thank you giving good packing fecility.
Including international packing and transport services from past 6years

It's closed on holidays.
So don't waste your time by going to that place.
And they didn't even mention their contact details.

Very bad experience! I paid for the speed delivery of my documents to destination bangalore which was promised by the DTDC employee. But they didn’t deliver on time and lied to me saying the documents were delivered and finally my costumer had to pick...

I have been taking their service from last two years, I am completely happy with team work and reasonable price with discount. Valuable for money and good customer care.

A good professional couriers. Helps in tracking the consignment easily.

The delivery person does know how to arrive at the address! Does not use the address given, instead call for directions!

Extremely pathetic service. The courier person refuses to deliver it at the door. Asks us to come and pick it up at the gate. In the tracking status they mention that address is incorrect. Most I efficient courier company.

Worst place for the courier. The lady who works there acts like a Rowdy and responds as if she's doing a favour. Pathetic behaviour for a lady. By any chance you select them as your dropoff point, you will be ruined by them. Really mannerless...

Visited them for an international courier of documents. The staff was very professional and friendly. I was doing international courier for the first time. They assisted in each step and explained all the details.

Pathetic experience, manager was not available while visit, they delayed my parcel because nobody cares, vrl doesn't even have a customer care number

I personally had a very good experience of sending courier from India to Australia. Shakeer assisted right from packing to safely shipping it abroad. It reached us in just 2 weeks and without any damage. Highly recommended.

The delivery not received BUT SMS received as it's delivered.

Worst service, they will never call you, you have to figure it out and you have to receive your package from their shop.i don't know why they act like that.

Worst service from Basavanagudi branch lady working there. Rude and utter lack of patience to even listen to the query.
Do not use their services

Good and fast service but atleast 20% more expensive than the online booking option on the app. DTDC needs to sort this issue out.

Service is very good, don't know about other branches but in this one madam is very friendly and helpful
