Cresto Rooms

One of the worst rooms ever I've encountered in my Life, the staff just gave me used room as it is, just changed the bed linen and pillow covers sprayed room fresher to avoid cleaning, at the time of check- in I asked him to show the room for which he showed me an used room & said it will be cleaned and I was asked to wait at the reception, by the time I reached the reception area from 2nd floor the he said room was ready only in just 5 mins, Forget Covid safety cleaning you won't even get normal Cleaning, when I went to room I found used bottles still lying there the toilet wasn't even flushed properly forget about cleaning, floors were sticky due to not cleaning them, under the bed u can find dust, covers bottle caps etc etc which hasn't been cleaned since some year's, the irony is I asked in the reception to clean the toilet atleast and provide us the bathroom kit, that wasn't even done, there wasn't even a water in the room for drinking, when asked they said it will be charged extra, that's how cleanly the Cresto Rooms are being maintained, Kudos to the Owner

Don't stay here.worst place.they charge 1300 for one day but no services.bad room service.for just lukewarm water.you have to wait a lot.also food is bad.ordered aloo paratha and no aloo is there.so choose another place.

Charged me extra money, they want me to book again the room because I already paid online through oyo app.
