I visited this store to buy oneplus 11r. Sales person their has no atticates to greet or initiate a conversation with customer. When I asked a question, guy started showing me oppo phone like some kind of commission they are getting from that brand. Then I told him I will buy oneplus. He started talking rudely and saying you will get a defect after 2-3 months and oppo is better than oneplus. They manufacture oneplus. Oppo is dad of oneplus. I felt so negative, I just left the store. This is my second bad experience there.

The only reason I am leaving this review is because of the helpful assistance of your employee, Tapan.

I have purchased many products from you guys in the past 2 yrs. Recently, I purchased a Sony Bravia 55 inch television.

Unfortunately, my tele developed a motherboard issue within the 1st 2 days of usage and although it was covered under warranty, it was becoming tough to get in touch with Sony.

I reached out to Tapan after multiple attempts to get Sony to fix this and Tapan made sure I got calls from the Sony guys within 30 minutes.

He followed up and made sure I got a resolution and the guys who were dilly dallying for weeks to come look at the issue and fix it, came the very next day and a replacement was worked out.

Not just this but in the past, my JBL ear phones also had an issue and Tapan was the one who got people working and helped me fix it.

If I am returning to Croma it is only because you have a helpful employee like Tapan who is eager to help customers and takes it upon himself to see to it that the issue is fixed.

Treat him good and give him a raise. Such employees are hard to find.

Best place for All electronic items but the sales people's are don't know the complete details of the goods

Most irresponsible croma outlet, have been to quite a few but worst by a large mile, very dissatisfied and disappointed with the overall experience Tata should be concerned with this Neeladhri outlet

Very very worst service from this Croma center, I have purchased Washing machine 7.5 with 3 years additonal warranty. So they said any issue it will be replaced. I used to get E0 error which was not in thier manual, even after knowing the fact they started sending technicain who doesnt knw anything.
Now i asked for replacement, so they are saying tht model is stopped for 7.5kg & so they wil giv 8kg for which i need to pay additional amount.
First of all as per Consumer forum, Croma needs to replace 7.5kg or 8kg without any extra amount. These are cheating customers.
Now after paying additonal amount, since 4days they are not delivering, when i ask they say material is missing

Just eager to sell product
Floo4 manager doesn't have a clue how to handle situations
Pathetic beyond words.

Went for refrigerator washing machine mixer grinder at Croma store neeladri road, Bangalore. Excellent service by store staff Usha and Jaya lakshmi

Their service after purchase is very bad. Bought the branded Air conditioner from this shop. They sent the technician from their own (not from the Brand warranty team) who knows only limited knowledge about the installation and he screwed up things. There was no need of core cutting for the brick wall, Since he did not bring the drilling bit, he did the core cutting and the charges were on the higher side. The customer care team will close the ticket without resolution and they don't bother to hear your concern.

Also note that they did not provide bill or receipt for the installation amount which i paid includes GST. I am still following up with customer support team but so far no luck.

There is a conflict between the vendor (chroma) and the actual brand warranty. I raised the complaint for the installation issue, Chroma customer support said that the service will be provided by brand warranty team where as the brand warranty customer support says they are not responsible as it was bought from chroma. I was running between these two to get it sorted. But none sorted out the issue which was unprofessionally done by chromo technician.

I suggest if you are planning buy an air conditioner, buy it from the brand dealer itself to avoid all these problems.

I had a very pleasant experience with the salesman Adarsha. He was very friendly and explained all that i needed to know about various products. Keep up the good work.

Customer support is bad the support at the store are least worried about the customer and keep them un attended for a long time and no proper response from the support

We went to enquire about TV. Nobody cared to attend us. Plz avoid visiting there on weekends. Try on week days. Customer service is not good.

Had been here to buy a charger found it just in seconds my shopping was done no hassle in billing also everything was smooth n easy

Options are many to buy but poor parking facility which puts everyone at risk. We have to park the car in an abandoned area which is very unhygienic. Big brands keep parking in mind than sales.

The time I went to buy a phone here the staff were really polite and kind. They explained everything about the offers and even called me to mention if the mentioned colour of phone was available. They got back to me on time and then when the payment mode was failing they waited for me to complete it even though it took alot of time to get the payment done. They also let me check if the phone was in working condition and politely thanked me as well.
