This was my first time purchase with crome and it was very horrible experience to me, I would never go to CROMA again. The staff was only concentrating on billing my product, didn't allow me to look for other products I wanted to purchase, I had to purchase all products in hurry because of the sales women without any clarity on the product And also the staff was only back of the protection plan for the ear buds bought my me. Without my knowledge she even added the protection plan while billing it where in she didn't explain me anything in detail about the protection plan. The staff didn't open and show any
product that i purchased from croma, I was completely dissatisfied with them and also I was forced to give 5 start where in the staff her self gave 5 starts on her phone. The staff need to have some common sense. The management as to take care of those things. I just don't want to mention the sales women name. Where in she was not having any product knowledge she was just giving some blandder brief of the product. Completey dissatisfied

Good old way of visiting a store rather ordering on amazon- all variety of products covered in display- tried room heater that wasn’t available at reliance digital which is just few yards away from home- good and attentive staff- taken the old products at a reasonable scrap value while buying the new one.

The sales team is clueless and are roaming around without any idea of the products. Also the product catalog is limited

A very good place to visit to buy electronic/home appliances. The prices are competitive and they even match amazon price. Compare to Reliance digital, Croma price is cheaper. The customer support is excellent and worry free.

I have been a regular customer to Croma since my very first electronic purchase But I had a very bad experience on 23/11/2021 when we had to purchase iPhone from Croma, Manager was so arrogant & no iPhone agent was there It was a very bad experience. I have decide never again to purchase from Croma.and Not recommend Croma specially to Kalyan nagar Branch

I did not find the staff of Croma Kalyan Nagar Co-operative at all. I went to check 3 products: Bigger Refrigerator, Dish washer and Robotic Floor Cleaner out of which I wanted to purchase the floor cleaner today itself.
When I went there were hardly any customer. Might be 4 to 5 maximum. There were many staff. I was asked to go to first floor. Their attitude was as if I was an unwelcome customer. They could not show any working floor cleaner as none of them were charged. Only 3 were at display and all were without the basic minimum charge to start the machine also. Later for refrigerator, I was only calling them and asking the details but they were not telling anything on their own. I was literally calling them again as they were going away in between the communication when I was looking at other models. They were not interested to sell at all. When it came to Dishwasher, one lady just showed me on computer as there was no stock on display. There too, not a single word uttered apart from what I asked.
Terribly unsatisfied. Maybe they felt I just came for window shopping because I was in casual dress. Could not understand their disinterest towards a customer who came for serious purchase. Contrary to that, Adishwar, Girias and the likes will force you to make a choice and decision even if you are yet to decided a purchase. They will enquire hundreds of times if we come out without a purchase. A lot needs to be improved for the Croma Kalyan Nagar store. Above all, out of so many staff, not a single person was keen on selling stuffs.

Today I had visited the croma store after visiting reliance digital. Rep's in Reliance didn't help but the reps in croma helped with the product - just because of the Rep named Gajanand I bought the printer as he explained the product features, also he contacted the customer support to ensure if it matches the spec I had asked, also helped me schedule the installation. Nice

Good place.finance ŕepresentative was an inexperienced person who failed to assist me. They provided false information that age was a problem and when I checked at other outlets it was confirmed that there was no such problems.

The same finance option was better assisted in reliance digital.

Croma website share an info and when you visit the place they share a different info. Staff in croma told me croma website info does not matter them. Store is different. Shame on Croma Kalyanagar.

Nice experience at Croma, Banglore. I bought a new mobile, and the best part I liked about the sales person who attended me had a very good knowledge about the features of the product.

So far and have been the best in class services and help to attend every need. Also returns have been on cases of what I brought has been super easy. Even though the item cost 500/- or more from online prices I suggest they are best.

Bought a LG TV from here. The TV was delivered the next day morning itself, but the installation is not done even after 4 days. Even after repeated follow ups with Croma and LG center the issue is not taken care. Everytime the call center guys says the issue would be resolved in 24 hrs and technician would call. Nobody calls and the customer has to keep following up

Croma is a fraud centre.i purchased mobile through emi i apply for 7months and they made without inform to customer 10th months emi i paid down payment also now some thousands rupees extra i need to pay.my bill is cleared already still emi is showing due amount.

I bought Butterfly Mixy from Croma in November 2020. Now after using it for more than 9 months, the blades of the mixy jars are blunt and not grinding smoothly. I gave the product for servicing as it is still in warranty. Need to see how they do itl

The staff seemed friendly although, the installation service was highly disappointing. What is tye point od having a store full of workers yet not attending to customer needs despite promises! I do not wish to go here again.

While putchasing experience is good but covid awareness and social distancing seemed to me took a toll. I visited the outer ring road Hennur outlet yesterday where a few of sales persons were actually jostling near the cash counters. Some of them were without mask, some of them were wearing face masks as collar belt. Sorry to say, providing a few drops of hand sanitizer at gate and keeping sanitizing bottles ar few places would not do any good. I am a regular visitor of Croma, please be cautious before I start to think twice to revisit.

For selling defective nokia 7.2 and even when given to serive the issue persists

Poor customer service. Feels like wasted time to visit store. On call the price offered was less & when visited store to order they denied for the same price. Even the guy over there was too impolite & gave illogical reasons. Don't visit the store.

All Croma stores are good. Some sales people are rarely have any info on what is being asked, they will just say yes, yes to everything you ask.

Croma's customer service has gone down drastically.
Im a regular customer of croma wherein today evening I visited croma kalyan nagar showroom for buying a TV however none of the sales man attended me. I was frustrated and came out and informed a sales man at mobile section that it is better to close the store if they are not interested in sales, in returns the salesman told me thank you.
This is what the service now croma offers, now products are very much available at online but still we go to the store only because of customer service. If customer service goes for a toss then it is better to buy online or visit showrooms like reliance digital
who offer better service.

I went with a repair in Croma rice cooker which was under warranty and they replaced with new one. Nice management and friendly staff

Went to enquire about a laptop and the guys were so helpful and also had the knowledge about the laptops they were selling.

Prices are cheaper than others place but never sent technician to check what i bought from their store its been 8months im waiting. I keep writing in their fb pages also they say that they will call n sent technician. They call 2times n say they will come. But never turn out anybody till now.

Have bought quite a few of our household electronic products from here. Staff is quite helpful, few of them are very informative. Haven't reacted any issues to now, so can't talk about the after sales service.

I called to ask if they carry software. I was advised to go to the nearest store. Brilliant answer - if I had to go to the store, then why waste time & money calling this number? Very poor response indeed.

Is there anything of real value for money that Croma really offers? The prices are high, choices low and staff too pesky. However, this outlet has some decent people who actually advised me on better options that are available out of the store. Appreciate their attitude. REAL TATA culture.

Had a great experience, especially since the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. They were frank enough to suggest the drawbacks of phone products and they helped us set up our device although it took an hour or so. Also, for servicing of certain phones like the iPhone models and One Plus, their staff will pick up/drop the item at one's doorstep.

Call center executives are useless, they dont even listen your issue before giving answer, if you question them, or point out their mistake, they will ask you to wait and keep you on hold for a long time and disconnect.very bad experience.

It's cool. Lots of tech stuff there. You can bring along a person and start talking tech to sound cool and stuff y'know. Show off those tech words you might know.

Food place. Staff's are friendly. But they can't match up with the price of online portals like Amazon

Had a terrible experience, waiting half hour without staff attending. Asked for store manager, he too seemed to be absconding. Going to buy my AC online now, Croma is history for me.

Good place, easy store near to residential area. It would have been great if staff are cortious to the guest. Not just going around and telling the customer to run along to search.

We purchased Samsung QLED and a fridge on the same day. The sales staff are knowledgeable about the products. However their communication about cash back and offers are not transparent. Eventually their manager had to step in and resolve. This left a bitter experience. Since the footfall is higher they need to have better housekeeping standards.

I have bought a Croma Smart TV from this guys, with TV remote not working, Technician arrived and left mentioning he will replace one in 2 to 3 days, almost 15 days none of them were responding to my calls. Not Good.
