Terrible customer service! I wish I could say they had nice products but not a single salesperson approached us while we were in the shop. Not even an acknowledgment of our presence. They were all crowded around a single customer.

Nice collection i was in need of sofa fabric for my old sofa they have nice fabric easy to maintain from fabric care staff are also very helpful

But people the customer service is really polite, helpful, co-ordinate at peak and best to enhance your experience with fabrics!

Have a weird advance payment scam for sofa upholstery. They ask you to pay 10,000 for their tailor to visit - and call it refundable. If you don't like the estimate then the money is gone of you don't buy something from them. Prices are much better at local distributors, I would stay away from this flagship store.

After 10min of making a female staff to understand king size, and also showed the product which we had bought online, she commented it as Queen size. And another man took a measuring tape to check the length to convert in to meters. After all this hungama Mr Rohit quickly helped us with the requirement we needed and in 5min we bought 2 King size fitted bedsheets. Better to fire the other 2 employees and only Mr Rohit will be able to run the shop.

Though a bit expensive but one of the best places to buy upholstery in Bangalore in terms of quality and variety. The store is understaffed but store person Rohit is really helpful, patient and understanding with all the customers. They also offer sofa making, curtain and bed upholstery services through third party.

This is a fantastic place to shop for D'decor furnishings. We were absolutely delighted with Rohit, who guided us from beginning with various options, ideas, details, billing and finally timely delivery & installation. The shop has a huge collection and wide variety, so if you looking for D'decor, this is the place. Only downside you have to wait a lot, as they have a one -man army Rohit.there is no other person who can advise end to end. Such a big place, surprised they could not employ more folks to serve customers. Choose weekday afternoon to avoid waiting.

Customer experience is extremely poor.
We went at a not so busy hour and yet the staff was not really interested in selling their product. We also didn’t feel like spending time or looking through material because of how unwelcome we felt.
One of the smaller Sofa furnishing shops or Floating walls would be a better option for suggestions if you’d need any.

One can visit this store just to get a hold of the range that exists at D’Decor.

Whoever was attending us there felt we needed education on how a retail store is different from an e comm website and went on to explain how they’re different every time I had a question on materials/information on their products. He was also very thoughtful to not even bat an eye while we left the store clueless.

I visited the store today after an on phone enquiry about curtains. I drove all the way from Whtefield with the the intent to place an order.

The store had only two sales staff. I was not welcomed, upon asking i was asked to go through their display and let know my choice. I was browing through catalogues and making note of the fabric code as i liked about tens of those. The male sales staff rudely told me that i am not supposed to note down the code.
When i am left unattended without any instructions not to note down code, how did they expect me to remember what my choices were? Also the wait time was more than 30 mins.

Very poor service. No one asked me when i left. I will never go to this store again. I donot recommend anyone for a store visit without a prior appointment.

The products are however good.
I hope and wish the store was more courteously staffed.

Have been picking some of their their furnishings since it caters my taste and liking. I always take immense pride in Indian products that stand for quality, style and class

Bad customer experience. Nobody is interested to show you fabrics. You have to call them again and again to show and then they disappear again.

Had a great experience in dealing with D'Decor M g road. Specially the help and services provided by Mr. Sukumar were exceptional. He kept us informed about availability of all the selected material and made sure we get the timely delivery.

One of the best place for soft furnishings products with a good ambience and a supportive, cooperative and well behaved staff. Found the complete range of DDecor product under one roof surely will recommend to visit once.

Worst customer service experience ever! The person (a man) who was supposed to handle us was least bit bothered to show us any fabrics at all. Just blatantly said “it will all take time” and showed just 2 sample books. There was another lady who was just sitting and doing some work on the laptop. Overall a very unwelcoming, cold service, or should I say - no service at all, is what I’ve received today from this showroom. Learn how to do your job decently people! Waste of time!

P.s If I was your employer, I’d fire you both!

Ddcor is known for quality. Mr sukumar provided excellent services right from understanding my requirements and he see through to making the right decision up to completion of delivery. Specifically, I want to thank mr Sukumar …I really appreciate.thanks for ur help

Avoid this place. They just ignore you and act as if you are invisible. The only guy in the floor started working on lap top ignoring the only 2 clients in the shop and refused to serve. Complained on chat but you know what happens when a company is big.

Very good experience, good staff and service.felt so happy with the collections and amazing fabric quality, very good suggestions were given by SABA for my home and when it executed it was wondrrful to have it at my place. I would thank SABA for giving me time showing me so wonderful collections. Thankyou once again

I visited this place for this upholstery, ended up buying carpets.

They have good options with carpets (catalogues), so need to place order with them and they will get it for you.

We bought a D'decor rug from your "Decor Walls furnishing" branch in Bangalore, HRBR Layout, Banswadi store in October 2020. The color of the carpet have started fading very soon. We have been trying to speak to the team from "Decor Walls furnishing", but have not been getting any favourable response from them. We are extremely unhappy with this product. Given D'decor being such a big brand, we assumed to get a good quality product, when you are paying such a huge price for it. If the rug starts fading so soon then what is the use of it? We have placed this rug in our living room & was hoping to have this rug as the main highlight by adding some brightness through its colors, but the colors in this rug completely faded now!
We have been a loyal customer with D’décor & have bought curtains, bedding and many other products & have been really happy with all their quality. This carpet fading took us by surprise & we have been struggling to find a solution to our issue.
Really appreciate if somebody from your team respond back to us.
By posting this here we are hoping to get some response & also inform everyone to be careful when buying such expensive carpets/rugs.

Exotic collection. Very very premium materuals and designs. Amazing fabric quality. Yes its expensive!

They absolutely do not respond to any messages or calls or emails what so ever. They also make it hell difficult to even get the invoice of the purchase. The customer service is absolutely a disgrace. Even though their collection is good, the trouble you go after it makes it not worth buying from the store. Would absolutely NOT recommend this store. Save your time and a lot of headache.

Worst experience ever, local vendor have shown more collection than this shop. Staff was not at all interested in showing collections and options.

Very good collection of curtains and drapes, but bit expensive.
Tailoring is expensive.buy only fabric and get stitch else where

I had very good experience, they have wide range of collections of curtains and very good quality. I would like to thank Mr. Jubair for his patience and presence of mind. He along with Sandeep and Mahesh helped us choosing the curtains for our apartment. I wish Jubair, Sandeep and Mahesh all the best.

Horrible customer service. More over the entire staff kept lying about the delivery. It’s been almost 2 months now and we still we haven’t received the carpet. The store manager Ms. Saba never replies to your message nor calls. And more over all false promises. 100% payment was done 2 months back. We had 3 get togethers planned at our new home and the same was informed to them but still no one bothers to deliver it. They took 2 months and after so much delay, the day of delivery they tell that it is wrongly delivered to Delhi. And Ms. Ankita the manager comes into picture with more false promises. Her quotes”you have waited so long so can you wait for few more days” ridiculous!

We are lucky that we did not plan the curtains for our house. We were almost going to confirm.

I would urge not to waste your time and money.
Again, pathetic staff and horrible customer service.

Very good collections of home furnishing.good Ambience starting from Security itself everyone are very friendly. In particular Sandeep is very courteous and has immence patients.

It goes by the name itself if you are looking for designed interiors then these guys are the best! The staff especially the manager are too good and helpful
