I took up their women entrepreneurs - breaking barriers workshop. Very interactive session and consultant who mentored me gave good guidance on starting up and risk taking.overall useful session.

If you want to be a version of yourself sans all the things that are holding back your progress in life, you will find these people really helpful. They will pair you with a mentor who will gently nudge you into discovering yourself and bettering yourself.

I took up their Stress-buster program recently and I think what they're trying to do is to provide a permanent solution by eradicating the root causes of stress through the application of neuroscience. The whole process, as such, is pretty convenient and can be availed from anywhere (home or elsewhere) as it involves identifying your 'quality' to work on and finding your trait that needs balancing (through the Dharma Discovery app), weekly chats/updates with your assigned mentor and playing various games on their app (known as Dharma Life) that help rewire your brain.

This, in turn, positively influences your brain to react more rationally/appropriately in any given situation, thereby reaching a more stable platform when it comes to an unbalanced trait. What's really required from a user's end is around 30 mins a day (to play on the app) and an hour (one day of the week for 8 weeks straight) for mentor chats, and most importantly, honesty (when it comes to letting your mentor know about realities) and a fair bit of dedication. If you're able to tick these things off, you can expect some solid improvements going forward!

There, however, is still scope for betterment in terms of choices offered on the app and also, the understanding between mentor and client. I'm positive that they'll come up with refined versions of both in the near future!

This is a very unique concept to help us bring out the best of us. The whole program is developed in very simple manner and supportive materials like mobile app and a mentor with telephonic conversations. This program is very convenient and can be availed from home. Psychological evaluation will help us to know the traits that hinder our performance, I have felt a positive change after the program. All that programs demands is dedication.
