Bestest gynaecologist in town! Kaivalya ma’am is very polite, calm in every situation. I have received the best treatment throughout my pregnancy and also during delivery. Ma’am also encourages and prefers normal delivery through proper guidance and exercises. Staff in the clinic and moon maternity are very well experienced and friendly.

Before meeting Dr. Kaivalya Dipali, we had consulted few other gynaecologists who are also professional with their patients. However, Dr Kaivalya is passionate about her duty as she patiently listens to our doubts and clarifies in detail (not many gynaecologists clarify). There were few complications at the time of delivery and Dr. Kaivalya managed it very well and the delivery was normal. Dr. Kaivalya was present with my wife in Labor room for long hours at the time of delivery and skilfully performed a normal delivery with her expertise. I would recommend everyone to consult Dr. Kaivalya and get the best advice.
P. S. - Support staff in the Clinic are also cooperative and polite. They have always been answering our calls round the clock (which is not seen in most of the Clinic’s)

I had my first delivery here. I'm so grateful that Dr. Kaivalya treated me. Everything, including my diet was taken care. All small details were explained in detail to me as well as my husband. It is a wonderful experience to be consulted by her. Thank you so much ma'am.

Let me make it a constructive feedback which can help this clinic become better. Ofcourse these comments arise from our last 2 visits to the Endocrinologist and the feeback my mother has to share.
1. The doctor must listen to what the patient has to say. He may be able to understand the health status of the patient from the reports.but many things such as headaches, weakness, etc the patient develops at certain times due to medications are not evident from the reports. The doctor neither asks anything to the patient nor is interested in listening to what the patient has to say.
2. The Doctor and Clinic staff appear to force upon blood test from their in-house labs only. The doctor says he relies only on his lab reports and doesnt trust any outside lab including NABL accredited labs such as Anand labs. We got a corporate annual health package which gives many more tests other than what the endpocrinologist needed, but still he insisted that we should get tested in his lab only OR else visit other doctor. Earlier, the staff while placing file insisted on getting HbA1C again before placing the file for a prior booked appointment while the report I was carrying was of the same day.
3. The doctor prescribes medicine that are available only at his pharmacy adjacent to his clinic. I heard from other patients that he gets irritated if patients take other brand medicines of the same formula/components.
4. Patients spend atleast 2+ hours of time in traveling and waiting at the clinic (which lacks parking place, even on roadside) and the doctor doesnt even spend 2 minutes listening to the patient. Within 2-3 minutes he sees the reports, speaks what he has to speak and he moves to the other room where another patient was made to occupy the room for consulting.
5. Dr may be good in knowledge and skills.but needs to be a better human being and develop a humane touch with patients.
6. Patient are willing to pay a higher consultation fee.but such practices of forcing tests at his own lab and medicines at his pharmacy should be stopped. Testing at his lab forces the patient to wait for the reports for hours.and we cannot combine any other tests such a fasting lipid profile as the time of appointment is not conducive for a fasting test.
I have been visited to the hospital for the first time. The kaivalya madam is very excellent and tallented doctor Even the hospital is well and cleanly maintained. So i recommend you to all visit and take care of your health.

ನಾನು ನೋಡಿದ ಹಾಗೆ ಡಾ ವಿನಯ ದೀಪಾಲಿರವರು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮವಾಗಿ ಚಿಕಿತ್ಸೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಸ್ವಭಾವದವರು. ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಒಬ್ಬ ರೋಗಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವದರಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತಮ ಗುಣವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಬೆಳಗಿಂದ ಸಂಜೆವರೆಗೂ ಒಂದೇ ಹುರುಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರೋಗಿಯ ಜೊತೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವೂ ಕುಗ್ಗದೇ ರೋಗಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡುತ್ತಾರೆ.
Our family regular visits this hospital. Good hospital and tritment is also good. Dr.vinay dipali sir good, and has always been helpful. He spends really good time on each patient to understand their health.
Doctor is good, staff is also good, but appointment management is not good long waiting period, if we must wait for so long then why this appointment? Whether you take appointment or not take there is.no much difference, my suggestions is kindly take certain numbers of appointment and close for that day and give 15min slot and give that time to patients so thay they will.come.directly when his or her 15min slot comes.you people.are wasting lot of time it's not an government hospital you people.are charging good amount, so kindly think about the appointment and make a serious changes.
The doctor is best he listens to problems and is best MD and thyroid specialist because he is famous you will have to wait long time before you meet him as generally it's crowed but it's worth a wait but recently his consulting has resulted in hurry Andy burry
I 100% recommend Dr. Dipali they are very friendly and caring. One best thing to tell about them in a word is once they see you they see you like their own i again wanna recommend them for 100% results
He is doctor who doesn't have patience and courtesy. He is very rude treats patients as animals.which against any medical profession. It's not about wheather you are established doctor or not.it's talking to your patients and giving time. Please do not consult him.
The worst hospital with very worst doctor. Being a medical professional he don't know how to behave with patient. The doctor miss behaved with me in hospital for that I am lodging complaint in concerned jurisdictional police station.to teach him a lesson.
Worst doctor I ever seen in my life. Tell him to learn how to speak with patients. His behaviour doesn’t matches to his qualification. Patients came to doctors with suffering n lots of tension in thr mind with faith on consulting doctor but such behaviour not expected with such highly qualified doctors. Very egoistic person
The doctor is good. The staff takes bribe to put your file first. If you don't know how to bribe them, be ready to wait for hours together for your turn.
I suggest that instead of one hour time slot for doctor appointment please make it to 5 minutes so that none of the patients will have to wait. If time is give from 5 to 6, we are still waiting at 6.40. So if 5 minutes time is given then things will be more faster and disciplined.
