Cruise n Dine - The Floating Restaurant

Overall very good and worth for money.
They take 2hrs 30 minutes sail. Good tasty food, DJ.etc.

Firstly surely i would recommend this floating restaurant or cruise. I had visited with my family and friends.
Service is excellent and food is tasty.
Mc Raj Shetty mangalore was super and is very talented. He is very energetic and makes your party very enjoyable.

The bad smell of nearby drainage was so bad. While entering the restaurant itself we felt it. It's just a random cheap setup in the boat. Nothing great and nothing special. Pakka local feel. Honestly we didn't try the food. We left from there. It is not safe to go in the night with family as lot of North side labours and drunk people will be sleeping and roaming around in the dark place. Looking at the staff you won't feel like ordering anything. Disappointed.

The atmosphere was good and relaxing place. But the food I didn’t like it. Some fish was dry and some were spoiled. I didn’t like the food at all. I don’t know about other days but when i went to eat with my family the fishes were not fresh. It is too expensive. Food was not worth the price for us.

Enjoyed the fish meal here with unlimited servings. Had taken extra surmai fry, disco fry and gobi manchurian and chaas. Food was good especially the fish curry and fish fry. Must try is fish fry and fish thaali. 3 of us had 3 thali's and rest of the items single serving shared among us. The bill was hardly 700-800. Quite a good price for the place i feel.

Worst experience in my life. The owner, Manager, staff misbehaved and irresponsible persons. Please don't suggest anyone to this cruise n dine. I wil give minus one star to this cruise n dine dinner house.

Overall it was fun dining on cruise.
Food was average as compared to my earlier visits.

About the environment and atmosphere is 10/10 you can just enjoy the beautiful view from the boat and feel the pleasant air also cruise service is available at weekends ₹200-₹250 per person to sail and to enjoy the ongoing orchestra which will held inside.

The best and unique place in Mangalore. They offer fresh sea food.voyage Boat doesn't move but there is an option to book a boat ride for just 250/- rs per head without food and 850/- with food. They play local and bollywood dance numbers and you are allowed to booz eat and dance.
The voyage - You can sit here and order fresh sea food. You have to get your preferred liquor rest everything they will provide.
The owner will be there managing the place and trust me he is really kind and knows exactly how to make his customers happy. He will make sure that you are comfortable and happy. There is anAC room available with limited seats.

Now about food

King fish tawa fry - a must try dish. Fish was so soft it could just melt in your mouth. Tawa fry masala is basically made using red chillies, i could feel guntur chillies as well and mildly added coriander and ginger garlic. Fried in coconut oil with curry leaves. It was just perfect.

Chicken charmuri - is an unique dish i have ever tried. Egg burji with shredded chicken and peanuts with some onions makes it just perfect. Chicken is juicy and scrambled egg just gets chicken and peanuts together and make it taste wonderful.

Squid tawa - was so fresh and cooked just enough where it retains its sweetness and freshness. Marinated just enough to make it perfectly tasty.

Good fresh food. You can also experience a double decker cruise boat ride which gives dinning on the water experience and a boat ride of 3 hours if am not wrong.this is a must have experience.

Food is very good over here. Nice place to spend time with family. Can have a river view. It is totally different feeling to have food here than in restaurant.

Shabby entrance by the port. Restaurant on the boat too is scruffy but the fish is fresh & reasonably priced. Well worth visiting.

Cruise was nice but orchestra was not so good in the sense they won't allow to sing the song which they planned to sing so practice other songs also for more information confirm from them before you book the cruise

Very tasty sea food but the ambience there which I didn't like. They are busy serving as they don't approach to the new customer.

The place is good.but they have served old stock chicken. Even they are not displaying rates or they don't have a menu card. I suggest before giving orders Just confirm with the rates.

Restaurant is very well placed on the boat.you ll received all kind of fish items. Must try with meals. Also the view is very nice. Staff are very Friendly.

Food was good and cost of food was same as a normal restaurant.

Very much disappointed. Not recommended for the ones who require dining experience. Highly not recommended for the vegetarians as you only get small portions of salad and peanut masala, few chunck of gobi and babycorn. Main course was not served even after asking waiters several times. Food was not served hot. The way food was served was very unhygienic.

It was bad experience only neer dosa and fish dishes avalable. Biriyani is also not avalable
