I had visited the Decathlon outlet at Monday on 11th September and i have been looking forward to share an appreciation to one of security staff and the store manager Mr. Sam Irwin for their exemplary dedication towards their duty.

Apparently I had left back my mobile phone unknowingly and only realized it when i reached home. Sadly my phone was found by a customer who intended not to return it as a lost property but rather steal it by claiming it to be his own when confronted by the observant staff who noticed his suspicious activity.

I am thankful to the staff who didn't let the customer leave the store in spite of him being abusive, loud and intimidating to the staff, questioning their authority to stop him from taking his own phone (considering he claimed it's his)

The staff was adamant not to let go so easily and the customer was compelled to return the phone to the store and I received my phone on the very same day!

Kudos to the team work and dedication to your duty! The company is lucky to have them.

Had a wonderful shopping experience in the store, this store is very huge and has trial for almost all the products including golf thanks Mr Darshan for helping me with nice skateboard

We got out our track suit customised. The thermal printing was processed in 15mins. I would thank Mr Nishyanth for the assistance provided for printing the same.

Good service. They could have provided some drinking water. It was rather hot inside the store.

I visited Decathlon new airport Road they have excellent collection's plus they have separate outlet for yonex inside the store.

This place has always been our favourite to not just buy sports merchandice or equipments but for the entire atmosphere and experience as a whole.

Post COVID experience is no different, although there are a lot of changes - Zero contact payments, individual distancing, zero contact drive through, necessary checks (thermal temperature), sanitized hands, waiting arrangements, they have got it all in place. No access to trial rooms yet and their stocks are expected to be back on the rack apart from these. They have made sure everything important is taken care of.

Must visit store. Everything is available for sports, trekking and all the extra curricular sports activity for male and female. Affordable rate. Friendly staffs, very helpful. We can do a trail before purchase

I Had purchased Base arpenaz tent in mid 2019 the zip of the tent had issues after very few uses and was just laying home due to the pandemic.

Recently learned that the product is still under 2 warranty and took the tent to the store to get it fixed and was OK to find out that the zip does not come under warranty later i was informed by the staff to get it done myself (locally)
i explained the quality consequences if i get it repaired myself and the staff took a step forward and conveyed me that they will try to get it repaired, after few days i get a call from a staff and was informed that they could not get a simple zip fixed.i'am not at all blaming the staff here, the problem is with the higher staff who selects the products which is not even serviceable, like literally if you cant have a facility to repair your sold product DON'T SELL THEM!

PS: Please make sure of the warranty / service of each part in the whole product before your purchase or else you'l be left clueless just like me.

I need to buy a golf push cart and checked with the store. Rachan was very helpful to get it done online. He and his colleagues were most helpful to even reach the push cart close to my home so that I didnt have to go to the store to pick it up. Of course in online purchases, you don't get the look and feel of buying a product and hence you end up getting some thing that does not suit your purpose or a compromise, but appreciate all that Rachan did.

One of the best places in India to get any kind of sport equipments of a good quality. Anything you want, come here and buy it. Very sequentially arranged equipments. A lot of activities happen here too and you can play cricket, football, basketball, badminton, cycling, skating, scooter rides, archery, carrom, table tennis, kid's rock climbing, and many more. The staffs are good and ready for your service. Good offers are available too. Ample parking available along with a Cafe Noir Cafe to satisfy your hunger.

Large shopping format primarily for sports goods. Kids will enjoy, don't expect to find known international brands, mostly Decathlon sub-brands but quality is okay
