Deepasri Multispecialities Hospital

Hi Everyone, This is first time I visited and admitted in Deepasri hospital, JP Nagar. Services like doctors treatment, , nurses response and staff response are amazing. Today me and my wife got discharged, thank you for everyone who helped us for speed recovery.

I have had a good experience in this hospital, the doctors are good and the nursing staff are very good, they take care & handle the patient very well. Very good staff, hygienic place and the admin is tooo good. I highly recommend this hospital.

Looted money from us saying blood test and observation for my husband who just had fever it’s been 15 days still he is sick other hospital doctors said the medicine this hospital doctor gave was all wrong such negligence. I need to run around searching nurses

This hospital doctors and staff was friendly and familiar, also charges are very much reasonable, today I went to the hospital with my uncle hi suffering from cold and cough from last one week, doctors treated hi and within one day my uncle became alright, thank you all.

Realy very good hospital with nice staffs. 5days back I visited this hospital with severe illness, doctor was very friendly and staffs were approachable, I got quick response in all the departments. Facility and hygiene here is very good, it was a wonderful experience for me and my family, they took atmost care and made us very comfortable througout our stay, all members starting with doctors, sisters, housekeeping, ward boys and reception staffs were very supportive. Always my entire family prefers visiting this hospital we prefer visiting Dr, vikas BR, (physician) Dr yamini (gynaecologist), Dr Abhinitha (Dermotologist) as they are friendly and take time to explain us the issue the detail, thanku deepasri hospital and team

Excellent service. Father 83, got good treatment. Doctors were very friendly and explained well. Duty doctors were very helpful and attended the patient very well. Supporting staff such as nurses, admin staff and housekeeping really helped and served very well.
One suggestion l share with Dr vikas is patient is shifted to inside Hospital from the main road itself which is somewhat not appealing.
Overall very good serviced.

Hospital management and staff are very good and well trained. Took care of the patient like their own family. Timely response for any needs. Admission and Discharge process is very smooth and automated very systematically. House keeping staff is really good too.

Very bad service i have see my whole career ufffff staffs are not professional and Dr also when I visited there for pain killer inj in the early morning 4am but i didn't get any treatment and atleast one pain killer tab also they didn't provide me
They're looking make money and make admission only staff's are very rude behaviour and not professional talk

I admitted my 5 yrs old for 105 degree fever.
I got treatment for bacterial infection - cellulitis.

Very nice and helpful environment. Owner is very helpful. Nurses and front desk are also helpful.
Hygenic rooms.

Ideal for all low and medium critical diseases.

Doctors come on call. Due to this, some times expert doctor round get missed. But they advice over phone. Don't rely on their duty doctor. Ask for main doctor appointment and go there.

Food to be taken from outside. No cashless facility (hence 4*, otherwise 5*).

Overall, my experience was very good. Diseases were cured.

I found nursing staff very helpful and nice. Been there for my dad's dressing for decannulation, not sure of the other departments. Overall experience with nursing staff was good

Worst hospital and worst doctors, we came for appointment for Dr. Abineeta she not even consulted well and was in hurry for the next hospital visit the cost which was informed to us is more when we visited hospital all the staff and doctors are just sitted to make money unnecessary charged fees for everything without even proper consultant. Highly recommending not to visit this hospital for anything pothetic service we ever faced.

It's very well mannered staff good coordination with patients, Mrs zareena assisted well and taken good care towards patient, overall had a good experience.

I had been here with my cousin for his dressing and tetanus shot since he was injured. For this, they charged a consultation fee and on top of it, they charged separately for dressing and injecting cost. When confronted, the receptionist said this is how it is.

Very bad experience. 3rd time i am visiting the hospital yet no use.general doctor r waste and ask for irrelevent test later physician is adviced for further checkup. Waste of taking appointment. Plz do not visit this hospital if u dont wana risk ur life

Money making hospital.there is no doctors in that hospital only on-call doctors coming for visit and that doctors treating patients as beggers.if you want to check bp also they are charging 350 rs.covid treatment also they are giving in the same hospital.there is no use of going this hospital.all my friends staying near to that hospital and they suggest me don't go but still I took chance.now I can say strongly this is just money making hospital

One my friend referred me to here, was thinking of going to corporate hospital, nevertheless I just believed in his words and got admitted to Deepasri, felt that they are almost matching the standards to corporate hospitals, be it food, facilities and medical care my complete family got admitted and recovered from Covid

The hospital is really worse and the staff is really reckless my brother was admitted there and I am nurse. They continuously gave the negetive feedback about the patient but when I check the report in icu he was 80% recovered. It is not an icu. When I visited 2nd time my brother told me that the staff- blesson, yellappa, vinod beat him &switched of the oxygen. The administration told is to discharge and they killed my brother when we took the permission from BBMP.

Just visited yesterday, mosquitos were flying everywhere n biting us even in the doctor's cabin also I don't know how she was baring it,
should maintain the cleanliness, and one more thing in this corona situation also no checkup in the entrance anybody can enter roam everywhere n go back, I think they r maintaining there standards in bill (money) only, Because everything is expensive there, k we will pay but it doesn't worth it. Honestly, I am really scared of this hospital.

Fake doctors. Fake nurses. Uneducated. Unaware. Lacks experience. Can't speak or understand English. The medical shop sells medicines without prescription and then the hospital staff blame the patients. They refuse basic first aid like giving anti rabies shot. Please don't risk your health and life in the hands of these quacks!

Am here sharing my todays experience with Dr. Nagarjuna, in this hospital, he is such a worst and unexperienced doctor ever seen, the way he spoke to us was very bad and shouted like anything, he dint even ask wt was our problem, ok I too understand now a day every one are afraid of Corona, we have to use masks and we are using it, unfortunately we forgot and couldn' take to hospital because it's just beside, and we waited him for more than 1 hrs, and when we meet him, he made us to sit us far from him and we are not wearing masks I understand we have to wear for compulsory, but doctor was so rash on us and he was doing as though we are suffering from Corona, but doctor was made us to go out of hospital due to mask and atlist I thought of buy mask at their medical it was Rs 300/-, when doctor was so rude and shouted on us and he was unable to touch us, w thought he can't treat me, and we came out of hospital and consulted some other clinic now my wife is ok, She had a drug allergy (medicine). Small suggestion try to learn how to talk to patients when they come to u for their treatment, way of talking will cure half of the pain of patients. Don't Be Rude it hurts patient a lot, No Doctor treats patient like untouchable but u did it.

I would want to take a moment to thank the Hospital which has been life saviour for my entire family. This hospital definitely has good doctors & well mannered staff. They take good care.

Terrible medical facility. It is a pure business. My mother was in old age facility called Asha Jeevan. They moved her here when she developed an infection. My mother’s condition worsened in two days. Nobody at this hospital would take any responsibility or answer any questions. Doctors are amateurs who have no idea how to treat cases. Hospital staff is rude. On top of that they charge very high rates comparable to Apollo hospital. One star pathetic treatment for five star rates. Please go to another hospital for treatment and save yourself.

The Hospital situated at a prominent place with all adequate facilities. The service is superb. I have been admitted as an inpatient three times for the last two years period. The rooms are very clean and the staff are professionally trained and having very good experience, and the treatment to the patients is really appreciable. I am fully satisfied for the care and concern taken by all Departmental staff as well as by the hospital authorities.
I would like to add some more details about the Hospital.
The services of the Duty Doctors are fully and perfectly available around clock. (24 x 7).
The attendant Doctors are more concerned about their patients. In addition to their regular visits in a day, they are also available on emergency needs.
I would like to add the services and hospitality of Sri Mr. Murthy, the Managing Director of the Hospital, his overall supervision, special care and concern about OPD and In -patients, as well as followups the customers are really very superb.
The Specialities of the Hospital are Obstetrics and Gynaecology,
Skin and Cosmetology, General Medicine, Diabetic, Paediatrics,
Cardiology, Neurology. Psychiatry, Urology, and Ent.
In addition I would like to mention other services which are available
In Patient Services, Surgical Centre, Laparoscopy, Laboratory Services,
Ultra Sound Scanning, X-Ray, ECG, Pharmacy and Ambulance Service.
Further this Hospital is eligible and enlisted in the list of qualified Hospitals for the coverage of Mediclaim Insurance. I have availed this facility and got the full reimbursement from my Insurer.

I don't even want to rate this as 1 pathetic hospital and staff. All staffs here are trainers doesn't even know how to inject. If the person goes for dengue treatment instead of getting cured you will end up having more mosquito bites and severity will be increased. This hospital has full of mosquitoes no proper care is taken. Sisters will not be available if you need them. I would never ever suggest this hospital to anyone.

This is a good hospital, am thankful to Dr Aparna and Dr Shreedhar for great support and help they rendered.

My kid got admitted here with Dr Ramesh KR peadiatrician reference, for fever treatment. The hospital staff, nursing care is good. She got better within 3 days. Overall hospital is fine in that area. Dr Ramesh sir, diagnized well and the medication was well adopted to my kid and she recovered.
Dr Murthy sir, also looks after the cases well. Overall a decent hosipital in the locality.

One of the worst hospital. They charge only money. No treatment. Health Department should not permit/give license to this kind of hospitals.

I feel the hospital is equipped. However doctors and hospitals are bit money minded. I went with an issue on allergic. I am just trying to explain what has happened. But as soon as I told allergic, doctor is like first do the blood test. It was absolutely not necessary. Because I know the treatment for this allergic since i had undergone similar allergic couple of times. Doctor should have treated me with com injection.
Surprising part is doctor is not ready to listen to me for 1 minute also. He just wanted to push me for tests.
Also I heard from few that hospital is bit money oriented.

Never ever go to this hospital went for fever, they admitted and charged 30000, whole night kept with just dips, they are money minded

One of the worst hospital I never seen I tuk my father to do ultrasound tht receptionist told doctor will come at 6.30 I rchd at 6clk and we are waited till 8clk he came at 8.10 and we only came Frist but thy done scanning for another pt my dad is suffering frm liver Cirrhosis doctor dont knw timeing sence and tht front office people dont know how to talk she is tellg dctr will come within 5to10mins finally he came afr 8clk worst Peoples in this hospital
I don't recommend anyone for any scanning etc.

It is money making industry, they are charging high. They are making simply thing to complcated.

Doctors don't know how to diagnose.
They will write all tests since they don't know the relevant one.
Hospital bill is costly but service is pathetic.

West of money and time.they charge soo high no any results better to go any small clinic not this hospital.for fiver I spend 2900 only for just 1 hour really very bad.

I took consultation and treatment for my son by Dr. Ramesh K. R. (Pedestrian). It was very nice experience. Dr, Support staff and treatment everything was satisfactory.

Recently underwent URS procedure for my Kidney Stone. Amazing courtesy from Mr. Murthy and Staffs. Thanks to Dr. Nagabhushan, Dr. Balaji and Mr. Murthy. Rooms and beds are well maintained and it's very clean.
