Money minded people, Especially the manager, They don't know how to treat customers. They r talking very rude.

I recently had an exceptional experience at the d5n salon while getting a keratin treatment. The service was top-notch, and every staff member was incredibly helpful and polite especially manager Stella. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and attended to. The keratin treatment itself was expertly executed by sarala, achieving the perfect natural straight maintaining the health of my hair. She listened attentively to my preferences, resulting in a stunning outcome. The ambiance was pleasant, and the overall atmosphere was both professional and friendly. I left feeling extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this salon for anyone seeking a wonderful and relaxing experience.

The worst salon I have ever been to for smoothing. My hair is damaged. It looks and feels like it’s burnt. As per the staff, the reason is because I had dyed my hair which was 8 months ago from the date of the smoothing service. I cannot leave my hair open or tied up because it gets tangled any which ways. I cannot brush it because the more I brush, the more it tangles and breaks. This was my ultimate worst experience in my entire life. My hair has been my greatest asset and the hairdresser “Shubham” ruined it. I have called them and they are telling me it’s my hair quality.

I had botoplex treatment here and had a great hair recovery from my damage hair it was amazing experience with Abhijeet and consultation with Akkeshwari.

Worst experience please don't visit this salon, I did my botoplex here where they told it last for 8months, within 2weeks my hair started to get bending 11k i just wasted my money

I should say the end results was just mind blowing.
The magic behind it was AKASH.
He was so good in assisting me and well experienced.
And the manager SUMERA was even more good so was very friendly.
I would recommend all go to D5N which is in HSR layout and meet AKASH and he will promise you he will give your hair the BEST

Spa services are great they do have beautiful aromatic Oils which relives the nerves.and very relaxing services as they are newly opened salon they also do have good deals on spa services

Even without appointment they served me which is great for people like me who don't have fixed time for my day to day schedule.would recommend everyone
