Its actually a PG, many food places are available nearby, you can stay as a hotel accommodation, the charges are reasonable

Good place to live nice atmosphere stay is also very good neat and clean and the food is also good overall excellent maintainence as well as there is a lounge with basic gym table tennis and a sitting area rent is also reasonable so all in all a good place to live

Don't fall for all the paid and fake reviews here. The food is pathetic and the people running the place are cheats. Food is mostly south indian that too not proper. Everyday in afternoon all you will get is just rice rice rice. They always have items missing from menu.
They serve idli and dosa in breakfast without sambhar. Actually they have a restaurant running at their ground floor and by serving pathetic food in this PG they indirectly force you to buy food from that restaurant.
The question is why in the hell do you charge for food then. I wish I could give them 0 star, they have no feelings and are only money minded and unethical frauds.

A good pg where there are both pros nd cons
Pros:
1. Good facilities like lounge on top floor, power backup, good maintained rooms (as everything is new so).
2. Good food except some items.
North Indian cook*
Cons:
1. Rooms are too dark where u need to turn on the light everytime. (literally everytime)
2. House keeping is a bit problem bcoz there is only one guy who take cares all the rooms nd other stuffs usually 3-4 days once he cleans.

Best PG in this area
No issues with the food
You can also cook in the kitchen if you want
Everyday room cleaning
Every staff here is nice and polite
You will get a lounge area where you can play hangout with others watch TV and also a basic gym
You get washing machine
Only problem is small cupboards
I'm staying here for 2 months and my experience here is awesome

Very good pg for stay.you can stay here as individuals, one sharing, two sharing three sharing. They provide break fast, lunch and dinnet. North Indian style food.
Each room has 32 inch lcd tv. Each floor has common fridge. They have multiple washing machines. They also has TT table and gym

Honestly this PG has changed my thinking towards livin' in PG's. You will find all those things here whatever a working person required for comfortable living (Amazing food quality, Very good Cleanliness, all Room facilities available) if you are looking for a place to livin' in than do check Dbrooks Executive stay

Food isn’t up to the mark and pg rooms are totally dark no proper sunlight no power back at night no proper lift, no proper gym no Internet and network facilities

One among the bests stays, nice ambitious, good food, very well maintained rooms and bathrooms and hygineous kitchen, 24X7 hotwater & WiFi, daily cleaning of rooms by maid. Satisfied with the overall facilities.

Very good environment and all the staff are so friendly and they help in a lot of ways and keep the room neat and tidy.

Very good rooms neat and clean they have owan resturant all so well maintained facility was good food tasty and they have game zone and gym facility all so and parking all so available.

Excellent Paying guest in Marathahalli, Ambience is good in top floor with gym, carrom, table tennis, big screen TV etc. Food is also good. There is a pure vegetarian restaurant in the same building of their own at reasonable and affordable prices with good taste.

Good thing about this PG
1. Nice room with standard TV 32" which supports HDMI, USB etc. With Tata sky setup box. (Entertainment)
2. Terrace equipped with inhouse gym, sitting couch, carrom and table tennis (health)
3. Little expensive but compared to other PG cost is good.
4. Every floor has refrigerator.

Conclusion: good PG at least visit once to see for yourself

Staying since Jan-21, V good management and trained staff. Best food three times food among all PG's in Marathalli. Value for money. Must stay place for Singles looking for a good PG in this area.
