Hii I got my hair color done by Javed at D5N. The guy is amazing at his job, he gave me a beautiful wine color and curls to go home with!

I did a keratin treatment from D5N. After spending 20 thousand my hair went back to its normal structure within just 10 days Can you believe this i am still shocked. I really regret choosing D5N. The worst experience ever I had. They don't know anything they just lure money never recommend to anyone

I had my haircut from Karma at D5N Koramangla. He was very professional in behaviour. His detailing in haircut was exceptional. He can find discrepancies in even a single hair and correct that. Most satisfying part is, he listened to my requirement very patiently and understood what hairstyle exactly I wanted. Overall very happy with the service I got.

Very happy with the work done by my hair stylist KASIM … who really works hard on client’s hair problem by examining the hair quality, guiding the client with full patience and thereby taking appropriate remedial measures for best hair treatment…as of now I have taken almost 6-7 sittings from him for my hair and I am always satisfied with his work… I even appreciate cooperative staff here

Karma from D5N has really good knowledge about hair treatment and different haircuts. He suggested a haircut that would suit me and did it very well.

Hair stylist couldn't even maintain uniformity during the haircut, very amateur. Place itself looks rundown with flickering lights and untidy upkeep.

I did Botox treatment. Just one day it’s good. After one wash again my hair looks like dry. Simply waste of my money 10k. Pls dnt waste ur money guys.

D5N has been in the business for a long time, besides cutting and caring for hair, Mr. KASIM knows what's best for your scalp and hair. As a guy he is fast and really precise, he gets you in and out pretty quick. I have heard him also make great suggestions to his female customers. He is very caring and makes you feel like family. ”

Waste of money, poor quality staff, just taken service today, they claim they are luxury spa centre at kormangla but not at all.taken aroma body massage for 3K today. Therapist doesn't know the deep Tissue point, painted me with ample oils, hand pressure is NIL. Filled with North East members only but in the name of therapy they are clueless. Think thrice before coming here ever.

Full waste of money and time.
Local parlours do much better job than them.

Their customer support executive who is handling Insta account is very rude. Doesn't know how to respond to the queries. Please hire someone who behave professionally.

Hi I had been to D5N last week cos I had a weak n dull hair. Mr.kasim is one of the best hairstylist I have been to. He suggested what goes the best to my hair n I got my hair smoothening done vch makes my hair look so soft shining n beautiful it's now free from dullness. He is so professional n he is a perfectionist in his work. And the entire team is so friendly n they make us feel good. Anyone looking for a hairstylist can definitely meet Mr.kasim he is very good at his service n is aware of what can be suggested for ur hair to look beautiful.

Not worth for money.my first experience here have been here for keratin which didn't even stay for a month for which I paid 8000
They will.offer you big discount and after going there they will change it

Hairstylist Sangeeta did a fab job with my hair. I have a frizzy curly hair and, she gave me helpful tips for styling and maintenance. I am happy with my new haircut that I can work on my traditional and casual look. I loved the color she had suggested.

I loved the ambience, it's nice to see lively plants. Place is well maintained. I think I will visit again.

I got my hair smoothening done,
for the first time a lady did my smoothening, although the service was good, my hair turned wavy and Frizzy before first wash, I was highly disappointed, wn I went for firstwash, khasim suggested we will wash your hair, but come back after 15days, I will ensure your hair vl get the texture ur want, I went after 15days, he did hair smoothening, Now my hair is frizz free and it is in the state which I was looking for.
The importance they give for customer satisfaction is amazing,
Doing smoothening for the first time is easy, but handling a damaged hair is difficult, A big thanks to Khasim.
