Been to multiple croma shop. No one bothers to come forward and discuss what is required. Multiple times called for the staff.

Sales executive give little information about the product, please croma team improve give information to customer

The whole experience is quite exhaustive and tiring. Due to multiple staff involvement, the information is either lost or misinformed completely. This is on back of a laptop purchased couple of weeks ago. We had to wait for 2 complete hours (Please respect time) even after visiting the store a week before and finalizing on the product and price. The staff is less knowledgeable and relay on one senior partner for all and simple queries.
I would request Croma to make the shopping delightful at par to the good discounts and offers provided.

We can get good products at reasonable prices in Croma. But the problem with this Croma is most of the time they won't be having stock of the items which are displayed. They will not send proper people for delivery. They send less people for delivery & they mess up the things. Staff at this showroom are not professional. They don't value customers.

Hai, actually I purchased a FireBolt smart watch from online, it's been 7 months but now the watch is not charging because the magnet of the charger is not fixing properly to the watch.so if i give the watch to this place, will they repair or replace it as I have warranty of one year?

Too crowded. But I can understand being a Sunday.

The store staff needs to be considerate and not flock around the customer. Give us some time. And some space. We will surely reach out to our for help.

But 4 people surrounding u in the entrance itself, is a turn off.

It's a branded retail store. Come on. Keep it like that. Don't turn it into a fish market.

You get all electronic gadgets at one place for a very reasonable price nice staffing and gentle way of talking about any queries!

The store sales person and executive behaviour was very friendly. The process was very smooth.

Staff are very friendly and they guide customer as per their requirements. Prices r fixed. Sometimes we get discounts which are fixed and no direct negotiable discounts. But gud guidance.

They won't respond call.
After purchase they won't come for installation.

Nice collections of few electronic items like gadgets, mobile, smart watch, power Bank, smart tv & AI tv etc. With emi option are available from Pvt bank with in the Rajajinagar Croma branch.

Worst customer service. Staff has no product knowledge. If you ask anything related to the product they show you a demo video on their website. Manager is not on the floor to ask for any related issue.

Had recently purchased a water filter from Croma. Mr Chethan assisted us in the same and he briefed us regarding our purchased. Very knowledgable about the products, based on his suggestion, we booked the Aquaguard Eden and post installation service was also very smooth. It was a good experience. Regards, Yogesh

Please avoid Croma. They supply faulty products and don't even care about you after you have paid the money. You just need to keep begging them for replacement, repair, refund. Unbelievable.

Anyone for audio just walk into @Croma #Audio room to experience before you buy.

Bit costly.
Bought RO from here two years before. Running fine till now.
A good electronic shop in nearby area.
LG and Panasonic brand showrooms are also there on the opposite side of the road.
