Shared room basis only available. Book 1 room and get three cockroach roomates free. Very horrible rooms with filthy sheets. But very hospitable owners. But you'll get 2 cockroaches free in your wardrobe too!

Very dingy and the staff are in professional and rude I think the owner should cng everybody otherwise he should WINDUP the hotel

Price of my room for single person for single night was Rs. 896/-

Cons-
-Bed was extra soft which will not allow your spinal cord to be straight when you sit or sleep.
-No towels were given.
-There was no door mattress near the bathroom, it was just a dirty towel at the entrance of the bathroom.
-Charging points were not near the bed. So you cannot lie down to charge your mobile and at the same time use it.

Pros-
-Neat and clean.
-Good behaviour of the staffs
-No power-cut issue.
-No water issue.
-soap and shampoo were given.
-24 hours check-in and check-out facility.
-Allowed me to sit in the lobby after my check-out as I had to catch my train at a later time.
-Food and water availability just outside the hotel.

Compared to remaining hotels in the area.it is okay for 1000 but very small room and cockroaches and no water

Beds are super soft, the kind which sink in when you sleep on them. Sleeping on them would definitely have given me a terrible backache. Thankfully they provided me a single mattress which I placed on the bed.

The first room they offered me was dirty. The next one was relatively better. Washrooms are extremely compact. The bucket was broken.

There is 24 hour hot water supply.

Decent for maybe a one night stay. Otherwise there are other options in the same area.

Very good 2 star hotel.they are not providing food but room was neat and clean.this place have good connectivity to other parts of blore.

Delco Residency is really good for staying. Me and my friends stayed there for 3 days. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The staffs who all are working there is ready to help us at anytime. Calm and quite environment. The bus stop is near to the residency. The front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant, and helpful. Overall i t is really good for staying and affordable for the middile class family.

Delco Residency Hotel is in the Bangalore a place called madiwala, maruti nagar.
The hotel rooms and the space inside the hotel quite good but most of the room doesn't have a good TV and the TV's are not smart they are old and most them is fron local companies. I felt a bit expensive hotels according to their rooms because you may find more comfortable rooms than this in the same area, just look around.
If you are not bother about the TV or money in case of you got some important work to do.
It's ok to be stay here.

Very professional and understanding executives. Allowed me to check-in two hours before the scheduled time.

With in the Budget for middle class families also. Maintaining rooms very clean and restaurants and bus stop are very near. Those who get down at silk board better to stay here as it is 1 km away and at cheap rates.

Nice and good place to stay in Maldiwada benguluru.room are available at cheep price and room are clean

Rooms are small according to the money they charge. The ACs even are not working properly. But the hotel is at a very happening place, lots of restaurants and shops are nearby. The bus stop is just 1 min away.

To be honest this place is good but there are some illegal activities going on here as well, so family people should beware

Budget lodging within 1000 per day cost and located almost near main road with access to inter state bus/tour operators, bus stand with neighborhood market area where you can get basic day to day necessities fulfilled. Rooms are just ok for the night sleep, bath and to keep your belongings safe.no restaurant or cafe within by have few shops and hotels at Stone throw distance.you can find lots of bachelor's around the place.
