My experience at this dental hospital started off well under the care of Dr. Manas. He was a competent and caring doctor who provided me with proper treatment and timely appointments. However, after Dr. Manas left the hospital, my experience took a sharp downturn when I was handed over to Dr. Latif.

Dr. Latif's demeanor and attitude towards my treatment were disappointing, to say the least. He displayed rudeness and a lack of interest in my well-being. Getting appointments with him became a constant struggle, and he made me feel guilty for even seeking necessary follow-up visits,

What's even more disheartening is that it has been almost three years since Dr. Latif took over my treatment, and it remains incomplete.have been experiencing swelling in my gums, and my teeth have become noticeably yellowish, yet Dr. Latif seems indifferent to my concerns.

It is frustrating and disheartening to have entrusted my dental health to a doctor who shows such a lack of care and professionalism. The prolonged delay in completing my treatment is unacceptable, and the disregard for my oral health is deeply concerning.

I would caution anyone considering this dental hospital to be aware of the potential difficulties and inconsistencies that may arise when transitioning between doctors. It is important to have a thorough understanding of the ongoing care and commitment provided by the dentist before proceeding with any treatment.

For me it was bad experience, ug and pg students they will do first round checkup, then xray, from doctor side without seeing gave after one week Appointment, and later they are telling me you don't have this and that problem, so for me it was pathetic experience, Thank God I didn't went today Teeth operation.

Very very worst experience. Went for refilling of tooth instead of immediate work they said to come after 10 days. They haven't thought about if filling not decay might increase because it is refilling. Not only that before starting of work itself they were talking about RCT, which is not necessary to me. 1000 times they were do u have any pain by hitting the tooth as if wantedly thy want to bring pain. So worst. Same day i went to other dentist they did the work within 35 mints. But these people have given worst service. Dont want to give a star also

She's has done criminal offence these people are supposed to be doctors and all are taking personal revenge on people not knowing what really happened

The worst treatment many brainless kids pretending to be very buzy and gives appointment after 2 months fr important treatments.had a very bad experience and still suffering pllzzz don't go to this for any treatment

Chipped my tooth on purpose on personal vendetta and malice.

I have got my teeth aligned here. This costs less compared to a clinic however senior doctors don't timely review the work and then blame students for the quality of work. In between this patient suffers. Higher management does not speak to any student or staff with respect. As a patient you would see your doctors not knowing what to do next and also worried about reaching out to their seniors who are always busy and unavailable to review.
They totally don't respect patients time I have always waited from 1-2 hour every visit.
I appreciate the efforts all doctors put in and also possibility that seniors are also overloaded but if that's the case then they should relook at their operations and bring it in line as it is not helping either them nor patients.
