I’m not so happy with the way they treat customers. They give free gifts with the laptop purchase and I also brought iPhone recently and the free items are mostly damaged. They gave me a key board and mouse, I told the store manager Basavaraj the same. He said will get it replaced and when I went with the product they denied to exchange and instead telling me to contact customer support.

I mean you give free gifts watch which doesn’t even work properly, mouse cord which is damaged, dint even use the keyboard once. I mean I have purchased items worth more than a lakh and don’t I have a capacity to take 2k product. You could have said me the first time I asked instead of wasting my time.

Dissatisfied and disappointed with this kind of customer service by the store manager Basavaraj himself. I’m never going back again to this store.

Great experience. Salesperson that I interacted with has awesome knowledge about the products. I got good offer with HDFC card. Received fair deal for the exchange of my old phone. Overall, first time in Croma and it went awesome. Highly recommend.

Place is good with lots of variety. Still some product should be present which are online. Over all nice place for shopping.

Visited to try out Sony headphones, I was disappointed of not finding the display piece at the Sony showroom, but thankfully croma had all the flagship Sony headphones, even the ch and xb series.

Suitable parking facility, complying staff, neatly presented stalls and payment methods. Signature Croma equipments and other brands at affordable prices.

If you are looking for electronic items you must visit this place. The staff here is good in knowledge and knows their stuff.they are well-behaved as well. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because they don't have a lot of options.

Worst service, they even don't know the interest rates on credit card EMI payments while in the payment section also, they don't have the basic knowledge

I visited Croma Marathalli, Products are good but sales executives are worst. I had a worst experience with the sales persons, they wasted my half of the day just for billing. IDFC no cost & loan is another worst thing Croma have attached with. IDFC executives initially say that processing cost will be ~800, but after billing you will come to know it's more than 2000. After your purchase sales executives will not pick your call, no response from them, you need to struggle with product service persons for installation, it took me almost a week for just 15 mins installation. If you want to contact the sales executive with whom you have discussed, you need to go to showroom again. Croma executives are not at all helpful or supportive. I visited 3-4 times for enquiry and purchase every time, each sales executive have different explanation about the products, they will put you in confusion. Every time they wasted my time, for getting clarity about the products from their other executives. Overall products and its prices are good but worst executives they have.

We were looking for washing machine and went to ifb and samsung stores but were unable to compare. Then we decided to go to croma and yes we made a right choice. Here you can compare many brands at one place and buy.

It would be great if your staff has full knowledge of your appliances.this is the second time we had such experience.

They do not time to entertain customers.
You need to run behind their sales person to understand everything.
They just want to sell their croma products.

Not too many options in laptop configurations.you have to be very sure on which config you need or else sales team will try to get you what they jad as left over stock.saying those models are best in config.

I'm delighted and had a great experience at Croma near kadubesanahalli. Mr. Manjunath, Croma Store manager managed the product delivery on time, he was very supportive and patiently answered my all queries aiding me in deciding on buying the best product.

I bought my iPhone 12 here, my shopping experience, pricing, staff behaviour everything was excellent. I would strongly recommend you visit and shop here. The added advantage is we are supporting the great Tata group which has done invaluable contribution to Indian society.

Recently I had an opportunity to visit Croma to check out for a samsung tv. Being an online-shopping person, initially I was quite hesitant to go to offline stores. I had been there and trust me to my surprise I had a very good experience in the store, I was assisted by a gentlemen called Uday, he was very impressive in explaining all the details/offers and he really tried to convince me with the all the facts which he had and felt really impressed by the person. I bought the television from them after all the impressive discussions. I have definitely my seal of trust and would suggest others to try out the store! Definitely recommend!

Nice shopping experience, one has to keep all the stock for display items. Ample parking space, which is the issue everywhere in Bangalore. Recommend for shopping for good deals.

Good store for electronics purchase. Staff is helpful and has good handle on the products they sell. I found their prices on laptops comparable to best online price.

It's a good place for very general electronics shopping. It doesn't have inventory as big as reliance digital but contains most of the genral use product. I visited to buy Go Pro 9 accessories they don't have the collection. Also there are few past incident where not able to find decent tripod or camera accessories. If you are visiting to buy other product like TV, camera body, mobile, laptop or bags. Then it's became a one stop place.

Very bad costomer aervice and very bad response for delayed delivery. I would not recommend this store and Chroma in general.

Superb experience from CROMA team. They are ready to give the same offer as AMAZON for every product available in store.

Today I went to buy a FITBIT and the MRP was 6999/-.
I show them the price at AMAZON which was 5299, and they said we are ready to give you for that price. Superb.

Update On March 1st 2021:
Got an iphone 11 for amazon price and was able to redeem 2 Gift card and 1 Gift voucher on same purchase.

You get the product for online price at the present time and chroma gives the warranty on all their shop. What a deal, Great Job CROMA.

Store is located at a very good location & good collection as well! But when compared to Reliance Digital, I felt the price point is a bit higher!

Very very bad service from Croma. I purchased AC from croma and they installed defect AC. I raised the complaint and keep following it up. They are cool and saying it requires 10 to 15 days for the technician to visit. Kindly be away in dealing with them and dont waste time and money by shopping with them.

Don't expect people working in Croma to know the product. Do your research and go there. Also they do give over the top discount if you really ask for it

Still installation is not done, daily calling customer care and getting same response (sorry, we will escalate this). Went to croma store directly and they are like do you need installation I don't know what the f.k these guys are upto. I strongly suggest not to go for Croma.

[2 days back review] Offer is good but service and response is not quick. Got the refrigerator two days back (they delivered next day as promised) and still waiting for the installation. Called to the customer, their system was not working and they asked me to call after 2 hours. After calling again, they said you have to wait.we don't have any update. Even billing their system had some issue and they made us wait for half an hour

Staff were friendly and they had every appliance/gadget one could ask for.we were able to compare so many different phones and were satisfied with the whole experience.

Croma is famous for its variety of model in particular device.and staff is having goog amount of info on there things

I am having very bad experience with this store, they delivered the tv which is in bad condition and when I am trying to get it replaced, customer care asks to talk to store, store guy most of the times do not pick the call, its frustrating.

Visited this place to check out few laptops especially the latest Apple MacBook Pro with its M1 processor. The outlet was equipped with adequate staff, but none of them keen to check on the customer and l enquire what I wanted. With little walk around the outlet I found the Apple products section and the person there did not seem interested to give out details and have a conversation. Feeling clueless about each products with no dissemination of information and lack enthusiasm by the staff, I decided walk out of the outlet. The place may be ideal if you just want to walk into the showroom, knowing what you want and walkout with the item you want without having to discuss anything with the staff there.

Its a electronic store where you get a to z of electronics owned by Tata group, everyday you have offer with credit and debit cards, most of the time best deal in mobiles especially.

Visited the store today afternoon to buy samsung galaxy Tab A 7. Expirenced worst ever service. Non of the executive seems interested in selling or attending customer. Store is well equipped but staff behaviour seemed to be rude towards consumers.

The shop is having enough goods and discount offered will be less when compared to online. If someone one want to buy any electronic good this is best one. Working staff will be more than customers, don't get afraid of that

Great place, but in weekends customer services are bad due to crowd.
If you're purchasing large items then sales entertains queries, but if it's for smaller objects like earphones, they have no knowledge, just try to dump some products on you, without explaining what pro's and cons of it.
And better to do your homework before you come. Otherwise sales guys just corral you to certain products.

I went to buy a cooler and as i entered i was approached by couple of salesmen. As soon as i said i wanted a cooler they just walked away. I guessed the reason being the ones who approached me were handling different category. Now i was left to myself without any help. I walked around few coolers and realizing no one was willing to help i walked out.

The staff is quite friendly. It's located in a prime location, opposite to JP Morgan office. You'll find most of the gadgets here. They're running a discount wherein you get cashback from different banks on different days of the week. Overall, a good place.

This Croma lies on sleeping road adjescent to the Panathur main road, very nice outlet of different electronic items from cell phone to washing machine, mixer grinder to the dishwasher, ovens to the water purifier, nice sales persons who give right guidance, on your spending budget you can have your choice of appliances.

I am giving 1 star because we cannot give any lower than this. The store has zero accountability and manager takes little to none responsibility. I bought a product and asked them to deliver at a specific location. The people have entered wrong PIN and delayed delivery for over two weeks. Manager has a disgusting behavior. Please visit Reliance Digital, Pai or GIRIAS. They offer better services at a better price. Don't choose chroma

Worst experience.sale's Person have lack of knowledge and information about products they are selling.just looting the innocent people.

Off late, this place has stopped stocking items. Almost everything I have asked for in the past few months has been out of stock.

Had a really bad experience, thus this rating. Bought a one plus 6 with a defective screen that had to repaired after six months, thus couldn't be replaced at the store.

Good collection. Well informed staff. They support well in helping decision making. They did provide me with an offer that was hard to decline. Even their delivery staff was too supportive. They waited for me to deliver at my address pretty long. Really appreciate it.

Just went to check prices regarding Samsung convertible refrigerator. Prices are competitive. Everyone should check once before taking decision.
