Good place to buy sportive items. Note for those who are looking for Badminton rackets: the mid-range rackets (1000 R/s - 2500 R/s) are not of good quality. I suggest you buy it from an online store like Amazon, for they have much better quality. Also, don't go in peak hours unless you want to smell sweat.

Awesome store. Staff is very well trained. With the scan and pay through their app it's even more easy to shop there. The place is well lit with products organised well and easy to find. You can walk straight to your needs, scan the products on your app, make payment and walk out without having to stand in the billing queue. Superb!

Decathlon Sarjapur is a big outlet with wide range of products. You get products starting from very low price to higher price. They cover almost all kinds of sports, workout gear. You would get doubts about which one to choose. Whenever you are in doubt, don't hesitate to ask the staffs there, most of them are knowledgeable in their respective section. They would be able to properly guide and help us in choosing the right product which suits our need unlike few other places where they try to sell us what they want to.

I'd been going to this place since last 8 years. I've got trekking gears for frozen river treks, all the items I got almost 7-8 years like -deg sustainable track pants, bags, shoes are still intact. Pretty happy with the quality of products and service they are offering. This is one stop place for all sports, workout needs.

Here they have a football ground which you can book and use. If you are looking camping equipments this is one of the best place to get the same as they have tents etc of good quality here.

This place being big can withstand huge crowds and it doesn't seem to get congested at all at any point.it has ample car and two wheeler parking space. Would be good if they can try to add few benches etc to sit as we mostly go there and stroll for atleast more than an hour for sure. Would be useful for elders as well who accompany youngsters.

June 2021 I purchased cycle, in that day itself I pointed out 2 things
One is while applying brake there was noice of brake rubbers, the fitmen said it will come in new cycle and sound goes off after use for a month but it continued even while giving for first free service on 14th oct 21 the service person he Don't have patience to listen my complaints the other one is stand fixed in wrong place. Nothing has done just he WD 40 I asked him to clen and put lube oil but for my surprise he says that's what we do no lube oil.

Decathlon is an enabler in the Sports and Wellness. Their vision and products are extra ordinary. Their staff is well equipped as good as their product range and quality. It is a must visit place. Ample parking and items to choose

Store is spacious and has all the required sports and recreation stuff. Only issue was they had a stock delivery happening and we faced issues trying to find a staff to handle our enquires.

Very bad experience I had today with Decathlon Sarjapur branch.
I had bought a bicycle and needed to get it assembled.
I called up the branch and asked whether they will be able to assemble it or not. And I clearly mentioned that I have got it online and it has not been purchased from decathlon.
I was told that they will do that.
So I took my bicycle there.
After reaching there I was told that they won't assemble it as they assemble only the ones which has been purchased from decathlon.
When I told them that I had called up and checked for precisely the same thing and only after confirmation I have come here, they basically said that it's not their fault if I got incorrect information.
If you can't assemble something which has been purchased from outside that's fine.
But you should not be giving out incorrect information.

Superb experience. U can easily try almost every product before buying. Also the kids have a lovely time by riding bicycles and trying the skates and skateboards. Also the products are perfectly prices and are of great quality.

I purchases the cycle they said me 5 years warranty for the spares I came afteroneyear i'm ready to pay for the spares but the staff are not replying and responding to.me so soon ill file a case upon this company for making false promises.

Overall sales team experience is good, but cycle servicing part needs lot of improvement. They won't explain properly nor they will answer correctly. May be it was because of 'you have no other option' attitude.

This decathlon is quite big and they have lot more collection in each departments. The staffs are very helpful and they guide you well thorough out the store. Lot of good and unique products for every kind of gym, sports, trekking and many more. They will guide you well and they also do home deliveries if you are ordering from their website. Lots of good collection with good offers on each products.

I used to go there very often and it's really good in all aspect. Little disappointed today. I bought a cycle and I was just chasing behind the sales guys to explain and assembled as no one took seriously. For assembling they themselves transfer 3 sales person, they were not sure who will assemble the cycle. Finally I got my cycle assembled after a long wait. Not expected from Decathlon.

The shop is replete with all sporting goods with a provision for trying them on.

The setup of the store is similar to all the decathlon stores, so no surprise there. All the goodies are stacked in their right places and helpful staff. They have a lot of quality merchandise and the staff will assist and advise in a way that you take home the right stuff. Some of it is highly priced, but for the quality, it's good.

Junk Service. You can see the dust as is on cycle wheel. Even I see lot of negative comments on cycle service but still no improvement. Don't no whether they have bot for auto reply saying "sorry and will improve" which never hsppen.

Also no one will be there to explain about product. We spend lot of money and need to understand about product. But they behave as if they are giving for free.

Even few are arrogant and need to wait for some one to come and explain after a long time.

Good place to sport equipment and accessories, good collection but less than online collection. Bicycle service station available

One Stop Shop for all sports. Good for cycles ment for mountain cycles. It is a big store with sports equipment, exercise equipment. And kids scooters and skating shoes. It is a good shop for sports equipment. There are trampoline and many other things. There is a mechanic shop turf is also there to play football badminton, basketball small kids can also play. We can also test the thing you bought. Good parking place is also there. Wheelchair accessible entrance is there. We can buy things for sports. We can also by cycle bells. Good costumer service. There are sports shoes too good collection for sports equipments and exercise equipments like treadmill dumbles

The place has lot of selection and best price. 1 star less because the drive-in/pickup facility is not efficient and they literally search for the product when you go there. Happened twice for me. They can make it way more efficient, safer and faster.

It is a very spacious facility just afrer the flyover towards your right if you are travelling from bellandur to Sarjapura road. All the trekking, hiking, sports wear and equipment are available. There's a ground outside to play football and there's enough space inside facility to check big cycles etc and fitness equipment.

Just like most of the Decathlon stores across the country, even this is a delight for anyone who's into sports/fitness. Quality items at very reasonable prices. In the past six months I myself have bought a sports jacket, cricket shoes (rubber spikes) and a pair of tights. The quality of all these are at par with the best in the business and at almost 50 percent of their prices.
