I personally had a very good experience of sending courier from India to Australia. Shakeer assisted right from packing to safely shipping it abroad. It reached us in just 2 weeks and without any damage. Highly recommended.

Pathetic customer service. Wanted to send a courier to the north of India.when enquired, he said they don't service there, when I asked which states do they service he responded telling me to go study the map of india and learn what states don't fall in the north.
DHL please include "courtesy" as a hiring criterion.

The whole process of using the service was more of a hassle than something useful. They even had me deliver them packaging materials. Anyone would expect them to have all the necessary items with themselves.

I had no idea sending and receiving parcels to international destinations needs us to sell a kidney.

The staff is polite, helpful and efficient. And the courier gets delivered in the time frame committed.

Had one of the worst experiences with these guys on a shipment I sent to Australia. They said it would take about 6 days to reach. Its been more than a month and I still havent it. They've given delivery to another agency to deliver without any estimated delivery date on their site and I've been going from one agency to another for the last few weeks. They'll give you a 65% discount but this is the level of service
