This show room has some amazing collection of silk sarees kanchipuram and banaras. We bought more 10 sarees here. Suneeta was the person who attended to us. She was very patient with us, kept our budget in mind and understood our needs very well. She took efforts to find all sarees according to our liking. Ask for her when you go there to shop

Sarees may be good but the staff are getting worse in behaviour year by year. All the staff are old workers who act and talk very rudely with customers. I was there to buy a saree first they were not ready to show properly later started acting as if whatever bad sarees they have shown are out of the world and people are idiots not to buy them. May be depends on the sales representative but 2 of them were like that. I see every review having the same that sales representatives are bad still no action to change them is taken.

Cheaters! Ripped Old stock Kanjeevaram Saree and Quality sucks. Saree ripped right on the foldings with multiple holes within 15 days of purchase. They did not refund my money (saree ripped into pieces) and does not respond to phone calls with awful customer service.

I live in California n visited the MG Road showroom in April 2023. Purchased a saree worth of $15,200 silk Kanjeevaram copper saree.

The new Saree ripped right along where it was folded within 15 days of the purchase. I go back to the showroom, requested for a refund.

Mr Ravi, the owner says he will refund in a month (as he has to send the saree back to weaver along with a receipt).
He talks to his employees pretending who the weaver is?

It has been 2 months, since I came back to USA. I call to the owner n he says he can’t refund but I have to buy a saree. He could not keep up his words.

When I disagreed of not buying as I don’t want to buy another ripped saree, he doesn’t respond to phone calls.

One of my friends went to the showroom requesting for my refund. They don’t respond to her nor to my phone calls.

I have decided to take legal actions against the showroom by consumers court. The owner just lies to the core. I will make sure, to sue the showroom and make him realize what r the consequences of cheating foreign residents.

I would not recommend anyone to buy even a small Kerchief from here. Very cheap clothing store in MG Road. Quality sucks!

Very friendly environment. Staff members are pretty cooperative. Salesman: Dinesh was good. They do maintain hygiene. Had visited for Ugadi sale, could not get much collections, very traditional colours and designs, less of pastel colours. Price seemed to be a little higher compared to prices in Chikpet showrooms.

Enjoyed the virtual shopping experience. I told them my requirement over WhatsApp and they shared pictures of sarees accordingly and within minutes I was able to select and buy sarees sitting in US. Thanks to Keerthi and Ramya for their efforts in showing the sarees. Also collection and price wise Deepam is the best, that we bought all sarees for wedding from Deepam. Had tried all other stores also but couldn’t buy a single saree from other stores.

Huge stock for various sarees but a bit expensive although low price garments are also there. Sales people are good mannered.

Keerthi, who is an absolute sweetheart assisted me! I was hesitant about purchasing a bridal saree internationally since I could not see the material and saree in person (with rampant fake material and upcharges as soon as stores hear of international customers). However, Keerthi answered all my questions and handled every request I had with grace. After almost a month of looking for the right saree, I found the perfect one here through Keerthi's help. The saree arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. As with particular Christian Malayalee weddings, we pull 7 strings from the saree, and Keerthi assisted in doing this. Amazing service. I am so astonished at how excellent the customer service is. The quality of the product is amazing. Recommend 1000% Thank you Keerthi and the team:)

We were greeted by Krishna and he showed us the sarees in a polite matter and answering each of our queries in a peaceful manner. We sure liked his honesty, behaviour and are really happy with him. We found our reception saree in less than our budget and so we bought few more sarees for the remaining amount.
