid 19 rules will change suddenly.will people will km to know suddenly.that visitors nt allowed.by paying extra 1000 rupees will covid 19 nt km? Manager was v v rude.we are nt beggars. Service was good, but there was no ventilation in the room as well in the lobby, when I first entered I could feel strong Cigar smell which I felt very irritating and couldn't even sleep for the whole night to the standard of Radission they didn't even check before any of the guest walk in to the Room. What I felt was due to lack of ventilation that smell stayed for almost a day! But location is Good I can give 3 stars For Service and Location. Staff was polite and professional.
Currently staying in Country Inn…. Been more than a week now. Having a comfortable stay in present pandemic situation. Everything is perfect whether it is the ambience, taste of food or service. The best of this hotel is morning breakfast, variety of food. Great service, very cordial and warm staff, and excellent ambience. A special thanks to all the service staffs - Alisha, Ruchi, Chandini, Rakesh, Kannan and Manas for their warm hospitality, excellent service and sweet behaviour.
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bengaluru Hebbal Road was an amazing find.we loved the bay window concept.as a matter of fact.we spent more fun and quality time relaxing on the cushiony bay window.facing the lumbini garden side. Room service ordered food was on the expensive side.rated average.which is excusable.and not a big deal since food is not we were there for!
Room was clean.most importantly the bathroom was squeaky clean with all the possible disposable usable amenities.the linen was clean too.as was expected from a star category hotel.
To sum it we had a pleasant stay. The hospitality and pleasant customer service from every department was professional to the T!

Very unprofessional and extremely unfriendly crew. Called up and booked a table well in advance. However was given a table in a room separately from the main area with no fan and ac with no lighting and other stocked up items. Would never recommend the place.

Beware couples staying in this "Lodge". They will send some strangers who barge into your room middle of the night and loot all the money. Claiming they are from the media and if you dont obey them, they will threaten saying they will charge case against you. Such an unsafe place to stay. All these drama is with the support of hotel staff
