Decent clean rooms. The bathroom was a bit claustrophobic.

The linens were not very clean and I had to ask for change.

The manager also seemed to be a little confused with the large group.

The food quality had deteriorated and breakfast wasn't as good as before. I have stayed in the property thrice before but the quality and service has gone down.

Called Cross Roads Inn to check availability and other details, the reception or operator doesn't have one ounce of respect or way to talk. He kept saying he'll call back and never did. When I finally spoke he assumed things and never listened to my actual query. Worst customer service experience.

Very convenient for a stay in South Bangalore. Surrounded by good eateries and shopping areas.
Only minus point being that there is no parking area for cars. Have to park on side roads nearby.

Great place for business stay in Bangalore. At 2400/- MAP, it is simply value for money.

Food is good. Only thing I missed was daily room cleaning.

Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Good air-conditioning, hot water, nice beds and great location in heart of south Bangalore.

This hotel gives a 100% Indian feel, like staying in your relatives house:), rather than a boring boutique hotel, which is nostalgic and nice.

Beautiful, spacious and affordable rooms. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in J O Nagar. I got a better room than I booked. The service is good and the staff is friendly. I'm definitely going to stay here next time when I visit Bangalore.

Overall good experience. Room were neat and clean. I have checked in late. But they have provided me good room. They also have restaurant at the ground floor. Staff are also cooperative. Hotel was also clean. I found it little overpriced.

I stayed this hostel almost five days they cleaned my room regularly. When ever I came room after my work I feels like home. And especially the staffs are polite. Answers all our questions.
Come to restuarant the food is yummy especially deserts. No words to say.

The cost is high. Service is good. Wi-Fi was good. Rooms, although old are well maintained. Breakfast buffet was good too. Overall it was a pleasurable 24hrs experience:)

The room was very well designed in a retro themed. Spacious room, Clean restrooms, nice towel, the pantry was served with mik powder, sugar, tea and coffee sachets. The view from the room is very good.highly suggested for a family trip.

Good hotel with spacious suite room and reasonable pricing. The breakfast buffet is very limited but other wise a safe, hygienic place to stay.
