50/- for a cloth handbag is too high. We purchase goods for atleast 1000/- plus, You should not keep such margins for a carry bag. It is not even worth 20/- in market. Paper bags wont last much, it is just waste of money, so dont promote paper bags. Staffs are very friendly, 5star for your employees and their gestures. Well trained.

Me and my husband were shopping here twice for winter jackets, shoes, boots, fleeces and more for Irish weather since we are based in Ireland. Both the times our experience was truly disappointing, first the security guard had a very slow verification process, checking each items like a tortoise even if the bill was over 20k and not to mention she was bumping against our camera equipments while she was packing and whoever trained them to bag things god bless them, complete and utter disregard for anyone. The second time when we were at the billing counter one of the member of staff was looking in when I was putting in my pin for my debit card, when mentioned the disappointment towards this to another staff member she didn't even care to let her know that you usually you give people space when they are popping in their pin, truly disappointing and disgusted by this behaviour from the staff it is as if they are trained to do nothing but annoy people. Never coming back here again.

The good thing with Decathlon is most of their employees are sportspersons. Plus they are very well trained in communications.
The products are also of high quality and very comfortable. Especially with people like us whose feet are above 10 Inches.

One main thing which I didnt like was a made in Pakistan product was displayed (picture attached). I won't visit again.many sports shop are available in Mysuru which deals with way better products (in terms of quality) at less expensive price than Decathlon offers.

Worthy products to buy with quality. Having Nice parking place but no a/c or fans inside the show hall it makes time short to stay there.

Within the vicinity of core Mysore. Just next to major tourist attractions. Kept well organised and clean.

It's Decathlon. Wide range collection of sports materials are available under one roof. Had an amazing experience. Staff's are extremely well treated, loved the way they treat the customers. One can try, play and check and buy the product. On a regular intervals they do organise sport's related events, name a few which I took part in was Zoomba, competition etc. There are enough parking space. Children love this place as they can play and experience. Can get quick savories too.

If you are looking for hiking equipment- this is the place where you can get it all. A lot of selection available in sports clothing and shoes (in their brand). Cycling enthusiasts can find cycles as per their requirements in various price ranges. The reason for 3 stars is their shoes (some of them) look like they've been used and returned. A better display and maintenance of products can do them good.

Fyi, all the products that are sold in decathlon are imported from China so sometimes quality of wearables might be as excellent as that of Nike or Adidas. But you get the quality for the price that you are paying.
