The property was amazing, in the middle of a coffee plantation—beautiful trees all around and a very calming atmosphere. The hosts were warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, by providing extra mattresses and comforters. They even prepared a special breakfast for us at our request. Special shout out to Lohith and Prakash, the caretakers!
The only downside (which is not really a problem with the property) - the location can be an issue if you want to explore other spots in Coorg. It's quite far from most of the main attractions so make sure you plan your days properly if you want to stay in this property. I would recommend keeping a day or two without any travel so you can enjoy your stay here.

We went on a family vacation here for 3Nights, 11 of us and we had an brilliant stay although we didn’t spend much time in the property, but the time we spent was great, the hospitality was too good, special shoutout to Prakash (caretaker) and Lohit for making it a smooth stay, and we also got a complimentary coffee estate tour in a jeep that was pretty cool, the wifi connectivity needs to be improved as we faced a lot of issues and I would say include bonfire and these other small things in the stay and not charge extra for it as it’s a lot of money already. Anyways 10/10 recommended

Its a dream home.
There are 4 spacious neat bed rooms with more than ample space.
Can easily accommodate 15 people.
Food was fresh and delicious.

I had a very good stay experience at the property. Location wise it was perfect, outside seating was the best part at the property. One room bed was a bit damped, which made one person ill on the last day.
Food quality and assortment - that needs improvement. I didn’t take the pre-planned food preference thinking it can be managed when I am there. But this became a bottleneck during my stay. The manager of the property also seemed a bit rude and not adjusting. The caretaker was still better than the manager and deserved the tip. Food charges were expensive hence it didn’t make sense to move ahead with their pre-planned setup. And I guess this made that manager not liking us.
Barbecue session - it was my first experience and I loved it. The staff helped in marinating the food and we cooked it by ourselves.
Overall, my stay experience was excellent minus the food part.

A spacious Kerala style Bungalow with 4 rooms that are well maintained. Curated lawn and garden makes for a wonderful place to spend with family and friends. Located in the midst of a coffee estate, it's a wonderful place to relax. Food is mostly kerala style and made o order. Food options can improve but staff is very courteous. A walk in the estate or a 4x4 drive in the estate (arranged at an rxtra cost) will be a nice thing to do.

This is a lovely property. Well maintained and clean. Good when one is going in large groups. 4 spacious bedrooms with attached baths. Villa is in the middle of a coffee plantation. Please note maps takes one to the pollibeta circle. The approach road is just opposite the BSNL building. Sharp right turn/hair pin bend and you will be on the approach road to the property. The gate will be on the left, opposite the high fenced area.

The location of this place is excellent. The surrounding and all is very quiet and peaceful. We could hear the sound of birds chirping all morning. The caretaker at the property took good care of the property and made amazing local Kerala style food. It is located in the middle of a coffee plantation and gets very quiet during the night. Bon fire and Barbeque were arranged by the caretaker on our request. Cycles were available at the villa and we enjoyed taking them for a ride. Would surely recommend this to anyone visiting Coorg. Good job Vista Rooms!
