Store variety is limited to TV, washing machine and Fridge.
I went there for air fryer and trimmer. (Swiss military trimmer was kept for showcase, they don't have there stock)
That's why rating 4 star.

If you are looking for some other appliances then you might find, variety in it.
Overall experience was good

They keep the basic range of all the products, if you are looking for some specific higher products they might order online and will get you delivered by 1-2 days.

It was Nice experience buying our Samsung A15 mobile. Dhananjay helped us with various options and could select the best phone.

I purchased Samsung refrigerator 2023 model on 22/10/2023, after installation i kept fresh valuable vegetables, fruits and milk ect, with in 48 hours all items spoiled, I booked complained, after one week Samsung untrained technician Mr. M Ajith as come on 7/22/2023 @7pm, we showed proof of spoiled items then also he rough using fridge is good condition said, immediately i Contact physically Sale's supervisor Mr. Devraj Kamal & his incharge said no need to worry will give replacement as early as possible after reporting Samsung technician, that Samsung technician is not ready to give report till today, sales supervisor & technician is playing with us, we suffered lot, unless we can't use fridge purchased newly branded Samsung refrigerator still now, so we not happy with Croma & Staff in Siddapura Whitefield Bangalore Karnataka,
I am requesting all public Friends, Brother's & sisters be careful, be think before going don't suffer like me.

Good place for washing machines, TV or Fridge, rest they can't compete with Amazon for Laptops, Mobiles etc, they really need to put an effort into it to level up the prices.

They carefully resolved what all queries and requirements I had. Great customer support, great floor team. Satisfied overall!

Wide selections of electronics and nice display. But they obviously try to push the most expensive item at you.

The only good part about this outlet is it has a parking for around 10 cars
The guard at the door just kept the doors open for everyone who walked in. No temperature screening, no check on masks. I wanted a vacuum cleaner-they had 2 Forbes models (low end) and a Dyson (which i was interested in) with no stock available for the model. My only advise to Tata group is, you have such a big outlet in a decent locality, why don’t you stock it appropriately. If the intent is to sell only low end stuff, sell it online

Worst customer experience. Executives doens't keep commitment. Varthurroad Croma outlet seems to be worst than all other outlets of Croma in BANGALORE

Been there couple of times. Good Pricing and ambience, offers for existing members, enough space, friendly staff, enough parking space

Very cooperative staff. They listen to their customers problems and attend them properly. Went there for a product exchange. Completely satisfied with the resolution provided.

Every day price ll change here, they don't even have ready products here they need 7 days to get the product even after customer bill the amount.

I have been to the store couple of times, they have variety of appliances and gadgets. Salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful. The "Onsitego" extended warranty plan is useful for any buy, comes at fraction price of the original purchase.

Not fair.outlet is not having free parking facility.need to pay 20rs for 5mins also.which s really unfair.

Sales person doesn't have much knowledge about the features of the product and is clueless regarding the demo requested.

We bought Airtel xtreme firestick on Sunday 19 jan. As it was not working well. We went back on 25th Jan and asked for the help but customer support showed attitude behaviour, where they asked us to go home and call airtel customers support and get it sort it out by ourselves. After argument discussion, they agree to help us in which they told us it will take 2 days to get replacement. And yet we are waiting. Their reason for delay is either that respective person is not there or airtel service centre is still checking. If we calls them, there response will be “give us 10 minutes to check and will call you back “ (don’t worry! They never call you back). Awful experience.
