Beautiful hotel I use to come here more than 5-6 times for my meeting purpose nice hotel with nice food

1. Check-in was denied for Booking Done more than a fortnight ago by paying 100% upfront at MakeMyTrip upon reaching the hotel saying booking was cancelled. When questioned why I had no intimation of the same the reception mentioned they had been paid short by MMT hence cancelled at their end. After nearly half an hour of discussion when I refused to budge down saying I have the payment receipts and no proof of the cancellation Surprise Surprise the receptionist agreed and need not require to check with her manager or boss to allow me to stay. Now all off a sudden my booking became valid just because I refused to go somewhere else? So was it up to the mood of the receptionist to allow or not allow guests in the hotel?

After Check in at around 12 noon I wanted to fresh up and guess what no hot water! I called housekeeping I was informed keep the tap for 2-3 minutes on and hot water should flow even after 10 minutes nothing happened. Again called housekeeping they sent they will send a person and one young chap came and according to him the water flowing through the tap was hot when I insisted it is not I was informed they will put the heater on (I guess may be solar or something) again waited for 10-15 minutes no result. Again called the reception for the third time to confirm that was hot water available 24*7 or only in the mornings and they confirmed all day long and promised to send someone to checkout. After nearly 30-45 minutes I had finally hot water to have a bath. Phew!

The White Towel is faded and needs replacement.

Second day of my stay my room was as I left it no housekeeping done, dustbins cleaned etc. I am not sure if I needed to remind them to do housekeeping in my absence. Many other Hotels I have visited do it daily not the case here.

The Television is a small one guess 20 inches and has only free to air channels so if you are not carrying a laptop than watching FTA channels is only what you can do.

The only saving grace and the reason for the one star is the buffet breakfast which had a good spread.

Overall totally dissatisfied with my stay there!

I'm from Ernakulam, we had an office tour to Bangalore last week from 20th to 22nd September and booked rooms and food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) at this hotel, after the trip more than half of us got sick of food poisoning and some got admitted at hospital.
This place has no food safety standards!
How can it be a 3 star hotel?

Spacious, centrally located very near to bus Majestic Metro & Bangalore City railway station. Stay comfort. Spacious Meeting hall is available with good service with parking lot.

Nice hotel and good quality, tasty food. Room's also very good. Budget hotel. Walkable distance. 1 min to majestic bus terminal and 5 mins to railway station.

Waste of money.

Comfort - 3/5
Hygiene - 1/5 (many cockroaches roaming inside bathroom and inside room. Sometimes on the bed itself).
Food - 4/5
Service - 3/5

*They will give you only 500ml of Bisleri water bottle. In case you ask more water. They will serve you tap water.
*WiFi sucks. You can't access more than 500mb.
* They won't even recharge TV Cable.

They charge more but it's not worth for that money.

Nice hotel to stay at prime location in Bengalaru near to majestic bus stand.staffa nd management is good.well maintain business class

One thing to remember, there is snacks available in the room.it is chargeable and not issuing the bills against it. Ac is not well functioning but it's ok

Very Good! It is 3 star hotel! It has all kinds of rooms! Parking facilities and various halls for personal as well as business purposes. The hotel also serves with awesome mouth watering appetite with better service. Staffs are polite. Situated in the heart of the city in majestic. Any short and economic business trips? Then you can definitely book here. Nice place

Good, clean and peaceful restaurant I have suggestion and it is tea without sugar is very bad. They need to improve this.

Very nice and clean place to be visited with friends and family with having good room service and food that is beem provided by this hotel it's very mucb satisfying.

3) The restaurant- 'Amulya' serves hot, good and tasty food which reminds one of home food.
DEFINITELY A GOOD PLACE THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND.

The Hotel is in the market area. The lobby is excellent, the room service is also good, the hotel serves Vegetarian dishes which are excellent. The rooms are quite big but as the hotel is in the market area the scenery is not so good. Overall the hotel is really good.

Good place to stay, near to bus stop &, Rly station, nice hospitality, only problem is that the place is crowded being market place

Recently I had been there.no time management to allot room. Although I reached there 3hrs late of my checking time then also room was not ready, and asked me to wait for another half hr that was highly irritable part. No hot water on time when u want. Food below average. And after all highly ARROGANT STAFF. Not at all a good experience

Value for money. Nice clean and new infrastructure. Rates are reasonable and service is satisfactory. But don't go for the amulya restaurant attached below as it is way too costly
