In my recent visit to Decathlon Bannerghatta we had a decent experience in the store

Everything loaded with fresh stock and as usual everything is good

Staff was also so friendly and helpful in understanding purposes of the product and even helping with other similar products

And the sports place on the top floor was fantastic everyone can enjoy and feel the atmosphere

And the team in workshop is also friendly and professional

Decathlon have come up with new stuffs, more prints and different colours
Loved their collection of bags

I've came to this shop to buy my items for swiming the collection is good over here. Would like to go again

Really bad after sales experience. Have given badminton racket for restring. Booking id 406656. After 3 days they said machine is not working so need to wait another 3 more days. Point is they sell 100's of racket each day but they have only 1 restring machine for whole shop. Already they charge more take more time than usual & then not having basic facility. They are only focused on sales & don't care about after sales. They will have more than 20-30 people in sales floor & hardly 1-2 members in servicing department downstairs. Really bad experience

Very good option for sports wear, gym stuff, fitness, bicycles, skatesand seasonal wear for travel abroad and with in India. Friendly and helpful staff.

All age sports items under one roof. They have enough place to park 4 wheeler and 2 wheeler. A workshop also there at ground floor.

Decathlon Bannerghatta new store is a huge new place with lots of parking place in ground floor and basement, they have a cycle workshop/service which is in the ground floor which I thought was a good move as you don’t have to take it inside the store like earlier or in other stores, separate self check out for many customers is a good option, they also have a separate section for online pick up and each sport product has been neatly arranged and easy to find, rest rooms well placed, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great experience in the new store. Overall would rate high with customer experience.

The new Bannerghatta store now has a self checkout and it's made billing super super seamless! They have an awesome collection as always and loved the fact that they've separated the workshop at the basement.

Quite spacious and as always very positive environment for sports lovers.lift is not working for now.

Great place which serves for a variety of products ranging for sports to mountaineering. Has good collection and fair price. The self checkout feature is worth a mention. The staff is very polite and helpful. Good experience overall.

New decathlon shop, is beautiful. They have every thing well organised and One stop solution for all outdoor activities. Very reasonable and resourceful place. Safe for children.as they are engaged with their sports activities inside the venue.sports enthusiast will enjoy shopping in this place.parking is huge basement parking also available

No attention from the team there. People are not willing to stop and talk about our requirements. I went to buy a bicycle. There were a lot of customers there but not enough guidance. Finally when I picked one, I found they don't have a delivery option. They suggested I install the porter app and engage with them. The store must do that and charge us instead of expecting the customers to sign up for a one time use, right? Finally I decided to buy someplace else.

Finding the store was a task itself. Glad to know they are coming up with a huge store nearby to old store location.

You get everything related to indoor and outdoor sports and events.

Glad they are bringing up with multiple branches in banglore.

Excellent products and good service for products purchased in store.
For products purchased online, returned procedure is a hassle.

All the staff are very cooperative as always.
Cafeteria initiation is appreciable, we had our snacks and continued our shopping.

Rating it one star because it's a New location, just diagonally opposite to the old one, still lot of things to get set right. Huge humps at the entrance and exit, take your car very slowly else you will damage your car. No sign boards yet inside the parking area.

Has a wearhouse look with a vast layout. Covers just about everything you'd need for any kind of physical activity. Service is excellent, staffers are Knowledgeable, patient and courteous. Exemplified by Mr Niranjan in the Sport shoe section.

Shopping experience is good, you will almost get everything you want to have in terms of sports related items.

Bad experience Bannerghatta Decathlon

The only thing they should change is, after billing completes, 2 gents securities will check your items in your bag and count it with their hands while checking bill. This is Very uncomfortable for girls also not safe as per the situation. Please change this pathetic system asap or arrange a lady security to check ladies bill items if you wish to systemize in this manner. Everybody will not encourage this type of checking in a city like Bangalore and in a brand like Decathlon.

If this continues I will avoid this area Decathlon.

I am writing this review so that it might help other girls keep themselves aware about it.

Decathlon Bannerghatta is the one of best organised Sports and physiotherapy equipment center and staffs of the organisation were very civilized and well documented. I wish more visions in the field.

We bought badminton racket costing 599 a pair. The wires broke within a week and the Decathlon Bannerghatta store is not ready to fix the racket. Have been a Decathlon customer for many years now and their products are of good quality at reasonable price. But, these rackets are not of good quality at all. Please fix them and let us know

One of the best decathlon store in Bengaluru, all sports things are available here. Store is specious and maintain cleanliness, staffs are helpful. Well maintained by the management.

Oh it's my 1st time too that I've gone there. The store is full of good quality sports things and sport suits. You can find various kinds of sports instruments too. Trial rooms are also available for checking the selected suits and it is always medium crowded so that you don't have to rush or hurry there.
Feel free to shop your favourite sports things.

Sportswear&athleisure wear at affordable costs. The store is a one stop shop for all kind of sports equipment at affordable costs.

It's a wonderful place and have amazing collection of sports related materials like gym accessories, bicycles, hiking accessories, sports shoes, sunglasses etc. Decathlon is my favorite shop to buy sports accessories. Staffs are customer friendly and shop is well maintained.

I have only been to this store of decathlon of bangalore. It has quite a range and play area too, to have fun with skate boards etc.

I had ordered a Trek 500 backpack online. The backpack had too many bells and whistles and I couldn’t figure it out. So I went to the store at Bannerghatta. There this young man Gourav Boppana helped me understand how to use the backpack. He literally bent over backwards to answer all my questions and helped me ‘practice’ also. He was so patient and attentive. I never felt that I was imposing on him. He is the gold standard for customer service. I am so grateful to him for his assistance. People like him make me want to come to the store. So thanks Gourav. And thanks decathlon for your products.

Great place for almost every sport equipment, having a wide variety ranging from economical to professional

Even though we asked few of the guys, they we will be back and no response after we came out after waiting for 30 minutes

Good range and display
. They need to introduce more cotton products in apparels section which is more of synthetic stuff.

Quality of sports accessories are really good.ambience is quite nice.ample trial rooms so that there is no waiting for that.

It's got a really nice collection of the sports related equipments. You are sure to find some durable & quality clothes here. Always satisfied with the purchase

Because of covid there was a big queue. I just wanted a back bag which I had seen earlier. Just after entering I requested one of the staff to get me bag. Within no time he got me the bag and as well as the bill. We could leave the premises within 10 mins.

Always the best! This time the best thing was the contactless billing. One has to just download the app at the time of entering the store and scan all the codes of the items bought by yourself and make payment online without standing in queues and without the fear of touching the surrounding things. The security staff are very helpful in guiding you through the whole new process. Good job Decathlon.

All sports item in 1 shop. They have developed app with contactless shopping and payment due to Corona. This is awesome.

Good stuff, but items which I was looking for we're not available. (Dumbell of 3.0 kg and 5.0 kg). Polite staff answering straight to the queries.

Another decathlon store. It is located in the basement of the building, nto a regualr decathlon cpncept but good enough to cater to the over populated country.

Big store they do lot of games in campus for kids and adult. You can get multiple Verity of track and tshirt for gym. They have good collection of shoes both running and gym. I like this place very much. They have good range of swiming equipment, foodball, basketball, vollyball, cricket, campaign, tracking, badminton and many more.you can find lot of sports running their.like they conduct marathon and all other games at Bannerghatta showroom.
They have really good collection for sports and tracking bags, Jacket etc.

If anyone looking anything to buy related to sports must visit this place as the kind of quality they provide is very good with respect to price they charging.

Love all the products they make. Have been a customer of Decathlon for over 3 years. I buy most of my everyday wear, sports wear and other accessories here only. They make quality products for a very reasonable price. Hope they start giving out loyalty points or discounts for customers like me

As we were waiting for the store to open since 3days. Today when we checked in the website, it stated open.
We came to the store, it was closed and also staffs were available outside the store.

It is really a disappointment for us traveling so far and a great disappointment for our son.

Good store for buying sports equipment including clothes. I usually go here to spend time on weekends. I also en up buying lot of stuff. It is a good place for trying sports equipments. You can test ride a bicycle, try out gym equipments, shoes, etc.

Almost all sport dresses and shoes are available. They also have plastic water bottle sold for just 100 rs which is a level 4 grade plastic. You wont get food safe plastic bottles s for such a cheap price

Good sporting goods outlet on Bannergatta road. They have sporting accessories and apparels for all the usual sports. You can buy cycles and cycle attachments there. Good thing about the place is they have items for trial be it cycles or wave boards or other sporting goods. So kids can be kept engaged in the shop. They have some trial rooms to try the apparel. You can buy shoes, sports accessories for all standard sports, outdoor elements like tents and hiking gear.

One of the best sports Center and shop on Bannerghatta road. Staff and management is awesome. Well categoriesed items.

It's a shopping hub for sports, here u'll get all kinds of sports accessories like cricket kits, football, sports jerseys, tracks, shoes, here u'll get wide range of cycles with min to max cost totally it's for sports, the staff response is very good. The sports accessories u can buy it's not much expensive they provide good products in min cost.

Like all decathlon, it's a big shopping mall of sports and sports related items. Prices are also reasonable. Cycles, track pants, shoes, shirts and many more are available. If you have school going kids they would like to spend time here once in a while.
