Our stay was very pleasant and we had a great experience as a family! The kids enjoyed multiple features offered in the property. Food has to be ordered but to dine out in the open was a wonderful experience! A great experience overall!

Horrible property, though they claim that they have all the amenities. But fans don't work, refrigertor doesn't work and stink, bed and pillow stink washroom is so dirty that you wouldn't like to even stand for one min, ants in the kitchen. We were charged 325rs per person for only dinner and it was so pathetic that we didn't even touch it. Want to give zero stars but.

Horrible place, fans don't work, refrigerator doesnot work.we paid 3350 for only dinner but didnot get what we ordered.false promises are made & charges for every thing you touch.please think twice before going to the property & get cheated.

The place seemed to overpriced for the services, that were offered. The rest rooms did not have hot water in them, instead we depending on some sort of solar system during the bad monsoon. The breakfast was a joke. They just had less than sufficient complimentary breakfast, which seemed to be so disappointing. The location of the property seemed to be okay, however nothing interesting to see and do around the house. Small puppies within the house compound, made it even worse when they were making noises the entire night. Badly placed hammock in the sitting area, with very old furniture and dusty chair's.
Kitchen charges were extra, extra coffee and tea were made to seem free, however ended up paying for this towards the settlement for the bill. Since the homestay has several room's, some of them were never used in a long time causing the pungent smell on the blankets, pillows and bedsheets. No house keeping to check upon any request and the caretaker/owner of the property is still the one point contact.
No network in the property, making it a complete cut off from the outside world, except for a landline. Climate was raining heavily and no fireplace and absolutely no entrainment. It's just a matter of time before you leave for the day. Over priced for such a property. Al in all, quite a bit disappointing trip. These are only my sincere personal opinion and not under any circumstances of what other's think about it.
