COWOZO - COWORKING Zone

Convenient and one of the rare places in Mangaluru. Recommend it if you're looking to do business out of this wonderful upcoming city

The place is Good but I was asked to pay 5000 rupees as security deposit, after paying them on time of 5K per month for 2 months (along with the security deposit) I had to stop using the office due to personal reasons, when I notified them well mid of the second month hardly logged in for 15 days in second month, I was told the security deposit of 5000 will not be refunded as I damaged a wall, attached is a picture of the same where the chair has brushed against the wall and has some paint loss which is worth 200 rupees repaint work for which the owner took my entire deposit of 5000 and also was rude enough to not give a call and tell me nor send the photo of the damage on asking, hence I went to the place to click to photo. I was about to reuse their service but this kind of cheating has put my interest down, If you are planning to use their service, stay away as you will be cheated of the security deposit on silly reasons, very unprofessional.

Clean and functional. Have been working out of the Divya Enclave and the good quality high speed internet along with air-conditioned clean hygienic work environment is wonderful. Would recommend this place for anyone working remotely for good connectivity and reasonably affordable prices.

This is a review of the Divya enclave space. Well maintained, attentive management (key requirement for a co-working space), high speed internet and Air conditioned. Reasonably priced for Mangalore and located at a prominent location accessible easily. Only cons- Lack of meeting rooms and a common restrooms for the building instead of the co-working space but that doesn't bother us much. Overall, a great place to work out of!

PS: Cowozo has a new space in Empire mall which has discussion rooms, training rooms etc. Plus ample common parking.

Good place to work out of when you’re in Mangalore. Price is affordable, Internet is good enough, location is prime.
Couldn’t find a washroom though. Not sure if they have one. And Parking might be an issue.

Have used their services a couple of times when I travelled to Mangalore. Centrally located, decent range of services, friendly staff and affordable rates make it a no brainier choice for Coworking in Mangalore. Will use their services again.

Good place, probably the only co-working space in the whole of Mangalore. Neat, clean and affordable. I've been working here for the last 3 months, and haven't had any issues so far.

I'm working here for past 3 months now, pantry is only for the over sized dust bin, toilet is a myth, one toilet for the whole freaking building!

P. S if you wondering why I'm working here if I hate this place then know that it's my employer's obligation ;)
