Horrifying experience and extremely unqualified staff who don't seem to know what they are doing.
We went for vericose veins treatment and doc had suggested massage.
The 1st massage session - was very painful and the massage therapist said it is normal to be painful.but now there are large extremely painful blood clots all over the legs.
They also had to put a herbal pack on the whole leg post the massage which they conveniently forgot to do and only put over the knee.
When we called the doctor and asked her about these points - She randomly blames it on us and the oil used and no fault of the therapist or the clinic at all.
It's been an exasperating experience with unqualified staff, who can't even own up to mistakes even after they were pointed out.
