I request people not to buy products from Devi international. Bcoz till we purchase products they are free to talk to us. But service is really bad. They won't rectify the problem after giving the product. If we request them to send fr service also thy won't send. I purchased 2 AC service people hve not done my AC fitting properly. Many times I've requested for them to send ur person till now thy hve not sent fr service. Service is really bad

I would strongly recommend not to go for this shop as they may deliver expired label or may not process invoice one time or they say price is less compared to other but its not true, Better go for branded showrooms.

Went for purchasing Sony TV, support executive is not cooperative. He was forcing to buy Haier Tv and not ready to explain single feature Sony TV and not ready to reduce single penny for Sony TV.

Devi international offers good Discount. But problem is with there delivery. The people who will come for delivery will call you and say please pay the delivery boy 300 to 500 as the product is heavy and they will come from very far etc etc. Once during the delivery they will toruture for more money saying we have to go very far and the product is very heavy etc etc. I think Devi international owners should look into this. The behavior of the delivery guys is worst.

Very worst, NVR keep up their words in price last week we went they said one price, n this week we went to give d ready cash n pick it up.they changed the price n said no way. There are three of my friends I want to mention who will always treat me with utmost respect and value when I visit Devi International. First person is Mohsin Hyder who is into Samsung sales and now Vivo as well. He is a gem and down to earth person I have ever met in my life. He is always genuine and suggest me best mobile phones in the market. When ever I wanted to purchase any mobile to me or my family members or my friends Mohsin Hyder will be the first priority to me to take the suggestion and blindly I will go on with Mohsin suggestion. He always suggest best mobiles with best features. He always gave me best prices till today which I will not get those best prices in the outside shops. Second person is Basavaraju who was into LG sales now into Redmi and OnePlus. He is also a gem and down to earth person who will always suggest best mobiles in the market as per my budget and I will blindly trust Basavaraju with out any second thought. He will also give the best price always. Anil brother who is my genuine friend in Devi will also suggest best mobiles in the market and give me the best price which I'll not get any where outside. The deals was cheap 2-3 years back. Now please compare with online and buy. As online price for elica chimney was 13k and I paid 16k in devi international. Also other product also.i don't recommend to any.

During its initial days the quality of service was good. Off late the service is pathetic. Especially the sales executives who only give false assurances and mislead while purchasing the products. Once you purchase it will start with delay in installing and extra charges for installing which they don’t mention during purchase. Post purchase service for minor issues will never get solved as they don’t respond on time, even if they do it’s only going to be false assurances. Better avoid this place unless you don’t want quality post purchase service. If your paying the same amount their are much better places which cater quality service. Even after this if you want to purchase but avoid the fraud service executive RK. (Pic attached) He’s one big fraud who cheats ppl by giving false assurances.

Worst after sales follow-up and service.
Sales person are very friendly and responsive until the booking of an item.
No proper intimation of delivery date, delivery time and deliberately demanding money for the delivery of product.
I do not recommend this shop.

You can get best deal but the place I usually very crowded. You know what you want then just go there get the best price and order. To understand things I feel it is always to crowded, cramped and hustling.

Avoid. Be Careful while purchasing Air conditioners especially Samsung. While purchasing they will collect 1500 in cash for installation and promise to install ASAP after delivery. However it might take 3 days for someone to turn up after repeated follow up. Rs 3000 to 4000 extra will be charged for installation claiming Additional copper wire, electrical wire, Bracket/ stand, water pipe, Tape, three pin. If you need to drill the wall and for AEH wiring an additional 1000 to 2000 will be charged. Ask the Installation teams to provide complete installation cost with spare parts cost before he starts doing any work. These guys don’t do the job properly and create a mess in the house. They are Rude and start shouting once the work is complete. Don’t pay for installation while purchasing and get the same done from other vendors who do it professionally.

I have purchased a mobile oppo f17 pro from this store Devi international store in Jayanagar 2nd block, on 26th of jan, till now i have sent this mobile to a service center twice, and when i am asking for the solution one of the employee suggest me for an buy back, i purchased this for 19.4k, and now not even a 3mnths they are asking price of 10k is this the service you people are providing to a customer? Whenever am trying to reach an employee of that store who has sold an mobile phone to me he is not at all answering the calls, am just fed up with this service, and i am never going to recommend this brand oppo to anyone. Just hopeless service,

The store had promise to deliver the appliance today but sadly these people have not kept the promise, and no proper response from the store, making the experience a was one.

Pathetic Service i strongly recommend not to buy any item from this shop.i had ordered an expensive M oven on 28th March and got delivered on next day and from last 5 days am waiting the technician for the installation and every day the staff on the front desk and Hema who handle Oven dept is giving wrong commitment and today the staffs are behaved rudely and finally they are asking me to drop the oven to their office stating they cannot confirm when the technician will come.so i strongly recommend not to buy anything from Devi where same item you can get it much cheaper in Online with much better price.

We had booked 2 AC and since 10 days running pillar to post for the delivery. They havnt even saved our number and every time we call them, they ask "who is calling"!? I never had such a bad experience. Even its not worth one star. I advice buyers to opt for some other show rooms even you have to pay some Rs. 500/to 1000/extra cos u will be stress free. We went to buy an Air conditioner here last Friday.
So damn crowded! Horrible customer interaction. No social distancing and hygiene maintained. You cannot think calm and buy. We booked the Ac and till date it's not delivered. Everyday we keep calling for the update and they disconnect the calls intentionally.
Everyday they have different reasons to not deliver. Worst ever experience. I really don't recommend this place.

Worst customer service. Don't believe them. They will not deliver the product on time. Nobody will even care about you once the amount is paid. They will take their own time even after paying the entire amount. Don't waste your money here.

Products are good but when you relay on them to deliver the goods they delay or they don't even answer your phone call, avoid our calls too.never deliver on the date they promised us while making payment. According to me customer service is pathetic

We have bought most of our electronic products from here over a dozen years. But this time I'm totally disappointed with the sales executive! He sold and billed us a 465 ltr refrigerator without knowing if it was in stock or not! It's been a week and it's yet to be delivered. He has been giving different reasons each day.doesn't have the courtesy to apologise or give proper information.

The worst ever experience I had, After billing of my air conditioner, it’s been 5 days, no delivery, no response. After having a heavy conversational fight it got delivered, but now there is no installation, I’ve paid all amount at billing. My whole Sunday got west & harassed.

We order an AC for our office, paid all amount including installation. But there no delivery till a week, after fighting for refund they delivered it but I’m waiting for installation.
They are harassing customers & even if u will go and complain that will ask to keep your mouth shut.
I suggest to search other store to invest your valuable money, time and happiness.
Never let yourself harassed.
