Tata Croma is in JP nagar situated on the outer ring road. The name croma is trustworthy and is known for quality service. You can buy any electronics here. The price is similar compared to Flipkart and Amazon big billion days discounts. You can ask the staff if you find the price lower on different sites, they will lower it reasonably.

I bought electronics worth a lakh here with extra discounts on cards, apps etc. The staff is very humble and helpful. They will help you with extra discounts and late delivery as well. You can also check with them about the service and warranty of each product that you buy.

The ground floor is for phones and smaller devices, 1st floor is for washing machines, fridges, geyser, chimney stoves and filters etc.

There are several croma outlets across Bangalore, you can visit any nearest croma center and experience the same staff.

Very worst experience, not worthy, sales did not explain features properly.not proper service. Worstest experience ever

I bought my ASUS tuf A15 laptop in Jp nagar Croma store it was so good and the employees who are working over there are so friendly with the customers Iam so happy to purchase my laptop from Croma.

I bought a LG television few days back from this store. They told someone will come for the installation but no one came waited 2 days then one manager from the store Miss Diksha coordinated with me and immediately my installation was done. Good experience all together

I visited Croma few days back to buy a laptop. It was a good experience, the staff were so welcoming and assisted me well.

I had a worst experience.its been 3 days I got my refrigerator delivered and till now no installation person arrived.am contacting them from yesterday but they just say we will send the person but no one takes initiative. Fridge is just lying in our house without using.i have been contacting them more than 10 times donno how many more days they gonna take just for an installation.am never gonna visit this brand anymore fed up of these irresponsible and fake words by customer care people.i even mailed to customer care but no response from them.worst experience

Extremely worst service given, had ordered a washing machine, they provide different delivery and separate team for installation, which will take more than 3-4 days to use product.instead please prefer online booking from Amazon. Amazon and Flipkart will deliver and install at the same time.

Pathetic customer experience, the sale guy promised for credit card instant discount which his manager arrogantly refused to provide while billing. I believe the supervisor was very much reluctant to give the offer.

Just a tad better than Reliance Digital but seems like this store too has lost its charm nowadays. Staff seems disinterested to guide customers which was their USP earlier. Even the electronics on display seems out of date.

Everytime you visit here.they don't have the exact model you want in laptop or in phone. Their staff says.we have in our warehouse but not here.totally waste of time.it's better to go in exclusive stores of laptops and mobiles.
Their staff also tries to sell other things.instead of showing what we are asking about.
In a nutshell, not a good place to buy laptop or mobile.

Worst experience. No offers. Its like Any item what one wants they don't have and what they have one does not want. But overall wide options for all electronic items. They should really come out with some good offers.

It's amazing company where you can check and review every new electronic device between mobile phones, cameras, TVs and laptops, and you can buy its accessories too.

This review is to do with the store and staff. The store has centralised Air-conditioning like all usual electronics Store but unfortunately they kept it shut.upon asking if the ac is not working.they replied that they would switch on an cooler for me if I do wish to.what I failed to understand is isn't electronic stores needs to keep the air-conditioning on!

I bought Croma Inverter AC on 4th April which got delivered on 5th April. While purchasing two sales people (Naveen and Syed) ensured installation will be done on 6th April. But I did not received any call for the installation from any Technician. I called to customer care who said they registered the complain and they have a TAT of 4-7 days for resolution. My only issue is with these two Sales guys (Naveen and Syed), as just to sell a product these people made a false commitment. I don't know if Croma will take any action based on this feedback, but my only reason to buy from croma is that get product installed next day after delivery which I see is not happening today.

This review is less to do with the store and the staff, but more to do with the horrible horrible parking. The so called parking is a dumping area, the stink of which reaches till the first floor of the store. Very disappointing that such a big brand wouldn't maintain its parking area properly.

Nice staff, wide range of products available. EMI facilities are also available like Bajaj finance, HDFC, IDFC first. Good ambience also.

I purchased a Voltas Slimm 45t Air cooler on 30th March 2021. I placed the order for the confirmation the sales associate gave me that the produxt will be delivered next day itself. I received the product on 31st at 1.30pm.
The delivery person from Croma stated, the installation person will come later. When I called the Croma customer care, they said no installation required and I can switch the product on. On doing so, it started making a lot of noise, vibrations and shaked around.
Calling Croma they said they'll raise a complaint and a technician will come home to check within 48 business hours (each day being 9 business hours, 48 business hours = 5days plus).
On asking when can I expect to keep myself available, 48 working hours was the answer.
The product is a new model and was a recommended one from the sales associate.
The product has a tested OK symbol on it, such pathetic quality check is what is performed.

I will never recommend Croma to anyone I know, most certainly will never step into Croma to buy another product ever again.

Pathetic customer service. I don't want to give eve 1 star. We were waiting to buy a laptop and they were least bothered to tend to us. Very bad customer service.

Amazing customer care. I wanted a product and did not even visit the store, store person Durai Babu was so helpful he found a store near my house where it’s available and the manager contacted me. Saved me 90 minutes of drive.

Wide range of electronic products. Lot of offers they run normally. Most of known brands are here.
Very good staff to attend & assist customers. Good parking place too.

U can find here all types of electronics items, like tv, speaker, etc.
And they are providing best customer satisfaction. I like this.

The worst store ever I saw.worst service. The technically default pieces they will give. We have any problem with item means, they will tell they will resolve in 1 day, but they won't give the product until unless you Will call to to the croma.rather than buying in croma we can buy in online or some other shops.

Purchased HP printer from here. Good staff. Discount is not as great as online but that is understandable. Overall good experience.

Croma is a very attractive and reasonable place to buy among many electronic device, though the prices are high yet they provide good after sales service and warranty from their end
Bad thing is - you may take less time to select the product but they will eat all of your time for finance and counter formalities, 1 or 2 hours is fine but it feels useless to spend half a day
