Worst service, They are cheating with the display product nd store manager is irresponsible guy never boughter about the customer qurey, pls don't shop from this store.

I had taken Lenovo laptop on Nov 11th, was supposed to get a carry bag along with the laptop but it wasn’t available at the store so they told me they would call me back in 2-3 days once the bag arrives. I myself called 2 weeks ago for the bag they told they haven’t received it and they would call me back so casually. Now it’s more than a month now still haven’t received any call back from them.

I say it’s a poor customer service! We trusted and came back and was waiting for the positive call back but this wasn’t expected.
Once the goods is sold they are not bothered of the commitment given to the customer!

I was purchased a Acer swift 14 oled laptops along with that I got one Wi-Fi printer free
That price was very valuable
For my suggestion this laptop one of the best configuration currently in the market

Got the items at the lowest price, the sales associate is professional & others staff too are very helpful. Will recommend others too to visit the shop.

Good service and we can buy variety of gadgets here though Not many collections and latest gadgets available. Service takes too much time particularly if you want to avail finance options they will make you to sit for hours. Offers and discounts - they will help to get better available offers at the same time they will make you to spend extra for the same amount by giving some other product options which are not necessarily required, Should be very careful about that. Still I feel that it is good service and support

Prices are jacked up and then discounted. They will try to add extended warranties, etc. And then increase the costs. Except brand, it is not so great to buy here. Better to go a local shop for competitive rates

Am a regular customer of this store From last 6 years.we purchased all electronic items here.service and staff both are excellent. Specially thanks to Mr. Kislay (store manager) he always help us to shop.

Products in crome are very good.minus one star because no good response to customers.if customer has come to buy some products pls stick to one customer until thy finish and incomplete explaination about the product, they are only not clear about the products and offers. Pls pay attention to that

Very rude managers. Not interested to attend any queries. It's a utter loss to the Croma showroom by keeping these kind of employees to attend customers.
They are completely not interested in selling any of the products in the showroom. The managers are just working for salary and no returns to Croma showroom.
Better hire suitable candidate for the business rather keeping the existing monkeys.

Chroma is good, but I feel cost is higher than the online shopping.now a days people preferred do online shopping, so retailers should give most attractive discount as well as offers to attract new ppl

One place for all type of electronics.nice collection and competative price compare to others.nice service.but customer is customer he may purchase 1k or 1lak.but the judgement from the sales person should not go wrong.as I have experienced, purchased small electronic item and waited for 30 min for sales person for the billing, finally myself went and billed. Same previously I have purchased laptop that time treatment was good. Over all highly recommend place for all types of electronics and accessories.

I wanted to buy Make in India (MIIN) prod. Only products I found was Croma brand. It's lot affordable, looking good will update my experience.
I bought wireless Bluetooth neck band. So far it's been nice and functional.
Stores need little bit of better organized and staff to attend customers. I was just wondering around looking for some staff to help me find the stuff I wanted.
Atthe end had to wait for cashier's to check out my purchase with printed receipt. Even though I requested in advance do not print receipt but just send me e receipt. I suggest them to stop printed version receipt.
Overall good experience and looking forward to buy more MIIN products.

Croma has lost its sheen. It no longer is competitive- be it pricing, options or their service. Needs immediate measures to avoid a slow death. This review is specific to the Banashankari Croma.

I have been a regular customer here since many years, and have never had issues. Today's experience was however horrible. I went in to purchase earphones & speakers, and no one was ready to attend me for atleast 10 minutes. And the guy that finally turned up was lethargic and least interested to even answer my questions! Immediately stepped out of the store and made my purchase elsewhere.

Went to buy a smart watch no sales person is there to show about it worst experience waited 15 mins and came out

Having a horrible time from one month (sep 2nd) with Croma customer care, never buy a extended warranty, as it involves three parties (Sony, Chroma, onsitego), they're just blaming one another, We have bought a led sony tv 45 inches, we have bought extended warranty one and half year ago, ta Sony person visited us but that's it. Its not been fixed till date.even after visiting Croma stores in katriguppe, Banashankari several times nothing is being done.

Overall experience is great. But compare the prices while buying something here. They’ll match the price or they’ll charge you more. Warranty and guarantee is good with chroma.

No sales rep was interested to assist. They just showed the displayed models. Take it or leave it

Today I went to ask the information about the new iphone 13 pro max and emi options. The employees where very rude and they didn't explained anything Worst experience?

Few years ago I had decided never to go to chroma again after I had a bad experience.
But recently I thought I'll go again as I was looking for a laptop and wanted to check out some models.
I had the same terrible experience with rude and disinterested people who are not willing to help. I don't think I'll ever be stepping into a chroma store again.

Am visited last week to purchase laptop, if you compare online & offline price it seems we need to pay 1 to 2 % vary, I had SBI Tata card & I got discount around RS. +1700, I trust always Tata group, I preferably purchase electronic items in offline, some bad experience am not going to purchase online.

This is place is very good with products u will electronics items here with best warranty and even extended warranties are available here

I had an issue with a product. It wasn't resolved with online support. Staff at this branch resolved it quickly and also found a replacement for the product I had an issue with. Great service!

Good place following covid safety rules. I was budgeting for washing machine and the sales person answered it and showed different brands enthusiastically

I purchased a new handset and after coming home to my notice i found that the product is having slight display issue like inkblot and the reason for the store guys are saying is pressure
and they are saying it doesn't come under warranty. When we go by the trust like croma we expected we will get a replacement. We are extremely disappointed team of croma, not sure if it's our bad luck for getting a faulty device. Total loss to us.

Pathetic service. They will try to pursuade you and even lie to you about products so that you buy it from them. Once bought, they will not respond.

I had bought a washing machine (needed urgently) on 22-04-2021 from this store. While placing the order i was told that the product is indeed in stock and they will deliver it the very next morning. It's 28-04-2021 today and i still haven't received it.

On calling up the customer care, they said that product that i had bought is not in the stock and also that the delivery is delayed because of the current lockdown in Bangalore.

This is really pathetic. If you didn't have a product in stock, why did you have to lie about it? Doesn't having placed the order lock down my purchase against available SKUs?

Also, the guy's name who took my order was Raghavendra (idk if any action will be taken). Even when called continuously, first he did not pick the call, and when he did, he did not respond properly.

I will never buy from croma again and will suggest my friends/family to do the same.

There service was nice, and staff members were good, but they don't exchange products which are bought online, I was not able to exchange my earphones. Overall it was a nice two storey building. Nice place and hygienic

I am using AOSmith z8 series from last 8 months and recently water started leaking from the filter. I have raised the complaint to CROMA and almost 7 days ago and no resolution yet even after multiple follow ups.

This is really frustrating me and family, as we are not able to use filtered water from 8 days. Its clear negligence from croma and team and I will return the product if fix will not happen by EOD today.

Highly recommed AO smit team to consider negligence from CROMA on priority and help me on servicing of your product. Note - Product is still in warranty period and filter was purchased from Banashankari Croma outlet.

Very bad, no relationship management.disappointed for a laptop. For their mistakes, they made us loose one good deal.on top of it they committed to deliver to us and sold it to a different customer.we experienced a left out feel.

Lovely place to shop for Electronic items. Skilled staff. They will politely greet you. They have good technical knowledge on the items which are on display in the showroom. Prices are as per online price. You can avoid Flipkart, Amazon, Snap Deal and other online shopping portals to purchase electronic items on the same day.

I had purchased JBL earphones twice.one stopped working soon after the warranty expired.the other failed within 2months due to design failure, but they considered it as physical damage n didn't claim the warranty.so guess they bring all low quality electronic products.

Wide variety of products. Very attentive staff - great service. The prices sometimes can be more than online prices (amazon). But, once I mentioned that to the staff, they met the online price.

Edit: I had to edit the review due to the after sales service. I was given a faulty product - did not work the very first time I turned it on. I was made to run around between the croma showroom and IFB to get the service and when I decided to return the product for a refund, they took over 3 weeks to process it. Worse, different associates kept calling giving me different messages and few times, I was called asking for a feedback for the product - ridiculous.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Being a TATA employee, I was a fan of Croma; almost loyal. But I will never buy anything at Croma and even if I do, not at the Banashankari Branch.

Croma usually doesn't have many laptop models in stock. They say that they keep the ones which have great reviews/are in demand. This particular building has a ground and a first floor. Worth visiting for instant buying of phones/tablets/PCs/laptops/and other gadgets. They give good discount prices occasionally. They also have some merch which they offer you during your purchase. The staff was friendly and decent.

We can see a variety of Branded electronic items but one thing they have to improve customer service. How much ever product we purchased they will not provide Carry bag.for that they will ask us to pay 20 rupees. In an ordinary shop, if you purchase they will give at least one paper carry bag.even this person very business minded more than a customer service.
