If you are switching from a reputed company, avoid! Else you will neither enjoy working here, nor you will have a better payscale compared to current market.
Be mentally prepared that even if you get selected after 3-4 rounds of interview, they might not provide you the offer letter. The panelists will feel insecured about you because you might be better than them. Without any communication they might drop your candidature.

A very nice office. One would love to spend time here. Since I visited here for a meeting as a vendor, I don't much about the work culture. But I think it must be great seeing the faces of the people here.

Huge work area in Tower 5B. Huge parking outside and inside also. Need to have a gate pass in entrance where security personals will help.

One observation is there is no washroom for visitors near security office and most of the places are not accessible for visitors. I feel they should have a washroom at security office.

Update: 08/11/2022:
Interior has been revamped completely. It is an state of the art working place now. Now it is bigger and better. Space has been utilized very effectively.

I joined on 26th Dec. The fecility inside is colourful and has a hint of startup like settings. There are cozy places to chill out in between. Hot beverages are available. On boarding process is quite fast. Food is good. Both veg and non-veg options are available. Millet food items are also available.

Been here to attend interview. Nice cosy place. Friendly people and environment. Icing on the cake is that I got the offer and will be joining there sooner. Not sure about food there as I did not get chance to check that out. Facility wise it's good.

Worst interview experience i ever had. Selected in technical and managerial round but HR was not responding post that. Few days later I got a call from HR saying we got a positive response for your profile will have a final round of discussion. But post that I didn’t got any call and no response for emails as well. If you don’t want to select a person just reject in first round or respond with the reason. Don’t waste others time by scheduling 2 or 3 rounds of interviews and saying nothing for final round.

Not so good as you won't have any shops to eat and also below you won't have petty shop. Its like you have to walk miles to get anything. The break time just completes on the floor itself.

Excellent Place to work as software engineer. Small product based company with better work life balance

Good place to work. (depends on the project u work).
Good work culture as you get sufficient time for your internal development.
Cafeteria services are pretty bad (especially the canteen itself can accommodate very less people).
As it is situated in RMZ eco world, it takes minimum 1hr to get out of the techpark entrance during peak hours (4: 30 to 6pm) atleast 2-3 days in a week.

Edit1: Post & during covid: no work life balance. No sufficient employees in individual projects which results in over work load.

Not a good place to work anymore. Takes at least 1 hr just to come out of RMZ Eco-World Gate on a weekday.

Danske is largest bank in Denmark Europe, and Danske IT is support operations. It's offshore delivery team operates from RMZ EcoWorld located near Bellandur beside Outerring road.

I am working in DanskeIT from last one year and I can truely say that it has one of the best working environment.
Management is trying to improve the experience of the employees and work life balance is one of the best here. We are moving towards the latest market trends and technologies giving great learning opportunities. As the company is sister concern of Danske Bank so major work goes on with Mainframe but rest all are on private cloud with good learning options.
I would recommend this company as one of the best to work in Bangalore.

They are learning from interview candidates, If you want to waste your time go ahead and attend their interviews.

I usually do not write reviews but after attending interview with this company I had to.

If you are having any weekend plan do not waste here. You have to wait entire day to meet up some idiot who thinks is very smart and will reject leaving you in frustration.

Please attend interview if you have no self respect or no job or want to punish yourself for your sins in life.

On serious note companies should not misuse some persons requirement. Please be professional.

Good place to work but cafeteria services are bad. Management allows to do balance work and personal life.overall it is a good company. People always wants more. Here sometimes fun activites are well organised. To be frank i love working this place. Only problem is employees who always expects from employer. Wealth can be expected from someone but not health. Health is only in our hands to improve or spoil. I would recommend employees to contribute some personal time for minimum walk/ excercise.

Dont go for any interview drive, they are very unprofessional in that manner no idea what to do with candidates.

They seems to take interview just for fun with no intentions to recruit. I gave written test and two face to face interview and then they came back saying my profile don’t match with the requirement. Why was my resume then shortlisted if it’s not matching. Stop wasting people’s time. You might not be serious about recruiting people but we are serious in spending our time, energy, skills etc in giving interviews. Don’t attend their weekend interview. They simply take it for fun and time pass.
