Giving my honest review. Best hospital with very friendly staff. Group D members and doctors. They treat u as a family member.

I am Mrs. Sudha. I admitted my sister in law at Digvijaya hospital. I was worried how to help her as I am in US.from the front desk till the primary consultants all employees were friendly. I could get updates everyday. She was in ICU on mechanical Ventilator. They helped my sister-in-law to recover even tough she is Covid positive and get discharged. We pray for the staff to be safe and. Digvijaya is always 5

This is a Very good hospital. Especially Dr. Zaker Husen & Dr. Pradeep sir is very very good doctor.is superb doctors. Lots of love and respect from Basavaraju and family

If I could give a thousand stars on the review, I would!

A month back, my dearest grandmother tested positive for COVID-19. Her SPO2 (oxygen saturation) stormed down to 74%. Amidst all the pandemic chaos and panic within Bengaluru, doctors suggesting a hospital admission at the earliest, we obtained an ICU bed in this lesser-known hospital.

With my parents and other family members in home isolation, I was preparing mentally for the worst fortnight of my life. At the right time, a guardian angel: Chief Doc Zakir Hussein stepped into my grandmother's life.

He took control of the treatment personally, monitoring her with utmost priority. He took time out of his hectic frontline duties to provide us daily health updates (sometimes as late as 11 PM), arrange for video calls and discuss the medical course of action with our family doctor; while observing the Ramzan fast. His entire team of caretakers deserve a special mention for taking care of her needs as their kin.

Fast forward to the current date: my grandmother is back home healthy.
Dr Zakir still connects with us via chat to answer our medical queries, provide physiotherapy guidelines and tweak her medications when needed.

I thank him and his team from the bottom of my heart for all they have done in challenging times to ensure my grandmother's speedy recovery.

All departments (insurance, pharmacy, test/scanning) are angle faced demons.their main intention is to grab money from you. Even though you have insurance with cashless claim feature, they will cook some stories and make you pay.be careful. There are better hospitals nearby

We had to admit my father under emergency condition (Covid-19) on the night of 9Oct2020 at 1048pm. Though we had not heard of Digvijaya hospital before, we had very little choice wrt availability of ICU beds (ref by friend)
Though we admitted my father in Digvijaya hospital with some apprehension initially, but now looking back.we are thankful to almighty for leading us to this DIGVIJAYA HOSPITAL and seems it was ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS we had made.
My overall experience during my father's complete covid recovery from 9Oct to 26Oct2020 - 17days has been so overwhelmingly satisfactory.
The staff are very helping and go out of the way to accomodate your request and seem to understand your concern regarding your loved ones undergoing treatment.would like to thank Ms. Radha/Shivu/Chetan (insurance) /Nagaraj for their wonderful support and made for a very good and smooth experience.
The doctors, especially Dr Zakir and Dr Venkatesh are so approachable and truly a god send for covid patients (and their families). They are thorough professionals and kept us all updated regulary with the status of my father and his progress and really empathetic. As far as keeping the family informed, this was a big difference compared to major hospitals and would like to say it as a biggest USP of Digvijaya hospital. The duty doctors Dr. Kirti and Dr. Mahalakshmi were equally helpful and supportive even at unearthly hours speaking to us to address our concerns regarding my fathers status. The inhouse lab facility is so convenient, timely and prompt reports adds to the efficiency of the treatment and recovery process. Thanks to Dr. Anita for this. Also would like to thank Rahul from Pharmacy for his wonderful support.
Finally, grateful to Dr. Zakir, Director of Digvijaya Hospital for leading such a wonderful team of Digvijaya, which seems to function like a well oiled machine providing top notch service always with a smile. Based on this wonderful experience with Digvijaya Hospital, I can say the adage, never judge a book by its cover, fits perfectly well. —Thank you.

They have commission agents ambulance drivers, they refer this hospital and they ll get commission.
Doctors are waste here.

Night shift is not proper and the doctors doesn’t come to check the patients at night time and as the worst condition all the time specially Dr. Nithin doesn’t attend patients properly and let’s the nurse to check instead of him checking the patients and let the management know about this and change the doctor

Took my mom there for some treatment. It was just ok. Better hosptals around.staff was helpful.

It was one of the best hospital. I admitted my mom there it was just wonderful especially Dr Zakir Hussain was too good Dr all the staff was good helpfull clean n neat.

One of the worst hospital which I seen my life, only money oriented doctors, and MD, for one unconscious patient, discharged from Victoria hospital and came to this hospital, one day they charged 56 thousands, without doing any action, they kept ICU in observation, they are showed only medicine expense 25k lab charges 10k, hospital 21k, please think without any action how they charge 25k medicines, these kind of hospitals has ban the government, and has to take proper action!

A great hospital.very good staff and the place is very neat and clean too.the consultation fees is too reasonable and treatment is good aswell.

There were more patients satisfied with the care given by Dr. Harsha, you can visit the hospital. I personally recommend Dr. Harsha because he is one of the kind and good person with patients rather than doctor. The facilities are standard like the corporate hospital. I dont know why they had given the less stars.
