Today purchased Cycle & must say this branch has good collection at competitive prices and the sales person Aravind understnding Client requirements suggests bikes and answered the questions I had got a gear cycle along with necessary accessories here. I'd recommend this place for buying Cycle and accessories in this area. Hope even after sales services will be similar way

Nice collection of different varieties and pocket friendly. Awesome before and after sales service. I bought my son a cycle and got a helmet along with that. Somehow it broke. I went to the shop again and they replaced it without any question. Arvind was very helpful. When I reached yesterday it was bit late and they were almost closed. But just because my son got upset, Arvind opened the shutter and very patiently showed him the cycle. Thank you

Possibly the best cycle shop in my area I went in knowing relatively little about bikes and was helped by a super friendly member of staff who listened and understood my needs and didn't try to increase my budget. During my food delivery job my chain snapped off. I thought that will mean the whole day would be a write-off as I would need to order new chain and tools. On my way home I stopped by at the shop in hope's they can save it and he installed a new chain in 5 minutes at a very good price. I was able to start working again straight away. I purchased roadrunner pro d here. I when I came to enquire it was not in stock here. But they ordered it in one day and I got it the next day.

I landed at the door of Cycle World, Malleshwaram, after about 3 months of research on cycles and stores. This is one of the few stores that lets you take a cycle out for a quick test. Brilliant! They have a good collection and can get you a cycle that’s not on display (in which case, you should know what you want). They got me a cycle that wasn’t on display just so I could test it, with no guarantee that I’d buy it. Much appreciated! Anyway, 30 minutes and a few tests and discussions later, I knew what I wanted and got a very sweet deal on a great bicycle. Service was prompt and after sales service was great. I have no regrets buying from a store far from home when I had others close to me. Rajesh went out of the way to help me with bicycle insurance. I got a reminder call for the first free service. The bicycle was serviced well and all my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.
