Devi Eye Hospital (HSR Layout)

Went for cataract operation for my mother.the staff was helpful during the entire procedure.
Doctors are also nice and polite, they explained everything and answered all of my queries patiently.

Not a worthy place to visit.
Went for eye floaters issue, after checking with all devices doctor asked to have a CT Orbit scan, then i can write medicine.
CT Orbit scan cost around Rs 4600/- which is unnecessary and what is the use of other instruments and doctor's experience?

This hospital looks for mining money from patients.

I don't recommend to anyone.

Please note- they ask Rs 600 for consultation charge.

Great and caring place for cataract procedure. Dr. Aarthi and Dr. Sreedevi were so kind and amazing with senior citizens. The team at HSR including Lakshmi mam, Stella Mam and Asha Mam at insurance made the process a breeze. Highly recommended

Visited the clinic for a cataract surgery for my father in law. We’ve had a very hassle free experience. Employees and technicians are very friendly and approachable and extremely well versed with post op and pre op care, making it very easy for patients. Dr. Arthi was extremely kind and the procedure was done well.

The staff team was good and they have hospitalized well.the consultanted doctor was very good and explaining about the issues in well detailed manner. They have treated good. Experience was good

I had a very good experience with Devi eye hospital HSR. My mother recently went under cataract surgery for both eyes. The experience was very smooth from the time of initial checkup till post surgery follow ups.

The staff guided me properly. They also advised me with the insurance claim and provided all supporting documents immediately after surgery.

The operation was very smooth my mother did not have any pain during or post surgery.

I highly recommend this hospital for any eye related problems.

One of worst hospital.if you people are seeing caste.them take the pacient and in same religion.last week my friend went for interview they rejected bcz she is wearing hijab.if you are honest people means don't do any treatment for other religion people.

I have got cataract surgery (both eyes) done for my mother at Devi Eye Hospital recently. Overall, I'm very happy with the service what I received at Devi Eye Hospital in the last 1.5 months. The staff at the reception desk (namely Lakshmi Ma'am, Stella Ma'am, Suma Ma'am and Marlin) were very courteous and always helpful. Even the support staff and optometrists are skilled and have good knowledge in what they are doing. The doctors (Dr. Sridevi, Dr. Mallika and Dr. Sunitha) we met from the time of the first visit to follow ups post-surgery have been very professional and nice. I felt Dr. Balakrishna Shetty was also very down to earth and took care of his patients very well during the Cataract surgeries.

My mother and I were very impressed with the way Dr. Sunitha and Dr. Mallika treated with dedication and lot of patience when my mother showed up some challenges with the vision and age-related retinal issues.

Kudos & thanks to the entire team at HSR Devi Eye Hospital for the job well done.

My mother had surgery of cataract here. We got tests in April month and that time Dr. Shetty was on leave. So we thought to get operation later. In June, my mother came to Bangalore, and again Dr. Shetty is on leave. Looks like Dr. Shetty is always on leave and doesn't worry much about hospitals or patients. Anyways, we got the tests and surgery done. So these 3 startsare for those doctors and nurses. Receptionists and staff are cordial. Again, my mother has upcoming checkup scheduled for this Thursday which was informed to them after surgery (its 15days checkup after surgery) and I am getting call that Dr. Shetty is on leave. I don't know if he owns hospitals or not, but he can let this hospital go if he wants to be on leave always.
PS: when receptionist called me and informed me (when she called for upcoming appointmentant informing me about Dr. Shetty absence) that I didn't called them about appointment. Dear, we already gave the appointment date on the date my mother had surgery.then for what reason I will call? And these guys didn't even informed if I need to make call or not.

Took my wife for eye checkup for the first time. They doctor just did the normal eye check, To my understanding, it is recommended to do a test post dilating. This was not done and i have to asked doctor to do dilation please. After reminding her she told us that dilation will make your eyes blurred and bloodiness for a while, listening these comments from doctor we got scared for a while and did normal eye checkup. What i personally think is everyone will get scared listening these words from doc, they didn't have to make patients scared.

If this review is read by the hospital, I expect some corrective actions in future.

Good service eye hospital 5 star,
Optical shop behavior 5 star, service 5 star with out information they will provide you antirefeclation coating, or tinted glasses, means you can't see anything like original color, every color will be darker of original color, but after some days I like glasses may after a month I will make one more glass

Recently we had got cataract surgery done for my aged mother in law at Devi Eye Hospital. Initially, we had shown her to Dr. JYOTHI, who was a very good Doctor, very patient and caring. After she examined carefully and made us understand that cataract surgery was necessary, we had interacted with Counselor, Ms. STELLA, who explained the process involved quite well and subsequently nicely coordinated the steps for scheduling the surgery. We then met the senior surgeon Dr. BALAKRISHNA SHETTY, for the further checks and he gave us the confidence that everything will happen smoothly. Our experience on the surgery day was also very good, right from the initial preparation stages followed by the flawless surgery by Dr. BALAKRISHNA SHETTY, and subsequent very nice and patient explanations and instructions given by the staff. It was a seamless experience, without any stress of undergoing a surgery. Hats off to the Devi Eye Hospital team!

One of the worst service I have seen in devi eye hospital in hsr layout.
They only know to take money from people.
Recently I had visited to the hospital for eye checkup but the medication wat they gave was horrible it reacted and I was suffering from eye pain from one month
I request everyone to not to go to the hospital.

NO issues with their treatment, but the receptionist is very rude. She treated us like beggars as if we were seeking any free services. This was my second visit, I visited during closing hours (Sunday @12pm) I did not utter a single word, as soon as I stood in front of her she said very rudely “closed for today”. I request management to act on this behavior

Doctors are good and you can go to this hospital for any issues related to eye without any fear
One concern is be patient with the receptionist as they are busy always and always double check with them for any pre operation treatments like drops. Sometimes they tend to forget or inform you. So have a call or double
Confirm with them about the medicines or eye drops to be taken before operation

We went for check up for my mum 3 weeks ago and consulted Dr. Supriya. On talking to her, we found her very reliable and decided to go for cataract surgery in the same hospital. The doctors, staffs and surgeons were very caring. Good hospital with senior doctors.

My father recently had his cataract surgery here. The surgery went well and my father (Who is very skeptical usually) was very happy and impressed with the staff and the surgery that was done. Dr. Sridevi who has been treating my father and for regular consultations is very patient, explains everything to my father slowly and clearly (as he is hard of hearing), and always reassuring putting my father at ease from his anxiety. Stella who has taken care of the communications between us and the doctors always is willing and patient to help. She handled our insurance claim as well very efficiently and was helpful with the number of questions we asked her for clarification. Ha!
Dad commented the surgery theater was very clean the doctors very efficient and communicated well in whatever procedure for the surgery they were performing. Overall it was a very good experience.

PLEASE FIND A REAL EYE HOSPITAL.they do the same checkup as lenskart and loot our money.

They didnt even do proper checkups. The doctor just saw me and decided that I'm perfectly fine. She told me to buy a Blu filter glasses without any power from their own hospital and prescribed me a drop. Ended up spending 1k. I was shocked because I've been wearing glasses fo r a long time now.

I went to APPOLO SPECTRA and consulted Mary Varghese later. She was amazing and helped me understand that I have astigmatism.

TAKE YOUR EYE SERIOUSLY. AVOID SUCH CHEAP HOSPITALS.

Even they are not fit for one rating also.worst peoples and very greedy to the money and worst service.please don't waste your money by coming here

Please understand some of the patients who visit for eye issues apparently work with night shifts on a damn computer and though it's a minor issues it causes a problem to stare at monitor for 9 good hours and instead of denying abruptly, please provide a certificate to apply a day"s leave atleast.
I had to visit another clinic to get a certificate done to upload at my company HR portal to take rest.
Not happy.

As i am 9th month pregnant, we went for eye check up, we were not knowing eye power will vary during pregnancy, they have taken consultation fees, after that they will tell, during pregnancy eye power will vary after one year i should go for eye check up (they haven't checked eye power)
. If possible please return my consultation charges.

Very good hospital for eye check up. Lot of facilities and expert doctors. Pharmacy is available within the premises. Also, specks shop is there. You can directly walk in. All covid protocols are followed. Even it has in patient rooms and operation theatre. Have been a regular for eye checkups since 5 years.

Got a lens replacement (Cataract removal) surgery done here for my mother. The doctors here are kind to the patients and dont scare with technical terms.clearly explained the procedure and also on the day of surgery they ensured the patient does not panic.it was a hassle free process.
