Got global hair colouring and haircut done a week ago, hair cut was very average. It is just like trimmed at ends.
Hair colour, still there are visible grey hairs on the crown part.i guess colouring was not properly done.
Hospitality and ambience is good.
But very much disappointed with the service after seeing the results. Not at all worth the price they charged.

I recently visited this salon and had an amazing experience! The staff was friendly and professional, and they really took the time to understand what I wanted. Got hair services done here. Absolutely loved the interiors, very tastefully done. Hari Krishna is good with services and seems well-experienced. It's a relief that I found a place providing some decent services even though prices are slightly on higher side.

The place is friendly and they understand your requirement and listen to what you need is, the hair spa is really good if you have a hair cut please go for the spa as well. The dandruff treatment was really good!

The worst service I've ever had. I Took trial of bridal makeup for 2000 and the service looked like I'm in the 80s. They say there using Mac but once you close your eyes, the drug store products come out. The employees have no clue what they are doing. I could have done a better job if I'd done it myself.

I can only speak for males, obviously. I have tried multiple other salons in the RR Nagar area and I would strongly recommend Deep breath salon. I went there once and haven't looked back ever since.

Nice staff but rates are mis judging. Always ask for the rates first and then take the service.

Place is very well maintained. They are very economical. Had hair for boys. All the time my family members are happy about the service.

The services are good but everytime there is something amiss. This time thre was discrepancy regarding pricing. Last time there was unavailability of nail colours during a pedicure. I have liked the ambience of the place but the staff is not aware of various charges and prices which causes confusion at time of billing. And this puts the customer at a backfoot because the services are done and we are bound to pay. However, the person at billing was gracious enough to revise the final payment depending on my enquiry before I visited the salon. Also, they are planning to increase the prices further due to corona issue.

Good service and good ambience. Especially mr. Santosh a very good hair stylist. The place is also nominal and provides services with good products

Don’t trust the positive reviews - shameless ppl have copy pasted same review, under different names. Here is my experience - they are fraudsters. Charge extra upfront and don’t try to sneak in.

I got a service of INR 2300 and some change and one of the front desk employee, let’s call her E1 - write the service and total charge on a slip of paper, when I offered to pay with card, E1 said extra charge - I thought it was card processing fees when I saw that it was 400 bucks more on their “official” receipt, I was shocked - she said it’s GST - so I asked if they don’t charge GST on cash payments. She said it’s all her boss Pallavi’s instruction and I didn’t want to take my complaint on the employee so I walked out. The next day I talked to Pallavi and she said it was GST for all payments - and i told her it wasn’t mentioned anywhere and I’ve never paid extra before at any other salon either, she called E1 and started blaming her. In the end she agreed to give me 400 to be applied for another service. I went in today and the gentleman paying in front of me, was shocked that they charged him GST when he went to pay with his card, he argued that he had never paid and they firmly said that they have “always” charged 18% GST on all services. I went in to pay and told her that they had to honor my 400 credit and E1 was like it’s not my problem.
She was very rude and also they say their new menu is still being printed which includes GST. Don’t know how long it’s gonna take. Meanwhile they are taking ppl for a ride. Is there a place I can complain about their fraud? I have the slip of paper where she wrote the original charge and then the official receipt I paid with card which included GST?

It's a worst salon. They don give correct info on phone n when we go directly they charge so much n staffs n owner both r like least bothered about customers words. They speak as if we r lieing n the ambience is so much noisy with their kids n stuffs however it was a bad experience. Will.never visit again

I go there regularly for my hair cut. Out of all the hairdressers, I have found one guy name Santosh to be best.
The interior is good and regular cleaning.
Staff at the reception is not welcoming.
More professional aspects can be bought it to make it better.

Very Bad service, untrained staff, had a very bad experience. Itz not worth wasting ur money or time here!
