Around three years ago, I was grappling with persistent discomforts during my cycling endeavors—shoulder pain, knee issues, and numbness in both hands and legs. Despite seeking advice from reputed bike fitting experts in Bangalore, the problems persisted, casting a shadow on my budding BRM pursuits. Recommendations flooded in, suggesting different frame sizes and alterations, leaving me disheartened about the future of my cycling journey.
Enter Biju, recommended by a dear friend, Ratheesh. Despite initial challenges securing an appointment due to Biju's commitments, my first encounter with Cycling Boutique left me awestruck. Had my bike serviced by CB. Overall an amazing experience and the attention to detail by Mr Biju is what make it special. The best part is that they systematically evaluate the condition of each component and rate its condition. This is followed by a detailed explanation of the service plan. Now i feel like a bike nerd. The bike feels brand new and would highly recommend the place for bike service

An awesome place to go and know about your bike from the scratch.once you go there, your cycling technical knowledge will be enhanced and of course you will take cycling on a serious note. You can even customize your bike from the scratch parts by parts including tyre, spokes, handlebars, stem, frame everything. Biju also helps to do a bike fit which is absolutely necessary if you wanna do biking seriously. Most of the pain related issues can be addressed through a great bike fit, it also helps in quality riding and also helps to increase speed and productivity. I would recommend cycling boutique to anyone around the world to visit and have a taste of technical knowledge and the products available there.
From my personal experience, I feel this place is a hit or miss depending upon when you go. I say this because the first time I visited, it was with an intention to buy a cycle and the sales advisor showed great enthusiasm to take us through different brands. My second visit was for servicing an existing bik. This turned out to be sour unfortunately. It’s overpriced. A small bolt and washer cost me ₹250. I enquired at many other equally popular shops in Jayanagar and they were willing to sell the same quality bolt for not more than ₹50. I wish the place was not such a rip off. I am not sure if I want to give the place another shot.

Not recommended in buying very small parts which come loosely. Buying experience was great and shipping was done fast but I doubt about quality of the product I received. As I bought Loose bearing ball of grade 25 of a imported brand but what I received the product in a small zip pouch with no branding or anything stating of its a grade 25 and or the company details. The bearing ball was clearly not looking shinny and surface has some roughness feel to it yet no support provided after giving the call as they say they will come back on this which they never came. Customer can't buy costly bearing balls with little to no authentication of the product details on the physical package received. Its sad I was hoping my future bicycle purchase from this site but I would think now.
Please Note: If you want to counter a customer feedback at-least do it in a respectful manner wording you use can be improved a lot. This point is regarding my review given to a product bought from you on which u replied on the mail.
Rest i would say yes a very authentic place to buy authentic products but please improve your way of communication towards customer
Definetly one of the best stores in Indiranagar in terms of products, cycles nd cycling accessories they have everything all time It’s a one stop solution for all pro cyclists nd beginners, must visit do not miss this place.
Dropped in to buy Clipless pedals and shoes. Spent almost 3 hours with Biju guiding me on various topics from general bike maintenance, problems with my wheel set and other cycling related topics.
They have good inventory of components, accessories and Marin bikes.
It’s a busy shop so do book your slots before visiting.
I had a good and bad experience with this place. Biju the owner is good he explains well. But had to wait a lot that's one thing which is that you need to have patience. I bought a bike from here like an year ago. But overall it's good place but you have to be patient.

You and I know that I waited for a long time after you gave commitment that you will get the build one in time. This is not a FAKE REVIEW! This guy is utterly disrespectful towards running a business. He cannot handle even a single ounce of criticism. If somebody tells him that he is wrong, he gets offended and immediately lashes out.
The reply he will give here will solidify my case. Otherwise, he generally has very good knowledge when it comes to cycling and relevant stuff. Me and my friends would have loved to visit this place again if he was not like this.

Amazing hospitality and service level and integrity as I was going for the first time and didn't knew they'll be having a handful when it came to overall commitments for the day and even though I had simple adjustments to the derailleur they still took my bike in without any complaints and not only checked my derailleur for adjusting but also corrected my bent derailleur hanger and to the pain and time out of their already super busy schedules for the day helped getting my beloved Ridley back to good shape. Thank you. The ambience the feel the hardware the music everything is on a next level. I would recommend this place eye's closed.
In cycling boutiques you will experience different buying experience from others. Mr Biju is well experienced and cyclist too, he knows and teaches you how to handle bikes and their components. When I bought my road bike he put us on trainer adjusted, corrected my peddling styles, postures and saddle height. This is not the first, earlier I bought my MTB he corrected missing geometry and the style. He is kind of a person I always try to reach on any kind questions I have on my bike and components.
I had called Mr Biju regarding some tires and spare parts. I was told he will get back to me.he never did so and never bothered about it and never reachable. I heard from a lot of friends that he is extremely rude to customers who have any criticisms. Just look at the comments he makes for people who say they havent had a good experience.not once is he apologetic and think he almighty. PLEASE GO TO CRANKMEISTER nikhil and pavan are so much nicer. MR biju, im waiting for your comments saying you dont know who i am and insult me. Instead of commenting badly on customers, work on getting your backend of your store ready to answer people's queries in a timely fashion. GREAT GOING!

I've done multiple visits in the last one month to get various things done on my old and new bike. Every single time the experience has been awesome. The time Biju gave to help me get the right fit is unbelievable.
Yeah, I do agree it's difficult to get his time but that's purely because of the quality of service provided. It is top notch. There is no compromise here. It's like the waiting we endure to see a senior doctor

I reached out to the good folks at cycling boutique over their website and subsequently through their WhatsApp support number for some guidance during the buying process. Their customer support was fantastic and I was able to lock-in and pickup the perfect hydration pack from hydrapak. They were able to ship the product to me within Bangalore on a Sunday the same day as the order was placed. I think this is going above and beyond to serve the customer. Their website has all kinds of cycling accesories and gives you easy access to some of the top brands. Really bad services.wont respond most of the time.i dont mean the quality of services.its just that i have tried contacting you and there was no response from you guys.not just once.i had to skip a service for my bike in november because of not recieving any response.and now there is a immediate need of repair for my bike and have been trying to contact u from past 3 - 4 days.previosly i thought it would look bad to simply come over to you store without an appointment.but now i had no other choise and had to come over.u have responded once in november by messaging me that i will get a call soon but no one had given me a call.and yes we have had a good experience in the biggining when we bought the bike but then after the first service there was no contact between us.i know that you guys are busy with the bikes and wont have much time to give a reply to everyone.but you should be giving them a clarity of what time you guys you would be free.and make the customer feel comfortable.no one would be happy with not having a response.so its just an advise from my side that you guys should be giving genuine responses to everyone.again.by "genuine" i mean you should be getting in touch with the people whom you have given a word that you will get in contact with them soon.
The entire team spends a lot of time with their customers in explaining them what they need and most importantly, they 'do not oversell'. The concept what they follow is clear and seems to be derived from Amazon's customer centricity policy. Just give-in the right product at the right time, assist customers to the core and they will end up coming back to you.
I would definitely recommend that you give a call to them before reaching out. While they will try to accommodate you even when busy, you would be able to receive more time and better guidance, if it is possible an informed visit.
My cycle is in junk yard with lack of service and no response from this place. I bought a montra trance cycle for a casual weekend trip and for a regular exercise. I was enthusiastic when I bought this cycle and started riding long trips around Bangalore. Slowly issues started chain become loose gear slipping one by one issues started and desperately wanted service. When I go there its closed, when I call no response or no free slot. Its been more than a year now cycle is in junk. Luckily I finally settled with a Track and trail shop near to my house Banswadi. T&T May not be a so called profes*** but yes managed to get my cycle normal.
May be this shop is good for those who buy cycles above 40K like fuji and accessories worth thousands with whom they keep very good rappo. May be those positive notes are from them.
