Very Good and quality service from chroma. Bought HP victus Laptop here and I got it at a better price than its competitors and online. Sales staffs are very friendly and really spoke to us very well. Went for update after a month even that time their hospitality is very good. And main thing is I got my favourite color laptop (Matt Blue) which is very rare.

Recently, we purchased an LG TV from this store. After 15 days, the TV malfunctioned. We contacted the branch's customer support, and their response was very poor. Despite being customer support, they seemed to prioritize LG over us. Please avoid visiting this Croma branch; there are many other showrooms on the same road, and I recommend those instead. I regret making my purchase here. They don’t even deserve one start as well.

Had a worst experience today at croma store Jayanagar. There is no coordination between their own stores, the staffs do not care to call back and give an update or pick up calls. Dear croma please hire people who are actually interested in the work and who genuinely wish to resolve customers problems and help them with their needs.

Thanks to Mr. Mahendran & Sindhu for assisting and arranged the one plus 8t mobile in a short time as the product was not in the stock in the showroom in jayanagar branch, the guys did good job and made my day thank you.

Went there to buy Macbook pro with M1 chip. There was nobody to assist. Waited for long time. The product was not available. Somebody tried to call and checked bit couldn’t give a suitable reply. But this is same for all the brands. At last bought a extension chord but there was nobody in the billing counter. Had to wait again for quite long time for the billing. Experience was disappointing.

It's fine for what it is. It's a small showroom compared other chroma. Went to check for airpods and Galaxy buds both were not available.

Although u get wide range of products.the problem is with the Price management of the goods. They suddenly change the price of the goods

I think when compared to anyother Croma store Jayanagar branch is outstanding with lots of products and staff are also very friendly and helpful to find the exact product based on your necessity. Best to visit during festive season to avail special discounts and offers.

Croma has lost its name now. It's not like how it used to be. When it was first launched they were giving a good pricing on many products, now they are too expensive. The competitors offer a huge discount on products & these guys are very stubborn. Even the salesmen are least bothered to attend you when you tell that the price is too high compared to other stores. My view is for all croma branches in Bangalore.

Can't see many product varients here. Went twice, once for laptop nd anthr tym for microwave oven. Both time disappointed.
