Good experience my laptop was hacked by someone but i went to reset my laptop they took my laptop for service and erased everything and my laptop was in warranty they were humble and customer centric installed new window thank you team

I visited this store today l. For enquiry and the staff is very helpful and cooperative and very wide range of products are available in this croma store. And offers are good too.

One of the worst set of sales guys! After spending 20 mins in the store and asking various sales reps for help on buying a TV, no one shows interest. Everyone is chit chatting and wasting their time. No wonder the store is totally empty! You have many more options beside this store on the same road.

On August 2023 I bought FABER chimney from CROMA, they convinced me to take the warranty period more for 2 years to be on the safer side, the total cost came around 14k including installation. Within one month of its use oil started dripping from one of the corners, complained raised and a technician came and he ended up with a conclusion since I bought the lower end model I have to face this.may be 14k is a less amount for FABER.not for me. Anyways after raising innumerable requests technician came and gave their own excuses of this dripping oil issue. This problem still persists and 10 days back one technician came and gave his final verdict since we use “mustard” oil more FABER is not compatible with it, company won’t change this chimney and i have to clean the chimney on a daily basis to get rid of this problem. I asked him does FABER not do business in eastern and northern part of India? Do we all clean chimney internally on a daily basis? He had no answer to this. Now FABER has stopped responding me totally and I am in a soup. Is this the right post sale attitude? I will never ever buy anything from FABER and would not suggest anyone to buy anything from them. CROMA should confirm the product before selling also.

We were received at the door with a beautiful smile inquired about our requirement and was led to the right sales girl.
We were at Croma Indiranagar to buy a geyser, we were so impressed by the customer service that we continued our buying spree. We picked up a 65-inch TV, a 345-liter fridge, and a washing machine. The salesperson and the Bajaj finance personnel were patient in explaining things to my 76-year-old mom-in-law.

Never purchase croma brand and never get into croma indiranagar staffs are good but the manager Teena is so arrogant least bothered to attend customer to solve the issues.
I had pur chased croma brand washing machine 5yeats back from Sarjapur croma and team of Sarjapur is nice whenever I have an issue they attended specially Mr Venkatesh Manager
Last one month my washing machine is under repair and the part is not available finally they have come out wit solution and I have decided to take new washing machine and since I say in indiranagar I told you can pay it in indiranagar and they will do the rest of the things from Sarjapur.
To pay the amount I have to see the manager more than 15miniuts finally I went inside his cabin still she is not bothered to address me she is busy on phone.then I came out of her cabin waited out side 1st floor. She came out not even bothered to attend me I went behind her and talk to her she told let them send email then I will see
Some time back I was holding the line from sarjpur jagdeesh to talk to this lady
So arrogant and worst service.
I had spent my 30 years in customer service and business development in Retail may I expected more and better service from Tata

Croma is always a place where one could get confused with Reliance. They have a decent and a huge spread of the latest digital and other eletronic goods that we need for our day to day use.

Customer service is very nice. But they don't have any live demo for products like Bluetooth (all brand), fridge etc.

I have been there to buy headphones. None of the staff knows info about headphones. That are standing like statue. Not happy with service.

One of the salesman got my number from there counter which I gave for the register started calling and whatsapping me. And then I mailed it for the complaint.

Visited for handing over used electronic equipment as E Waste. Amazing reception and services by Croma Staffs. Keep it up.

Don't buy any croma product, bcz there service part is very bad, any complaint happened, 21 days require to resolve the problem, i paid for extend warranty, otherwise i can cal to local people for repairing, so i will not recommend croma

The largest electronic chain with many many brands to shop from. They give away great offers from time to time on different products. Do visit for all your gadget and appliances needs.

I went here to buy a 14 inch version of the Lenovo 530s laptop. The 15.6 inch version was available on Amazon but I wanted a smaller one. The staff seemed least interested to show me what I wanted. In fact they kept showing me other laptops I wasn't interested in. I went there again 2 days later to purchase the laptop that I wanted. The staff informed me that the last laptop available was on display and there is no other piece. They told me that they had another laptop but it got sold 2 days back. They should have told me before that this was the last piece. The staff was hopeless. In fact all other last pieces in Croma had discount except this one. They expected me to buy the laptop on display (used) for the same price as the new one. I am very disappointed as I did not expect this from a big brand like Croma, especially from the Indiranagar store.

Perfect place to search for electronic goods. You can compare brands on the basis of price range, service it provides. The features can be compared there.

A perfect place for blended electronic brands. Staff is so nice and gives proper response for your raised queries. There were some offers going on when I visited. Always ask for offers before any payment

Very poor service. Purchased a vego cooler on saturday. They assured the delivery on sunday but haven't received any call on sunday. I called the store on monday morning and asked about delivery, they assured delivery on monday afternoon 2.30-3 pm. As it was an afternoon time I had to take off from my work to wait for the delivery. At 3pm when I called them, they said me delivery is on hold and we can initiate a request and you will hear back in 24 hours. Then after fighting with customer care, they gave me time 8.59 PM for delivey. I wasted a whole day. Missd office because of their false commitment.

Okay so either the system doesn't work properly or some people working at the store lack brains. Why would anyone book a refrigerator to be delivered 2 months later. There was a huge mess up with delivery date. Had to raise a customer complaint and finally got the delivery. Delivery guys were really good. Brought the refrigerator in a good condition and installed neatly. 3 stars are only for the delivery people.

Good place to explore options in electronics but they are not able to match the market prices. I have observed them twice.

Highly priced compared to online sites even after discounts. If they want to continue they have to bring down the prices.

I feel d chaam of store is going low day by day bcs of online market. This is not only for croma but almost all store. I wanted to buy food processor n I dint find in all big showrooms of indranagar.

I got the delivery of my vego cooler today and they said installation team will come today only. I have been calling service customer care number on croma.no one is there to attend the call.no response.it's ridiculous. 24 /7 customer care number.is useless.no executive to attend the call.

Never buy from Croma. Worst service from indiranagar branch. I bought Croma brand Vega air cooler. The salesperson tells no need to check its factory sealed. I come home and it doesn't work. I wait for a day after lodging complaint no technician attends. I take back the cooler pay a higher price and get another air cooler Symphony make. Had to pay extra as store says same brand not available. The new cooler started throwing water outside when I started using. I lodge a complaint same day but three days have passed and no technician has come. Poor service and selling defective models. Planning to take legal action. Worst store. No ethics

Very good store located in the prime location of Indira Nagar. Knowledgeable staff and they are Very polite and offered good service. After sales service is awesome in Croma. Range of products are high and convenient for online transactions as well.

Bought my LG phone here. Bought a Laptop here for a friend.service are good.recently i bought Nokia 6.1 in EMI and their EMI formats are so short and functional. Visit yes ill come again
