The Vegan Strawberry custard Jar is absolutely amazing! I have turned a vegan recently and it was difficult to find good vegan desserts but now I have a go to place. This jar is a total vegan replacement of anyone who likes red velvet cake from Glenns.

Never ever again! Ordered a gluten free cake well in advance for the 10th Anniversary and till 8pm it was not delivered! The whole celebration went on without a cake as their call center executives kept telling its on its way. When I called the delivery guy he said he was still 1 hour away at 8pm. Thank you Crave for spoiling our very special day!
If you want a reliable bakery which can deliver as per their committed time, DO NOT ORDER from this place!

My Dad and I have found them a great place to order custom themed cakes from. The cake gets its own URL, and order processing and tracking is automated with Whatsapp chatbots, while they have their own delivery vans. This makes the ordering process smooth and hassle-free. Oh, and the cakes are yummy, and turn out just as expected, with accurate communication during the design process. We have also ordered cookies and other snacks from them, and they've tasted great as well.

I ordered to get their product between the time slot of 3-6pm. Order got delivered at 8pm. By then the whole celebration was almost over

I had ordered a customised cake with a basketball - The worst was they put thermocouple under the fondant without informing us My family almost ate it
The blue at the top was so bad that even on touching it was leaving colour.

Loved the assistance on getting the cake done to my neice expectation. Timely acknowledgement and perfect delivery. Taste of the Chocolate Truffle was delicious, and so was the cream. A great choice for a large family celebration!

Absolutely fantastic experience! The cake was exactly what we wanted, the team understood the requirement and the customisation was perfect. Kids loved it and it tasted amazing too! Delivery was before time. Highly recommend them if one is looking for theme based or customised cakes.

Do NOT order from here. Ruined my special day. I ordered my engagement cake from them which was supposed to be delivered between 3-6pm. Kept following up with them but no response. At 7.30 pm the delivery executive tells us that the cake was ruined. They delivered the cake which was not even the one I ordered at 11.30 pm after all the guests had left which was absolutely pointless. I told the customer executive to not send as my guests had already left but they insisted we accept it and they would get in touch the next day to resolve the issue. No one called and neither did they answer our calls.

Booking online was very simple. The cake was delivered on time at my requested time slot. And it was absolutely beautiful and delicious!
