Its more like hostel. For breakfast they charges extra 420 Rs plus tax. Even water is chargable. Outside food/liquor is not allowed strictly. Their in room dining menu is horrible. What if u want to taste khanavali food or say saoji or pizza/pasta? They should really learn from ITC/Taj/Marriott which allows outside food. Definitely not 5 star hotel.

The best one better one for all family with kids, friends party who can spend more money, for photoshoot we can get good surrounding atmosphere, for babies high chair is available, green park, kids play area also available, nice ambiance, pool, gym available, and good food

Nice 4 star hotel with luxurious restaurant & bar. The food was good & service was professional. There is a small play area for toddlers & kids below 5 years of age. We came only for the food but have heard that this place had good accommodations too & is frequently booked for conferences & gatherings. It’s a very nice hotel. After pandemic also the property has been well maintained. The staff are very nice. The food is good, the breakfast menu can improve. They have a good restaurant, The taste of the food is simply superb. The complimentary buffet breakfast needs improvement, with every dish very cold except instantly made dosa and tea/coffee. The staff at the reception were very polite and responsive. Extremely courteous. Then why 4 stars. There is no wash basin nearby, making us walk a few metres to the taps at the toilet with unwashed hands, after consumption of food
It’s an excellent property with great ambience and wonderful hospitality. Hotel follows all Covid -19 related sanitisation rules which is pretty impressive. Staff is very friendly and food is awesome. One thing I wanna appreciate and which stood out for me as a customer is we asked them to pack breakfast for us on our on road journey it was packed so nicely keeping in mind that we are travelling and that kinda of service at 5am in the morning is commendable.breakfast was healthy and tasty

It's very poor because, service is too late and servers are not polite with customers at all we only tell them where they are to serve food. And the price is too high

Good property. Nicely maintained. They have spacious rooms with facilities like 24 hour room service, newspaper, security locks, basic toiletries, tv, study desk. Apart from these they have facilities like Spa and hair dresser (Chargeable), gym and swimming pool. Considering Hubli city, this hotel is best, and near to Airport.

Definitely one of the best hotel in and around Hubli. Nice ambience, neatly maintained. Has sufficient parking facilities. It also had a conference Hall, Function Hall and open lawn for events as well. Food quality is good but should focus bit more on taste of the dishes.

Good property at Hubli. Must stay. However I found the food cost at the restaurant slightly over priced. Otherwise a great place to stay with great spa and swimming pool.

Nice, well designed Star rated Hotel in Hubballi. Visited the Hotel twice in January, 2020 for business meetings, which included working breakfast and dinner. They have a good a-la-carte spread of multi-cusine food, reasonably priced for a high end Hotel.

Excellent ambience and friendly Staff. Was surprised to see the large Hotel and sprawling grounds in the Tier II City of Hubli - Dharwad. Excellent location for medium sized meetings, conferences, social events and Exhibitions. The Hotel has three independent lawns for conducting events and large spaces for car parking.

Very comfortable place to stay, with good restaurants. Ample parking space is available too. Staff are very courteous and polite.

This hotel is heaven from outside I never visited inside this hotel I just stare on it from outside whenever I saw it I want to get a chance once to enter here.

I have no idea about the rooms but I've visited the restaurant on enough occasions.

The food overall is expensive and tastes very good and on some occasions, excellent. On the contrary the menu is no great shakes. It's basically what you would find in any good restaurant in Hubli with a few add-ons. This is a tad disappointing considering the stature of the hotel (one tends to expect more). The wait staff are not competent enough to suggest or explain dishes. In fact on one occasion they summoned the chef to our table who then helped me order a dish (which wasn't on the menu).
One thing that astounds me is that for some unfathomable reason only vegetarian food is served in the terrace restaurant. The view and ambience is great on the terrace but non-vegetarian diners will be disappointed. The ambiance in the garden restaurant is good too as is the sitting indoors.

We tried the buffet dinner (I strongly recommend ordering a la carte). Although there are more than sufficient starters/dishes/desserts to choose from the taste was quite below par. A glaring shortcoming that is quite obvious is that the wait staff needs better training. The buffet closes at 11 pm and the staff starts clearing the dishes even if you are halfway through your meal without even bothering to inform you. By the time we realized what was happening they had taken away most of the food. We finished our meal helping ourselves to whatever was remaining on the table. 10 minutes of grace time as a courtesy would have been appreciated considering the fact that I was with family which included a 5 year old kid.
This behavior justifies the one star.

Average hotel accommodation available in Hubli. They offer complimentary airport pick and drop. Customer service is excellent. Room offer very less privacy. You can easily overhear voice from nearest room. Room cleaning need improvement

Great building. Nice parking. Actually the hotel has raised the standards of hospitality in Hubli and created a new benchmark. The rooms are top notch and the exhaust works very well inside the rooms. It has decent gym, a good spa and a very inviting pool. There are veg and non vegetarian restaurants and both are a delight to the gourmets taste buds. I recommend this place to all the people traveling in and around Hubli. Must visit.
