Guys i actually wrote a lot and cleared reason is no one is gonna help from croma end after reading that request is take a video while purchasing post billing their behavior and service is different

The shop was manned by committed salespersons. In particular I would like to put on record the help rendered by Ms Kokila and Ms Aishwarya. They were extremely helpful and ensured that we got the best deal. I have to mention that it was so helpful that we got varied and latest appliances under one roof. Staff are least bothered about customer, I have maltiple time been here and went out without buying only for staff offering and treating customer, manager to look this very siriously.
Croma Indiranagar has quite wide variety of collections but due to covid trials are not allowed especially for headsets/earphones. Well maintained. But one can expect a delay of 2-3 days in availing even the soft copy of the Invoices if at all yo need one apart from the hardcopy of the bill. Stocks may not be readily available but yo are expected to bill it and pay the amount if yo need to avail particular discounts. Quite annoying to wait for 15-20 days to receive the delivery if the product bu having paid the entire bill amount.
Worst ever experience, never buy from this place, never even walk-in knowingly or unknowingly. Such pathetic customer support. No one cares whether you get billed or not. No one cares if you are waiting for getting billed or purchasing the product. I wish I never walked in.even the customer support or the manners of manager is awful. Would never recommend this place to anyone
Service was good while picking up item but when i went to take bill only one lady was at customer care and it took about one hour just to get bill they need to work on it

The billing counters needs to be increased, last time when visited they had lots of issues no scanner, no barcode on products, no proper management at billing counters they don't even ask customers to come in lane and does random billing.
Good quality products but delivery is late and no safety is taken while delivering to home, I got damage piece.and thn after complaints they have given me the new piece after 4 days. But overall iam happy with croma.

Nice place good atmosphere, it could be better if they work on goods offers than the bank which only entertain credit cards. For customers who swipe their debit card or cash.
This is no more that old days Croma store. Cheaters, thieves in the market, mingled with brand people and selling fake old product. I bought a Dell Laptop, raised complain in three days for the slowness but they managed to convince and said laptop will work fine. Visited 2 times at store as I got into their cheat profile to buy 3 years site warranty. Forget about on-site warranty, they are not even helpful in store too. Manager seems to be completely with no knowledge, with confused state of mind, and no response he has other than "It depends", that is all he has to say. Somehow they repaired the laptop however removed all the software and now in just 10 months I need to buy all new software's even whatever free was given to the laptop. No help, just they are into selling. Once sold their attitude is completely different for the customers even you buy 1 yr, 2 yr 3 yr on-site warranty. Felt truly cheated and hope to never and ever visit CROMA.
I had a good experience buying a Dell laptop from this croma but why is that when I go see other products on display there is some croma staff that comes and starts explaining about the product that I won't buy and I remember one staff member who came out of no-where when I was just looking at the apple loptop (I don't remember it's name) he just went explaining and said "it has a much more powerful processor then yours sir" this just made me hate that person a lot and mad me think so if anyone is buying apple product they are considered to very wealthy so if anyone eles goes and buys like a dell, acer just for an example so u treat em badly why? This might not happen with everybody but a person must not be insulted for silly things and this not fake I had the worst experience after that I just wanted to get out of there I thought tata would a good job but I was insulted but buying my laptop was good but why do u differentiate between apple coustmers and other coustmers everyone can afford what they can have not the one they can't have if this still continues I any my family rather buy stuff from online
Excellent service by Croma. Staff is very co-operative and helpful. I went for a store pickup and the service was very fast. They also helped me to check the device, so that in case of any issue they can replace it on the spot. Great experience in this store.
I have new lenovo laptop Feb 7th and it has an issue and gave it back for the replacement on 10 Feb but till 20th we don't get any updates. 4 times I came to they asked to come and collect it.again they are asking us to wait.very bad experience do not buy any item from this store
Croma is cheating public in the name of extended warranty While taking warranty there is no information that it is from Croma not from brand When we request for service during extended warranty period Croma will say will contact in 15 working days against one day from any brand services normally Since we can not wait for so long we need to additionally pay to brands. Ultimately no service is being provided by Croma

Not a good experience I have had. The customer care service for replacement is the worst and I have had to deal with unnecessary altercations and unprofessional ism. Avoid this branch.
I heard online shopping is fraudulent.no people does offline and ON FACE Frauds too. I have chosen "Chroma" because I heard it's trustworthy but it is not. So the story behind this is I chose laptop model Lenovo 330s IdeaPad and I paid for it. I had a doubt because of packaging so I asked them for giving demo in the store itself. When they opened it was a different laptop model Lenovo s145. Which was cheaper than the selected one. Manager and sales representative started insisting me to buy that model saying both are same.
It was very unprofessional and pathetic service. Now zero interest in Chroma. I have receipts too.
Big store, good location, helpful staff. However sometimes this helpfulness might not be needed since staff always come behind you and follow you wherever you walk.
With my recent Croma experience, I am probably loyal for life.
Got my PS4 from here. Harris from Croma Koramangala was the salesman who was dealing with us. He knew the product inside out which made me more confident about the sale. Cheers to the Croma training team which was able to give me a better experience than the Sony Centre.

Bought a conventional oven got it delivered. The next day but a faulty oven. Which was not working.team from LG visited twice and could not fix the simple door alarm issue.and the service technician did not even respond after multiple call.repenting to have this product bought from croma.they have not taken any iniciative after the sales.
