They are running a scam here. While selling gold, they include the weight of stones in net gold weight and while returning they reveal the real gold weight. Lost Rs20000 because of this scam.

Bad policy when we have to return jewellery. Customers are at loss and on top of that the amount will be returned in post dated cheques.for the brand name the service and policies are poor. There is nothing convenient about buying or returning jewellery with davanam.poor service.

This Davanam Jewellary was one of the worst Jewellary shop. I had placed an order for aring with one pearl incorporated in itfor 4.140 gram. The pearl was also purchased from the same shop i.e (around 3.8 carat which will be around 0.76 gram weight approx) and I had paid around Rs. 1700 for it. The ornaments price shud be calculated excluding the pearl i.e 0.76 gram as we have purchased and given to incorporate in it. But while they they are billing they are charging price for entire weight of the ornaments i.e gold including pearl in it (i.e 4.140 gram instead of 3.38 gram). They are over charging and highly unprofessional. They claim that they are giving discount and adding the same as wastage and making charges. They are charging around 17 percent Making charges for a normal ring. I request each one of u never ever visit this shop. If u visit it is a blunder and not mistake. It was a wrong choice to enter Davanam jewellery in commercial Street which i shud not have done it.
