Ground floor rooms are bigger compared to other floor rooms. One of the lady receptionist was offensive in her manner and not helpful and the worst part was morning complimentary breakfast especially idli (Rubber Ball).

Lovely place to stay at. Came with office friends and they treated us so nicely. Must visit.

Hands down, it’s the most amazing hotel in chikmangalore. From the staff to the helpers, all were very kind and helpful. We had come on an office trip and they made us feel very comfortable. It’s a 10/10 place to stay given their brilliant customer service with respect to everything.

It was the most horrifying experience ever. Kindly provide the refund.

My husband, daughter and I travelled to Chikmagalur on 23rd December 2023. We checked into Crystal Inn which is listed as Gostays top priority hotel in the Goibibo website application. I have paid 12000 for 1 night Stay. The hotel room bed linen was dirty! The color difference between the bed linen and comforter is visible. The geyser was not working and we had no hot water to shower. The bathroom curtains have potty stain, spit marks and is soiled. The bathroom water tap was broken and leaking. The bathroom tiles had aglae/ fungus! Is this the cleanliness that Goibibo is promising customers? Pathetic indeed! Our dinner order was misplaced and parking was a huge problem too! It was totally disastrous and not worth the money. I request for a refund as per the Goibibo Gostays policy. Failing which I would like to appeal at the consumer court. 5 star to the hospitality, location and most important staff including the property owner are vert very well behaved and helpful. Experience was too good in chikkamanglur.

You order a food an hour before and wait an hour more to get! Personal suggestion not to waste time for food here!

Stayed here for two days in October, 2023. Room was clean but not that spacious. Location is on main road but autos are not available easily and will take at least 150-200 to reach temple from here. Food was expensive, one plain roti will cost Rs. 18. Also there is no good restaurant nearby.

Very worst top management. They only focus on money and give least importance to customer satisfaction

The hotel was good with decent and well maintained rooms. I felt the deluxe rooms were little small but is manageable if you are just 2 persons. The pricing however was expensive may be because of holiday and extended weekend but still felt we paid 800 to 1000 extra per day. The hotel is in the middle of the city so no tension if you are exploring or doing some shopping as everything is within reach. All in all it was a good and comfortable stay.

Good hotel for a stay. But it is in the middle of the city. If your purpose of the visit is sightseeing it is slightly far from all sightseeing. If you have your vehicle then no problem. The hotel is worth it.

Rooms are of decent ones, well maintained, clean. But service is very very slow. We ordered four cups of tea at 7am and they got it at 8: 30am. That too after repeated calling, and the reason they gave was, there was no milk. Same scenario happened next day evening where in it was delayed for one hour. I request hotel management look into this small issues and provide quick service.

Great Service and staffs are friendly. They are very customer friendly and it was a pleasant stay.absolutely recommended.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Crystal Inn, and I must say it was one of the most unpleasant stays I have ever encountered. I feel compelled to share my disappointment and frustration to warn others about the subpar service and unprofessional conduct exhibited by the hotel staff.

Firstly, upon arriving at the hotel late in the night, our group of nine was met with an unexpected and unwarranted extra charge. We were taken aback by the hotel's decision to exploit us by charging an exorbitant fee for our late check-in. This was not mentioned during the booking process or communicated to us prior to our arrival. It felt like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of weary travelers, which left a sour taste in our mouths from the very beginning.

To make matters worse, we were harassed and prevented from leaving by the hotel staff. Despite having booked accommodations for only six individuals, we were unjustly coerced into paying excessively for all three additional guests in our party. This blatant disregard for our rights as paying customers is utterly unacceptable and left us feeling trapped and helpless.

Throughout our stay, the hotel staff exhibited an appalling lack of professionalism and customer service. Our attempts to reason with them and find a mutually agreeable solution were met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of empathy. Their behavior not only ruined our experience but also created an atmosphere of tension and discomfort.

Furthermore, the overall condition of the hotel was far from satisfactory. The rooms were poorly maintained, with noticeable signs of neglect. Cleanliness standards were subpar, and basic amenities were either missing or in poor working order. It was evident that the hotel management's priorities did not lie in providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for their guests.

In conclusion, my experience at Crystal Inn was marred by exploitation, harassment, and an utter lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your accommodations. There are plenty of other hotels that value their guests and provide a pleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your lodging needs.

Worst maintenance. Food was the worst. I have ordered a sizzler here, cockroach came out from the sizzler plate. Please don't visit this place.

Fake prices online. I have personally called for rooms availability and he asked for 5000 bucks per room which ideally showing 1700/- online in official website

Please avoid this place for food, we have ordered veg sizzles and 6 to 7 cockroaches came out from the wooden cutlery, we were of gang of 12 ppl, till then their service was proper after showing them the cockroaches they didn’t serve us the food, we waited for 40 min didn’t get any food, we asked what has happened they said their is no root and food, then we told us to call the owner, there was no response from the manager, avoid going to this hotel.

Plz don't go any one to this hotel on13/8/2023 we group of16 members went for lunch we ordered starters, soup, maincoars.in starters thers was no salt, we ordered hakka noodles they bought after 45 min of order and then starters came after one hour then sizelers cama in sizelers plate there was small small cockroachs was coming out of the plate then after one and a half an hour weating mai corce came that was also not good plz food department police go and worn them

This is not the place is suggest, I had a very bad experience, I ordered food and after 45min they came back telling that they are preparing rice and it takes some more time. Theye do not know how to manage and service people. They are least bothered and careless. Plz don't go to this place.
