It was great experience, the staff was really good, behaviour was so nice, second time shopping great experience

I would rate negative. I tried connecting with them over call for iMac, Staff is completely doesn't have any passion to engage customers and do the sale. I am a serious buyer, tried getting updates on IMAC but went in vain. This team is completely rude, I am still wondering ~1.3 sale how come they can let go so easily. I would recommend not to trust this store and service.

Croma all ways best shopping place for electronic and home appliances items. Service n trust is more important to buy any electronic products which Tata maintained so far.

Not many display pieces available in the store of any kind of electronic product u want to buy.when buying an electronic item the first thing u want is too see the product else it is as good as buying it online! Thats my 2 cents to the store

I went there to exchange my old iPhone and buy the latest one. The sales representative were totally rude and not interested to do his job. Everyone were just roaming here and there. Not a pleasant visit.

Staff are good specially the one who looks 1+ counter and also Deep.they help you from all the best way possible

Croma is absolutely worthy. However their prices for Laptops are higher than their competitors by atleast 5%-10%. For low cost products like External Hard Drives, Memory Cards, Flash Drives, Headsets, etc. Staffs are helpful in choosing laptop.

Had purchased iPhone and mi watch in last 3 months. Good experience. Staffs are kind enough.

We visited to buy a laptop, only few models are available at that time so we didn’t have that much opportunity to check the available offers here.

Customer service is not so good.

I went there and took a small bluetooth speaker for billing, besides me standing in the queue for long time, one of the sales guys came and inturept billing and started billing a customer who is buying an iPhone. Why such behavior, 500rs or 100000 rs, you should treat the customer in same way, i kept the speaker in their billing desk and walked out the store immediately. They just lost a genuine customer who is capable of buying more costlier electronics than an iPhone. I decided not to buy any products from them. Atleast this particular outlet.

A good store. A bit crowded on weekends but that is due to the positive impact of the brand and service which is reassuring!

Bought a washing machine from Croma of Phoenix mall on Friday the 2nd of September, 2022 and they delivered it the next day that is, on the third very early in morning promising installation on Sunday which till now hasn’t happened. Instead of them coordinating for the installation, we had to call them innumerable times to which they kept promising installation and finally they said it would not be possible today but only tomorrow which we aren’t certain of. Trust in Tata group make us go to croma but it’s just a wasted effort. Unless we provoke them only will our purpose be achieved. Sad that we read the other reviews late.

Terrible customer service

Making a sale is definitely not their priority. Poorly motivated employees.

I went there to purchase ACs for my house on 21st Feb. The customer service (Mr Rakesh) representative told me it will take some time to figure out the inventory details. We agreed that I’ll be back after dinner and he will figure out the details by then. He was gone by the time I returned.

I waited a long time before someone else was available to help me. I was told I would get a call next day with delivery details but haven’t heard back from them.
