Cratis Hospital

This is one the best hospital near Kristu Jayanti College, the only thing is that its a bit expensive but the service is good.

Writing this review based on my experience I went for the consultation due to cold and throat infection. I couldn't blv. That in just one day. I got completely alright.all the doctors.even the staff who working there are amazing. I want to mention doctor "dhananjaya " highly recommended physician for those who suffer with any disease.thank you soo much for the amazing hospitality highly recommended hospital.

The service was really bad. I went with my friend and the diagnosis was not even proper. The ambulance driver was so rude and behaved so badly.

My mother was admitted because she had dengue. We were happy with the treatment and the way all the staffs took care of her. The nurses and the management are very friendly and they explain you very well how to go about the process and procedures. A very decent hospital.

The practionist were not so experienced, no proper care to patients, the ambulance driver was so rude with people, their radiology reports were not clear. Personally i won't suggest this hospital.

The service and conduct of all the staff members were very pleasant.
The nurses were very careful in providing medicines and injections on time.

It is a very good hospital in the vicinity of gedalahalli very hygienic hospital and helpful staff. They make you at ease and provide good consultation not much crowded.so it's easy for quick consultation.

Docs here are very skilful and necessary mediations was given immediately… We are very thankful to everyone here… The staffs out here in hospital are extremely good. Dedicated staff from security to doctors to nurses. Interface with support staff like cashier and hr also very smooth. Efficient service. It's a small hospital with some good consulting doctors attached. May not be for specialised surgeries, but a suitable place for everything else. Far more reasonable than the large corporate hospitals. This does their shows of service.

I came with dengue. Dr. Siddiq Sheriff treated me. I am very happy with the services and hospitality that the hospital is providing especially in absence of patients attenders. I had one my uncle admitted recently. Excellent care by the doctors and nursing staff. Hospital is clean and neat. Housekeeping is good with regular intervals of cleaning. Dr. Siddiq is too good so also Dr. Vinu.

Go to other hospitals, anywhere, even for emergency. I have been there for emergency, but the doctor on duty, Vinu, does not know how to inject intradermal local anesthesia. He is very rude as well. Very disappointing.

They dont even care about the health

Today i did a small dressing for my dad as he had injured his foot.they charged me 1000 bucks! Very bad!

And because of this one incident i have made up my mind to not go there ever again. Especially that mallu dude who is working as nurse in emergency ward.he unnecessarily charged money!

I will ensure they get 1 star from atleast 20 friends of mine

Hospital staff has lot of issues.
Whole night the music was playing in the hospital where my wife was admitted in a separate room. When enquired the sister stated that it was one patient relative who was playing the same. No action taken from the hospital staff whole night and it was quite disturbing for the patient. Sister has written one sanitizer which was costing around Rs 250. Since the same was not used by us, we asked for the reimbursement. Sister stated that it was provided through hospital.

Doctors are really supportive especially Dr Vinod and Siddiqui.

Pros;
Dr. Siddique Sheriff - Did a great job with my health exam, he explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was kind and friendly. The duty doctor (Dr. Vinu) all the staff nurses, and the insurance department are great in their services, they were helpful, patient and were available at all times.
Cons; The housekeeping can be better!

We are using your hospital more than 9 yrs, First time we had bad experience. Management have to look after this issues. There's a huge gap between Doctors and hospital Pharmacy. Most of the medicines (same) are not available on your pharmacy. So, without informing us, pharmacist himself changed another medicines on Dr's prescription and gave to us. After reaching home, we realised that, and asked pharmist, then he responding that, medicines are same, only company is different.
If pharmacist have more than Dr.knowledge, then why we should pay doctor fees, directly take approach your pharmacy / pharmacist.

Been here twice, vaccination for myself and my wife. No mask worn by the lady at the billing counter. And there is this one guy (behaves like the owner). He always wears the mask in his neck and speaks to all. Not a good hospital in terms of following covid protocols. Not sure in other aspects, however my impression is not so good. So would not recommend

I had been admitted for covid a week. The staff there were attentive.would like to thank Almighty first and then Dr Vinu who was there just a call away.and Dr Siddique being a great help and last but not the least Dr Noor who personally took care of every aspect of well being. Thank you all.and will recommend hospital for best care in these trying times.

Doctors and staff are excellent here and very friendly. Had met Dr Siddiq Sherif for some issue. He understood my problem attentively and suggested the best treatment possible. Lakshmi at the reception was also very good and very helpful. Very neat and clean hospital.

Hospital staff is average, Never ever visit Dr siddiq such egoistic guy, he interpret results without even listening to the problem, My advice is better visit govt hospital where Doctors atleast listen to what you are trying to tell

We had our Covid vaccination done today at Cratis. Well organised and hassle free.
During these difficult times Cratis is providng access to Vaccination which is a great service.

My mum was under the care of Dr sidiq, & Dr sumedha, recently at cratis hospital. For multiple alignment, like she was having lungs infection, suger levels was high, B. P with all this she was tasted positive for covid 19, She got fine in a weeks time. Great care was given timely. God's blessings on all. I am thankful to the Doctors who took care.now she is absolutely doing well.
